Breakfast was below average and items were less and type pf food almost same like omelette then sakshuka as omelette there was no butter at all At the time of check-in i asked the receptionist if he can give me the good room just.. to which he sarcastically started smiling and said if you pay for classic how i give you suite tho i didn't mean to give me suite. He again said if someone pay suite i can't give him classic etc. Then i told him again no i didn't mean to just said if available just because in riyadh my friends get sometimes to which he again said i worked in riyadh brach for 10 or 13 years never saw you. I was like what the hellll

للأسف تم انقطاع الماء من الساعه الرابعه فجرا حتى 11 صباحا ولم يتم الاهتمام من قبل الموظفين خرجنا قبل الوقت كان يقدرون يطلبون وايت ماء من تطبيق شركة المياه ويحلون المشكله في ساعه ولكنهم اهملوا الموضوع

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة إيوا إكسبريس جدة على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة المميزة. كانت الإقامة مريحة وممتعة، والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، والخدمات على مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية. كما أتوجه بشكر خاص للأخ سويلم موظف الاستقبال، على أخلاقه الراقية وتعامله الراقي وحرصه الدائم على راحة النزلاء، فقد كان مثالاً للترحيب والاحترافية وساهم بشكل كبير في جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وتميزاً. أتمنى لهم دوام التوفيق والنجاح، وبإذن الله ستكون لي زيارات قادمة، وأنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة وحسن التعامل. شكراً لكم جميعاً. 🌷
