Avoid this place. The standard room was not even close to the pictures on the site. It stinks, and is dirty. The host willingly sells stinky and dirty standard rooms so he can upgrade the bookings to deluxe rooms for more money, after arrival. It is basically a trap, and I think Booking.com and other booking sites should remove this hotel from thier offers.

A warm welcome and comfortable stay. I didn't use any facilities and therefore cannot comment on anything else.

There’s no tv anywhere at this hotel, no kettle no hairdryer and a grumpy owner who barely says hello and asked me to pay again when I checked out, I told him I paid in full when made the booking, I checked out 2 days early as I couldn’t bare it anymore

Very disappointing – not recommended The value for money was extremely poor. We had booked two double rooms via Booking.com, but upon check-in, there were immediate issues. One room was apparently “not found” by the receptionist. After half an hour of phone calls, he finally said it was supposedly booked through “Cosmos” – instead of simply checking the system properly within two minutes. We received no information about breakfast or any other hotel services. The room itself looked more like a prison cell than a hotel room. There were bugs and even a salamander inside. The fridge was turned off, and after sleeping for two hours and returning from a short walk, we found the floor completely soaked because the fridge had leaked. When I reported it to reception, the staff member acted annoyed rather than helpful and said: “What do you expect me to do, replace it in the evening?”. I’ve been on vacation more than ten times in different countries, and I’ve never experienced such poor service. We were also charged the tourist tax twice – although it was already paid through Booking.com, they charged us again for one room: €5 per night, €35 in total. The bed was broken, the name on the tourist tax receipt was entered incorrectly, and there were only two power sockets in the whole double room – one at the entrance and one next to the bed. For €780, I expected something far better. Completely unprofessional and should be avoided if you’re looking for a decent place to stay.

Hotel is very old style as if from another century, wash basin and shower drainages were blocked, a/c was not working properly and is severely understaffed. Breakfast was given at the table in strict 'military' rations, same same daily (one boiled egg, two slices of bread/cheese/ham). It should be taken down from Hotels.com property list...

Fick be om städning och nya handdukar efter 3 dagar. Saknades tv i vårt rum. Hårda sängar. Gammalt och slitet men man får det man betalar för.

the location is good, quiet and nearby the beach. helpfull personell. the state of the furniture is not so well and breakfast is simpel.

The hotel is very calm and peaceful. Owner is very nice.

The pool was overall clean. Water was clear, the walls had a little bit of some build up though.

It was friendly and cozy hotel. Everything was near. It was small, pretty and safe hotel.

Perfect location ideal for quiet holidays. Near faliraki center, reachable on foot.

Nothing to like.

Cleanliness was horrible. Everything has a sour or sweaty smell on arrival. You have to pay 7€ pr. day extra for aircondition even if it says included on you booking confirmation. They also tried to charge tourist tax, even though we had a receipt saying that it was already paid. Comfort of bed was horrible. They didn't clean the rooms, merely folded the bedsheets and swept a little sand away. Drain in shower was clogged and they didn't clean it when made aware. I had to clean it myself after a few days of frustration. Service was horrible. Bad communication skills, arrogant staff. "Included" breakfast was an insult. Stale cerials, dry bread, and a few slices of cheese in a 40 degree Celsius room, no cooling in room and no cooling around food.

Owner of the property is actually an amazing guy. Everyday he was making sure that his guests are quickly checked in/checked out, served at the bar, breakfast buffet refilled with food quickly, that coffee cups, cutlery etc. are clean . He was multitasking every morning making everyone’s stay very pleasant. Due to wildfires in Rhodes we struggled few days due to few daily power cuts & no water for couple of hours a day, but it wasn’t their fault & I felt really sorry for him when one couple staying at the hotel attacked him for this instead being understanding & just waiting few days patiently like we did. On the day off our arrival bedrooms (especially one of them) weren’t up to good cleanliness or safety standards, I pointed out issues to the owner and he quickly moved us to a different room, which was much cleaner. To his defence we did checked in 2h earlier. We received daily housekeeping visits throughout our stay that was great. If you can pay extra and upgrade yourself to a renovated rooms & you won’t be disappointed. The rest of the rooms are great for couples, families, groups on the budget & who ain’t too fussy. If you looking for a place to sleep, shower, get change & chill by the pool or head into town/sightseeing it’s definitely worth it. Pool and bar area are exceptionally clean! Thought pool isn’t that deep 1m-1.5m. Prices at the bar were reasonable, it’s a shame that they don’t make any other food apart pizzas (they were really great though, especially “special one” Was nice to see part of its history framed and hanged up on the walls in the dining room as well. I’m pretty sure that gardens around hotel are blossoming and look beautiful in the colder months. Property is a short walking distance to the beach (3-4min away for a speedy walkers, 8-12min for slower people). Few shops near by and great restaurants.

7€ a day for air condition, charge isn’t disclosed on booking.com , so it was expected as included service.

Fin beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser. Preget av alder og behov for fornying. Tynt utvalg hva frokost angår. Hyggelig betjening. Fikk veldig tidlig innsjekk. Ikke veldig bra valuta for pengene.

The staff are lovely. We arrived having been evacuated from our villa. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful. The pool is clean. Walking distance to beaches and some fabulous restaurants- local Greek traditional and more upmarket fish. All staff coping extremely well to provide high quality food in periods of electricity power cuts due to fires and extreme heat. The locals are kind, considerate and couldn’t do enough. They even came up with a limited menu that they could cook with no electricity.

Sadly the photos on booking.com don’t reflect the standard rooms that are yet to be updated. So the rooms are dated. The mattress very hard. It was an exceptionally hot time and the air conditioning only worked in one of the 2 rooms. We tried 2 other rooms and the units there also did not work. This made our stay difficult. The shower head needed replacing as water went every except directly onto you. The breakfast is basic- tinned peaches with lovely Greek yogurt, watermelon, salami cheese and bread. Some flakes for the children but milk warm. Bar in evening good and friendly atmosphere.

Et familiedrevet hotell med veldig hyggelig eiere. Renhold var under standard. Baderomsvegger, speil, kraner m.m. var ikke rene. Fant gamle sokker og rask etter forrige gjester. Utrolig vonde, harde senger, putene var noen klumpete greier. Fint basseng, men kantene rundt trenger en skikkelig omgang med høytrykkspyler for å fjerne grønske. Selve stedet lå fint til, med gangavstand til strand og sentrum. Positivt at det var et stille strøk. Kommer gjerne tilbake til Faliraki, men ikke til dette hotellet.
