مكان جميل و نظيف و مرتب لكن مشكلتنا مع بوكنق يعرض لك صور غرف باطلاله ثنائيه و يقول انها رباعيه لكن الموظف السوري والله ونعم اشكر الاخ محمد على حسن الاستضافه و رحابه الصدر

افضل شي بالمكان موقعه ولكن صغير جدا وسعره غالي

الاطلاله على الحبل وإطلالة جزئية على الهضبه وصوت النهر قريب وكانت نظيفه وموظفين استقبالهم جميل ومنهم الأخ محمد السوري وباقي الموظفين واشكرهم جميعا

فندق رائع واطلالة جميلة جدا موقع الفندق في قلب سنتر ايدر وبجوار الهضبة والعاملين ايضاً لطفين جدا وشكر خاص للأخ احمد ماقصر معنا الله يعطيك العافيه وسنكرر التجربة قريبا بأذن الله

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Koru Hotel in Ayder. The location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to Mr. Hussein, the hotel manager, who gave us a truly warm and exceptional welcome. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. I would also like to thank his housekeeping team. They were professional, honest, respectful, and took great care in keeping everything clean and well organized. The location of the hotel is another major advantage. It is very close to the beautiful Ayder highlands, just a short walk away, which made it very easy for us to enjoy the wonderful nature and atmosphere. Honestly, everything about our stay was exceptional. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and service were all excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

تعاون الموظفين ممتاز جدا واخص بالذكر السوري محمد الغالي وايضا الشاب الاندونوسي. موقف سيارات خاص بالفندق الموقع نوعا ما جيد

فتح الغرفه من قبل المنظفين دون علمك لايوجد شطاف في الحمام الشراشف شبه متهالكه لايوجد شبك يمنع الحشرات في البلوكنه والنافذه لايوجد مصعد في الفندق والدرج عالي على كبار السن الافطار جدا متواضع

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was that they upgraded our room without us even asking, which was a really thoughtful surprise. It made our stay even more enjoyable and showed their excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Nothing to dislike. Everything met our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay.

المكان توقعته نظيف لكن بعد خروج الشخص اللي قدامي شفتهم ينظفون البقعه على السرير بدون مايغيرونه

الغرفه كانت ضيقه اضطررت لدفع فرق سعر على غرفه اخرى

الموظف فقط ممتاز الباقي كل شي غير جيد نظافه وسعر واطلاله كذابه ولايوجد تكييف او تهويه غير النافذه يوجد مواقف

The location is good

The room was Dirty, Bed sheets were not clean, pillows were stained & the bathroom was not clean. Not good value for money. We have stayed in Uzongul in a much better place with much lower prices

كل شي الموقع جدا ممتاز متوفر فيه مواقف مجانبة تابعة للفندق مطل على هضبة ايدر مباشرة والمقهى في نفس الفندق كان رائع اضافة الى الاخوة السوريين محمد ومحمد الموظفين بالفندق في قمة الذوق والاخلاق جميع الطاقم متعاونين

فقط عدم وجود مكيف وغلاية او غاز والستائر ياليت لو تكون لون كاتم

الغرفه نظيفه و مطله على الهضبه والمطاعم والكافيهات قريبه منها

ما في اداوات الاستحمام والستارة خفيفه يمكن اذا شغلت الانوار تبين ويشوفك الي في الشارع

الموقع ممتاز جداً جداً ع شارع المطاعم والموفيات والمقاهي والخدمات وامام مرتفع ليدر الشهير والنوظفين محترمين وخدومين خصوصاً اخوانتا من سوريا

الفندق نظيف واثاثه مرتب.. الموظفين تعاملهم حلو.. وبنص ايدر وكل شي تحتكم من محلات ومقاهي مايحتاج سيارة

عادي زيه زي اي فندق بالشمال.. بس حجزنا كان على غرفة 14م وكانت صغيرة جداً يادوب موجود سرير وعلاقة ملابس .. اضطرينا اليوم الثاني ناخذ اكبر وبشرفة اطلالتها والفرق دفعناها حول 100 ريال سعودي.. فانتبهوا لمسالة حجم الغرف

نظافه عاليه جداً وسهوله تسجيل الدخول والاخ السوري محمد قمة بالتعاون والاخلاق ، وفيه مواقف مجانيه جانب الفندق علطول . انا حجزت الغرفه الثلاثيه بأعلى طابق والاطلاله مباشره على هضبة ايدر ،

مافي تكييف ، مافي شطاف ، الغرفه ضيقه شوي ، بس يمديك تصلي ،

الغرفة المطله على الهضبة انصح فيها تستمع وانت في الغرفة والغرفة الثانيه مطله على الجبل ايضا اطلالة جميلة فيه موظفين سوريين ممتاز اي شي تطلبه ما يقصرون

الغرف اللي بجنب الدرجًابعد عنها

الغرفة ضيقة ومطله على الشارع ولايوجد تكيف وإزعاج السيارات إذا فتحت النافذة ازعاج واذا اغلقت حرارة

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel , it is an excellent place to stay close to every things , plateau, restaurants , coffee shops , souvenirs shop , in addition to the hotel staff especially Mr , Mohammed who always available and very helpful .

Here's the thing, I always thought that the hotel (or a motel) was a transactional experience; you paid for the room and you got the room, ideally, clean with some basic services like a hot shower, WiFi, maybe heating or air conditioning, television etc. But what I didn't know was that what made all the difference was the staff. It makes all the difference and it is priceless! And this is what Ayder Koru hotel excels at - they excel at delivering premium hospitality that I think no hotel can match. From the owner to the two Syrian Mohammads who manage the hotel, this was by far the most brilliant experience I've had in Turkey. They constantly anticipated and looked for ways to try to make my stay a convenient one. Start from the beginning: so we arrive and when they saw our luggage, they expected the room that we booked to be too small for our needs so they upgraded us for free! And they informed us about being available at any time for any request, which they were happy to oblige. They gave us amazing tips on how to travel and navigate the mountainous forest of Ayder, and in fact, one of the Mohammad's even volunteered to help take us on a tour. It was so much fun chatting with them and you could feel that they truly wanted to be of service, a feeling that comes from the heart. The owner, a gentle Turkish man, although unable to speak English made sure that he made his feel right at home at his hotel. My friend also visited us there, and even he got an upgrade with a phenomenal view. Trust me, you will be very lucky if you get the chance to stay there.
