Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The breakfast was just insanely amazing!! Mediterranean cuisine to its best! I loved the gym, the steam room and the jaccuzi and pretty much had it all to myself during my stay! the staff were incredibly helpful. They go the extra mile to make you happy even in personal matters. For example, I wanted to order food from a restarant but I needed to have a Saudi phone number, the lady at the reception solved it straightaway by ordering it on her phone and I paid her cash! another incident when I wanted to hear the new album of my favourite singer but I couldn't because my phone sim location, Aseel went beyond to help me find a way and just made my whole week!! The people at the front of this place made all the difference and changed my perspective completely about Jeddah!
Seriously, there was nothing that I didn't like.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The room was super clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The food selections for breakfast were amazing. The location is quiet, good for people who want to seek for quiet sleeping especially after umrah. There two mosques nearby, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. However, you will need to take a taxi if you want to go to major shopping malls (10-15 mins away). If location is not a problem, then this place is super good and value for money. I enjoyed my stay for resting after Umrah.
The sauna and jacuzzi were not as hot as expected.
