Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Great location. Walking distance from everything: the beach, the Shuk ha Carmel, the downtown. The apartment is very well equipped, in a good condition, nicely decorated. The host is super friendly, helpful, responsive. The main bedroom is the safe room the mamad. Because of the new windows the apartment is very quiet, in spite of the central location. Perfect location for a nice holiday.

Apartment was smaller than expected and we expected a small terrace/balcony as per the description but there wasn't one. Kitchen utensils were inadequate (eg we had to go out and buy a corkscrew to open wine, no spatula to fry an egg).

Reviewed Jun 14, 2023Location, location, location! The apartment is spacious (two bedrooms) and was clean. Excellent view of the sea from our 4th floor balcony. Coffee pads and salt (the important things in life) were available.
Not the landlords fault, but currently (June 2023) that part of Allenby street is the site of road construction/pipe renewal. Since we were on the 4th floor, we were not disturbed by the noise.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2023The location of the apartment is great, close to the center and to the beach and there is a private parking place just across the apartment. Also, in the area you find many restaurants and supermarkets.
When we arrived there, there was sand on the sheets and we found some trash under one of the beds. We spoke to them and they reacted very promptly and sent someone to clean again the flat.
