Très bel emplacement proche de Golden Beach (l’hôtel n’est pas directement sur la plage) Petit déjeuné très varié et de bonne qualité Hôtel au calme (à condition que la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue principale)

Hôtel vétuste et très mal entretenu. Plusieurs installations et équipements étaient cassés ou ne fonctionnaient pas. Impossible de profiter de la piscine car seulement 8 transats (casse dos) autour et eau douteuse. Chambres pas très propres et mauvaises odeurs.

Muy cómodo y completo, un hotel para relajarse y no hace falta salir de el. El desayuno muy completo.

В отеле есть ресторан китайской кухни, так называемый "самовар", бар на первом этаже где иногда играет живая музыка, бар у бассейна, мини магазин, большой зал для завтрака, где за отдельную плату можно и поужинать, отдельная лаундж зона на 9м этаже, бассейн на -1 этаже и открытый бассейн и много еще чего. Уборка ежедневная, номер хороший, полотенца и халаты горничная давала сколько попросишь, в номере чай, кофе, минибар. С другой стороны левого крыла здания находятся около 4 ресторанчиков с морской кухней. В целом все хорошо, были в сезон и было очень много людей.

Воды в бассейне по пояс, но зная что многие китайцы не умеют плавать + большое количество детей = ничего не поделать. Рядом есть маленький бассейн "лягушатник", но там по-моему ноги после пляжа ополаскивают)

Beautiful building, amazing lobby, big rooms, comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Beautiful gardens around. Dedicated staff trying their best.

Unfortunately, the overall experience could have been better. First, we were given a room with a leaking AC, the entire carpet was damp, the wallpaper was peeling off, and it smelled musty. There was no shower stall, just a shower hose next to wobbly bathtub. Broken towel handle so there was nowhere to hang towels after using them. Hotel Wi-Fi would not connect. I believe that the hotel should not accommodate guests in rooms like that at all, and the room should be put out of service till all problems are solved. After we addressed the issues, we were moved to another room where everything was up to our expectations, also right next to my daughter's room, so we were very pleased. The outside of the hotel is not well maintained and does not meet standards that you expect from a Hilton hotel. Multiple tiles were chipped the pool (can be dangerous), kids' pool was not cleaned. No towel service, you have to bring towels from your room. Worn out old furniture, not enough sunbeds, fountains were not working. The service by the pool was also not particularly great.

- wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Aussenpools gebucht und wollten eine Woche hauptsächlich entspannen. Am Pool gab es nur 4 unbequeme Liegen ohne Sonnenschirm und Polster. Einen Handtuchverleih gab es auch nicht. Der Pool war überfüllt mit Kindern mit Spielzeugen und Surfbrettern. Auf die Sitzecken mit Schirm durfte man sich nur setzen wenn man etwas zu trinken kauft. Mein Alipay lehnte dann aus Sicherheitsbedenken die Zahlung ab, sodass wir nichts kaufen konnten und mussten dann die Sitzecke verlassen und sind aufs Zimmer gegangen. - das Personal spricht kein Englisch - Hotelpublikum sehr laut, hauptsächlich Familien mit kleinen Kindern - Personal oft unhöflich - Indoorpool auch überfüllt und laut - kein Spabereich - in der Umgebung gibt es außer dem dreckigen Strand nichts besonderes - Sängerin der Lobbybar sagt mehrmals man könne sich gerne Songs bei ihr wünschen, wenn man sich dann aus Höflichkeit was wünscht, kostet es auf einmal 100 RMB.

As a foreigner I don’t like the hotel and will never go there again. Very old room needs to be maintained well .

Прекрасный отель! Жили на первом этаже, была территория за окном, загороженная зеленью - много места, это наверное больше всего поразило. Уборка ежедневная. Завтраки бесподобные по хорошей цене!!! Приветливый персонал. Пляж рядом в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Единственно, резервировали по одной цене, а заплатили по другой

The buffet breakfast was good.

Be aware that the pool shown in the photos is no longer operated by the Hilton, it's been outsourced to a third-party company, and it shows. When we went down for a swim, the area was roped off and a staff member was aggressively demanding room keys from guests. There's no towel service, the pool was barely filled, and the whole area looks run down. This is not the standard of service you'd expect from a Hilton property.

None of the staff speak English; there are constant queues at breakfast; the restaurant is dirty at breakfast time.

The outdoor pool was fantastic and the breakfast buffets were excellent. Our room overlooking the pool was a dream

Грязно в номере, очень старый номерной фонд. Мебель обшарпанная, на террасе окурки, никто и никогда там не убирается. Сантехника протекает, меню в ресторане одинаковое каждый день. Стоимость проживания высочайшая, а сервис ужасный. Бассейны грязные. Хилтон разочаровал, больше ни ногой в отели этой сети. Не рекомендую!!!

Good location and a big property

Need a bit improvement, the outdoor pool was empty no water in it and nobody anounced us that won’t function at all even if was in the photos. All the place will need some renovation.

Рекомендую дополнительную услугу доступ в лаундж, очень приятно и комфортно днем перекусить и вечером поужинать

It's old and classic, well kept, beautiful 😍 and the food was absolutely fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and clean with no bad smell. The views from our balcony was absolutely stunning.

There was no minibar, the coffee and tea supplies in the room was really something you will expect from a 2 star hotel not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It was instant coffee and creamer. Really not nice. The big pool outside was still closed and empty although it is summer already and it was quite warm. The gardens were completely unkept. There is a hairdresser on site but I will not recommend him at all.

Need electric bike hire and a shuttle that does circle's to local Beach, shops, train

Can't fault this hotel at all. It had everything that we needed during our short stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food in the restaurants was great. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Qingdao

Все понравилось, первый день было все чисто, воду оставляю достаточно больше чем обычно, за это респект 👍. Персонал вежливый помогают решить вопросы. В лобби баре работают милые девушки. Завтраки хорошие, выпечки только не много разнообразия, иногда добавляют в чтото новое в шведский стол, в целом одинаково каждый день

킹침대 편하고 깨끗했어요.수영장이랑 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 시설은 좀 노후되서 5성급에는 부족하긴하네요

L'hôtel était très beau intérieur comme intérieur dans un style vintage typique des Hilton mais parfois un peu trop vintage. la chambre était confortable et la salle de bain au top. Le personnel toujours souriant et très à l'écoute et arrangeant pour late check out ou autre demandes

L'odeur de la moquette était vraiment pas terrible et le buffet du club n'était pas à la hauteur, heureusement que le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel compensait. La propreté de la piscine laissait aussi à désirer

The hotel and rooms were not as clean as on my first visit. To be positive, the hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The food in the exeutive lounge is great and caters for a wide variety of guests.

Property was fine nice big beautiful hotel with great space to play, wonderful outside and indoor pool. Gym had decent equipment. Breakfast was great.

Room beds are too small for a family. And I felt the room keeper could have done a better job, not forgetting to do various things in the room.

In one of our rooms booked, there was no coffee/tea in the pantry. we have to asked for it. And during the check-in, the guest relation mixed up our booking and claimed we did not book. Until I insisted that we booked thru booking.com. Wasted quite a bit of time. especially when we were all very tired after a long day. Not very helpful.

Everything was fine except public transportation.

The location is perfect if you want to join the Beer Festival or to visit the Golden Beach. If not, it is not recommended, because it is located on the West Coast far away from the tourist attractions of Qingdao.

Outside pool is poorly maintained. No towels available, no slippers, no service and very few possibilities to sit or lay down. We were even asked to pay until they realized that we were hotel guests. Breakfast was ok, but not at 5 star category. Usually I would expect to be guided to a table and being asked for tea or coffee. None of this were provided. Breakfast selection is ok, but more for Chinese taste. Rooms had a cigarette smell. The view from the balcony was on a dirty flat roof with a lot of rubbish. Interior design of the hotel is a little bit awkward. No clear style. A bit from everything. Huge Elephant teeth, wooden roof and Roman style columns: African, Asian, European style mix with no design taste. The building from outside is a mix of German and French Castle or Cathedral.

I left 2 DAYS EARLIER and checked in to another hotel

Lovely hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The food at the restaurants is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is not up to the Hilton level. It is the level of VIENNA hotels. what can be said about the advantages 1) Placement 2) Sofa 3) Soundproofing.

And now to the downside, they couldn't refill the shampoo for two days, and on the last day they refilled the shampoo. Everything old is not very clean. upon arrival, our suitcases were not brought to the rooms and no one took them. The air conditioner worked very poorly in the morning with the temperature set at 19 degrees, it was hot to sleep. The shower is very weak. The air conditioners in the elevators did not work, it was hot, and the hotel lobby itself was hot.

very dirty room with terrible smell, lots of dust and dirt. All restaurants are closed after 23:00 and it is impossible to eat or drink anything. the staff is rude. breakfast does not match the level of the hotel.

We stayed with our two children at the Hilton for more than two weeks in August 2021. It was a wonderful refuge from daily stress. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the foam parties as much as the breakfast buffet where everyone found something to their taste. Service was excellent, always polite and ready to fulfill our requests. A big compliment to the staff, who took special care to ensure our stay was as comfortable as can be imagined! Taking a taxi/didi to downtown Qingdao was a breeze and it was great to be within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches in Qingdao. Overall, 100% recommended for families with children.

I booked the hotel only for one night as a birthday stay-cation gift for my wife. We have visited many hotels for our special days but this was the first one that made a cake for her. She had a fabulous time, I joined her for some of the time and I really loved it. The service was super friendly. Since we stay in Qingdao, going to Huangdao is always a nice treat. The five swimming pools will be the next reason we visit next time with our kids. They will love it as much as we did as well. I highly recommend it. I would suggest that that one books the sea view rooms and pay the extra amount since you can over look the swimming pool and the ocean,

호텔스닷컴에서 바다전망 뷰를 예약하고 갔는데, 호텔측에서는 제가 일반룸을 예약했다면서 그 일반룸도 지금 방이 없으니 장애인룸을 사용하라고 했습니다. 결국 한국에 있던 제 남편이 호텔스닷컴 미국 본사에 컴플레인해서 새벽 한밤중에 제가 원래 예약했던 바다전망룸으로 바꿨습니다.

The room was very nice - it felt like one was in a tropical island somewhere in Southeast Asia. It was a pity that when I arrived, they were shutting down the pool. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I had to cut down my stay (was going to be there 22 Sept - 28 Sept). But a calamity situation at home in HK had to have me leave on the 23rd. I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay. And the front office staff Raymond was so kind as to oblige. thank you Raymond, so much.

호텔 경관도 아름답고 컨디션은 매우 좋았어요~~ 칭다오 맥주축제장도 아기자기 예쁘고 축제도 즐기고 바로 걸어서 호텔로 올 수 있으니~ 근데 기대보다 조식은 가격대비 별로예요 5성급 다른 나라 조식에는 못미치지지만 휴양을 즐기고자 할때는 추천~ 실외 어린이 놀이터와 실내외 수영장 등 좋아요

早餐不好 整体较旧 服务不错

분명 TWIN 으로 부킹했고 회신도 그렇게 왔는데 도착해서 체크인 할때 TWIN 이 없다고 킹인지 퀸인지 줬습니다. 만약 TWIN 하려면 조금더 기다렸다가 비용 더 내고 하라고했구요. 몇달전에 취소불가능으로 예약 한건데 당일가서 TWIN 이 없다는건 말이 안된다고 봅니다. 아예 첨부터 TWIN 이 없다고 하던가...
