10/10Staff and reception repeatedly praised (several named employees commended) and described as respectful and helpful; a minority reported slow/unhelpful check-in, but positive reports dominate.
Location
9.6/10Many guests praise the convenient location and proximity to services; a few point out it is far from Alharam/Alnabawi for mosque visits.
Room Quality
7.8/10Rooms described as big and nice by some, but others report older rooms on rebooking, uncomfortable bed arrangements (two singles merged), missing advertised spa tub and bathroom maintenance needs.
Amenities
7.6/10Facilities are noted positively by some, but there are multiple complaints: pool under maintenance/no water, shuttle not found, no on-site/basic restaurant, and unreliable jacuzzi.
Value for Money
8.2/10Mixed signals: a few guests feel price is a little high, while others consider the stay good value given the service and location.
Food and Beverage
7.8/10Limited F&B options noted (no basic restaurant nearby, only a coffee shop with limited offerings), which frustrated some guests especially in hot weather.
Overall Experience
8.4/10Many guests report a very good stay and would repeat; common operational issues (pool/shuttle/jacuzzi/maintenance) and a few service lapses temper the experience.
