The property was situated within walking distance of the sea front and was clean. The property is more suited to the young and fit and was good value for money and only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport

I had a room at the front that was incredibly noisy all night. I was on the 3rd floor with no lift which was a bit of a struggle for me as I am 72..

La chambre donne sur une route a 2x2 voies et l'isolation de la chambre est inexistante. On a l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir ou que les scooters passent au milieu de la chambre. Il y a un jour d'un centimètre tout autour de la fenêtre. Le bruit et les odeurs de la route envahissent toute la chambre. Notre séjour dans cet hôtel ne fût pas très agréable.

La chambre était propre et grande

On a pas dormi de la nuit l hôtel est au bord de la route principale! Finalement on avait réservé 2 nuits et après une nuit blanche sans dormir on a décidé de partir très tôt et vite de ce terrible cauchemar.

J'ai aimé la proximité avec les rue piétonnes avec le marché, bars, restaurants et la plage.

Nous ne pouvions pas régler la climatisation, il y avait des taches dans le lit, et la salle de bain n'est pas très cozy. De plus, il peut il avoir du bruit car les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées.

Great accommodation for a digital nomad.

Alles bestens, perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp. Großes Zimmer, sauber, nettes Personal. Hatte das Zimmer an der Straße und das war extrem laut.

לוקיישן נוח! ממש כמה דקות הליכה משוק דייגים. חדרים מאובזרים עם מטבח קטן שאפשר להשתמש בו.

Great location, very friendly staff, cleaned room daily and restocked water bottles. Offer good services and luggage hold! Air con too

Initially had an issue with some bugs on the floor - was resolved quickly with bug spray and daily cleaning. Could hear outside noise alot so would recommend earplugs if a light sleeper

Very close to the Wharf Walking Street. Clean and large rooms.

Room wasnt ready at 14:15, which was 15 minutes past the check-in time.

Location was close to night market

Gaps between the windows allowed for mosquitoes to get in, and very loud location of the main road.

The bed was clean and it was right by the Fisherman’s Nightmarket and no need to cross the big road.

The walls had so many dirty spots and the room was overall not roughly cleaned including the bathroom which wasn’t great. The toilet has issues flushing and we did need a plumber. Also lizards can easily get in. We kept door closed at all times but saw a big one in the room.

My room was right next to the main road connecting the whole island. There was no other room available. It was way too loud to sleep - with the motorbikes accelerating, the trucks honking and someone trying to manage the traffic blowing a whistle. If the room was properly isolated it wouldn’t been an issue. I would advise the property to sound isolate the room(s) right next to the road or not rent them out.

Room was fine. Everything else was awful

Don't stay here! - I booked my stay online and paid online before I arrived I showed this to the receptionist when I arrived and she insisted that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay a second time. Which I did. I then called booking.com and got a refund luckily. I asked other guests if they had been charged twice and they said the same thing happened to them but there is nowhere else to go because of high season. I then rented a bike which had only 2 bars of fuel left on the tank. I returned it with 3 bars left and she charged me extra for not returning it with a full tank. WiFi didn't work the entire time. I've lived in Thailand 7 years and I never leave a bad review unless it's really deserved. Avoid.

Property was very comfortable and had everything you would need. It was very clean.

Location could be a little noisy with the main road at times. I still managed to get a really good nights sleep here though.

The man at reception seemed always grumpy and the room was very basic.

- 10 Stars for staff especially Ms Narisawa, she was so helpful! Our tour guide did not show up for an entire hour and she helped to call all the hotline numbers, google for other tour agencies and even offered to help book a similar day tour. She will also give you cold bottled water anytime you want. :) - The hotel also offers transport to Samui airport for 400 baht, slightly cheaper than Grabcar during peak hour. - 2 bottles of water were provided every day, even if your previous bottles are still in the fridge. We ended up with a heap of bottled water lol

- Other reviews were right about the noise being heard from the main road, it's pretty loud at night but it did not affect us. - Bed and pillows were quite hard, but this is my personal preference - There were quite a lot of ants in the room, we ended up shifting the trash bin outside - Toilet door cannot close (misaligned) - Note that there is no dishwash liquid and housekeeping will not clean the utensils

The location was great- it was a more quiet area which me and partner prefer and about 12-15 mins away from the party strip.

It was quite basic and the windows and doors were not fitted properly and you could hear everything but were not sensitive too much to that. And this then also meant there were bugs/ants in the room..

The tv didn't work the room was on the end next to road the window glass has dropped allowing the noise in

bed bugs, and other insects in the room, it was covered in dirt and dust, dirty bed sheets and when try and speak to reception and ask for help or another room or refund they were no help and didn’t seem like they cared about ur welfare.

Room clean and nice locations, very close to lot os stores and also the night market as well as a bit close from the pier (but need a taxi to get there).

Arriving from the Airport and departure from the pier next day lactation perfect. Big room, comfortable bed.

My bed sheet was not clean so I had to slept in my sleeping bag.

Very big room that even has a little kitchen area. Good location just a short walk from the night market and Fisherman's Village. Friendly, helpful staff that are happy to help organise other things you might need such as transport to the airport or tours. Very good price for this location and room facilities.

The main road out the front is very busy but (1) you don't need to cross it to have access to Fisherman's Village, the night market or other shops and restaurants, and (2) Only one of the rooms on each floor faces the road from what I could tell, the others, including mine, are away from the road so the noise wasn't bad - just a bit of a gentle background hum.

The noise! Room 308 facing very busy road with windows having gasps the size of a football field 🤣 It felt like I was sleeping on the side of the road. The worst sleep I have ever had, luckily it was only one night. In at 2200 and out by 0700. Don't use Google Maps to find the place, it sends you to the middle of nowhere. Use Booking.com location.

Close to beach & facilities - friendly staff

My room was close to busy road - bit noisy at night but

The room was large, clean, with plenty of clothes storage, dressing table, small dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely big bed. The location was excellent for accessing Fisherman’s village and the night market. Was quiet, some traffic noise from the main road but nothing earplugs can’t fix. Felt safe and secure. It was my last night in Thailand and I’d needed a place to crash before my flight the next day. This place was perfect for that. I was able to potter around the night market for food and final gifts, and the very friendly staff organised my taxi for the following morning to Samui airport, which is about 15mins away.

Nothing I didn’t like, just to note you’re about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the place is on the main road.

I ordered a room with 1-big size bed, but stuff informed that it's only 2-single beds option. Then thay changed a room (kinda show the problem is solved), but that room was also with 2-single beds and sheets etc were wery dirty. No excuses, nothing, just face-to-face information about how is in reality.

Some noise from the road

Owners of the hotel were so friendly. No problems to book an extra night without notice. Room was very big and clean, exactly like the pictures. Laundry service 50 bht per kg.

Best Apartment-Hotel in Bophut. Wifi sometimes have problems but all other points 100% OK. I can recoment this place since years. Excellent Team, Washing Maschines avaliable, Very good motor bikes avaliable.

My room: Big bed, couch, table, tv, mirror, toilet shower. The price are extremely affordable. And a good zone. This house with Rooms has not contain for us travelers SWIMINGPOOL, PRIVATE BEACH, GYM, BUFFET BREAKFAST, SAUNAS, ROOM SERVICE, RESTAURANT. I truly understand as they are extremely affordable. But this is only a honest review for other traveler to help take decisions if they choose Rak Samui Bophut

Please if you are in your room, don’t bring any food item or any sweet thing, you will have automatically ANTS presence running around the whole apartment. I find it very uncomfortable. Receptionist Thai national female was very helpful and nice to me.

Brilliant value for money. Great location, 2 mins from the beach and Fisherman's village. The room is very spacious and has a small kitchen which is really useful. Air conditioned and a TV.

4th floor and no lift. Fine for us but not accessible if mobility is an issue
