Staff friendly. Check in lambat pun tunggu. Bilik bersih selesa, luas.

Near to city center. Very2 clean floor, wash room, blanket, pillow and bed sheets, towels. Helpful, friendly staff.

TV cannot get the channel. Airconditioner quite old, but still functioning. One wall lamp no light.

Ada alas kaki & hanger yg mencukupi.

1. Sila tukar MyTV ke Astro Njoi dgn kadar segera. MyTv signal were very poor. 2. Utk aircond, selepas ini ambil jenama Hisense/Haier 2hp utk bilik 4 org. Saya dah guna model Daikin yg sama mmg tak puashati. Lambat sejuk, blower tak cukup kuat & compressor cepat gegar/bising.

Mudah berurusan. Bersih.

Overall okay stay dekat sini. Last minit ada org cancel bilik, so i choose the twin room. Cuma nya agak tak selesa bila tahu toilet kena sharing. Agak risau juga privacy kan. Tapi alhamdulillah setakat ni okay. Staff indon tu pun peramah, sambut kita dengan baik.

Parking for me okay. Cuma kalau ada guest lain tu agak payah sikit la kalau pagi2 tiba2 kena keluar kereta kan.

All amenities are okay. No complaint. It's all good.

The Indonesian lady staff came across as having an attitude on the first day. I simply asked whether there were other people staying there at the same time. The way the question was answered felt rude, and the tone made it seem as though I should not have asked. It is important for us to be aware of your surroundings, especially when staying in a bungalow with strangers. This is a homestay, not a hotel. I can ask question that concerns my safety. The staff member should be more mindful of their attitude and tone when interacting with guests.

The beds are good and the room is big.

The family that runs the guesthouse lives also in the same building. That means that you share the bathroom with them. Even though that is ok, the bathroom was not very clean. Someone of the family members shaved and let the razor and his/her body hairs in the sink. That's not very nice ... During my stay, the family was very loud and you hear everyone shouting outside your room. I felt a bit like a foster child XD ...

The property was in a quiet neighborhood with sufficient & secure parking within the compaound.

The check in process was chaotic. The rooms were not ready even though we arrived late at 3.30pm. The 5 rooms we booked were in 2 separate buildings albeit next door. There were insects in one of the rooms.

The person who assisted the check-in was friendly. Room size was good. Location was quite near to town and food was available within walking distance.

Saya buat booking di Homestay Jalan Joned Muar, tapi lepas tu pihak homestay maklumkan yang tempat dah penuh dan kena tukar booking saya ke Amoris Hotel. Maklumam ini dibuat pada jam 1 tengahari pada hari Jumaat yang saya nak check in. Saya jadi tak selesa sebab penukaran tu dibuat secara last minit atas faktor kecuaian staf homestay yang overbooked. Tambahan pula saya kena bayar lebih. Staf di hotel juga menyatakan saya bukan customer pertama yg kena mcm ni. Homestay ni selalu buat perangai mcm ni dan tolak customer ke hotel dia. Walaupun mereka kata tak ada paksaan dan suami saya terpaksa setuju, situasi tu agak mengelirukan sebab sebelum tu mereka sendiri cakap homestay belum penuh. Dalam masa yang sama, saya tertinggal rantai mak saya di sana dan saya dah minta tolong untuk poskan, siap offer bayar kos, tapi mereka tak nak bantu dan suruh saya ambil sendiri atau urus runner. Saya duduk di KL, jadi memang susah untuk datang ambil. Cara mereka respon pun bagi saya defensive dan kurang empati, rasa layanan tu bersifat tidak profesional. Keseluruhannya, saya rasa isu ni jadi sebab komunikasi tak jelas, cara handle customer kurang fleksibel, dan ada percanggahan daripada pihak mereka sendiri.

Affordable price. Nice room and space. Second time staying here.

閑静な住宅街にあります。車ならどこでも行けますが、徒歩の方は周りに店がないので食べ物など買っておいた方がいいかもしれません。給水機だけでなく冷蔵庫もあり、冷たいものも冷やしておけます。

ゲートが閉まっていてドアベルも見つからず声を出して中のスタッフを呼びました。すぐに対応してもらえたから良かったですが、暑さの中でじっと待たされたら大変です。

Nicely sized room with a private bathroom. Comfortable bed. About 15 minutes walk from the centre of Muar but only a 5 minute walk from a street with different restaurants on it. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

The aircon broke down on day 2.

Quiet family environment. Nice secure place.

Not home owner or staff fault but sometimes bad tenant occur. A Hilux guy told staff he needs to go out. I was blocking his car. Fine, I came down, but waited about 15~20 minutes outside before he finally came out. This way, I can park inside after he goes out. Geram lah. Why must I wait for him?!?!? Told him I need go out 7.30am next day. He replied OK. Next day, I can down 7.45am, Hilux blocks me, I call your office & Staff called Hilux many times to move car. Finally about 8.15am he came out, remove his car blocking me. Why must I wait for him!?!? He refuse to say anything.
