Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Charmerende hotel, vores værelse helt øverst var beklædt med egetræ som gjorde det ret hyggeligt og morgenmaden var ok .Parkering ved hotellet var nemt og tilgængelig.
Jeg syntes ikke vi fik det udsigt vi betalte extra for,da et tag var i vejen så vi ikke kunne se floden som blev beskrevet.det sammme med at værelset blev beskrevet som dobbeltværelse Deluxe det var der intet af .jeg føler ikke vi som kunder bliver taget seriøst når vi møder op via booking.com på hotellerne:(det med udsigt og faciliteter er ikke engangs tilfælde desværre. Der var ikke meget tryk på vandet heller den første dag under opholdet ,det var svært at tage bad.

عند طلبنا إيقاف الموسيقى أثناء الإفطار بالرغم من عدم وجود شخص آخر غيرنا في قاعة الطعام، أظهر لنا الموظف أنه يستجيب لكن لم يتم إطفاؤها . كذلك المدفئة كانت متعطلة لكن أحضروا لنا مدفئة أخرى وبطانيات .

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025çamlıhemşinden sonra güvenlik yolu kapatmış 180 TL ücret aldı. Neymiş ayder milli parkı. Otel dere kenarında biraz kuytu bir noktada. Odamız çok kötüydü. Eski yıkık harabe gibi. Kötü bir koku vardı odada ve temizlik yapılmamış çarşaflar yastıklar saç kıl vs vardı. Banyo rezalet. Bu fiyatın yarısını hak edecek bir yer değil bence.

Sauna and spa services mentioned were not in use. The car got stuck to the hotel due to icy roads - not easy to get in. Parked a short distance away

The staff was very good... there were a few gusts in the beginning of November and staff had a lof time to assist) The room was on the 5th floor...you can take a lift which goes till 4th floor and the on foot you step up on a wooden stair...it was unusual and interesting. The room was very small but for slleping we didnt need king size rooms)) shops and restaurants are nearby...within a few minutes by walk. We liked its location too much. Breakfasts were also good, even big enough.
As I said the size of the room... (only for sleeping). And the heater (batteries) didn't work. I asked personnel to check it... but the dicision was not found... But beds and bed lining was pretty good ...you colud feel absolutely comfortable at night.

Reception staff especially Abdullah and Elif were cooperative and supportive from the day one of our stay. They were keen to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the chef Zaki is always there to provide you with all support required.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024The location exactly on the river, also the dinning lounge is big and nice, breakfast was ok and you can enjoy eating with the river view. The guys serving the dinning lounge (Ahmet and Mosa) were very nice, smiley and welcoming.
The room is toooo small, looks like a prison, also the queen bed is small (for one person). No housekeeping everyday. Maybe the room with river view is worth the rent.

The quality of the room and how the bedsheets and blankets were unclean, lots of insects and pests that could be normal outside but not inside the room. The fridge was not working as well.

The food is not that good The room so small and you can only see the river from the windows, luckily the man in the reception upgrade us to nice big suit with balcony without extra charge, otherwise the rooms are not worthy the price we have paid in our booking.
