I’ve booked a garden view 2 bedroom chalet, but as we arrived the receptionist told us that we can upgrade for a sea view but with 1 bedroom as it contains a couch that could be a bed, I knew that they lied to me the main purpose was to downgrade to a 1 bedroom instead if 2-bedroom suite, as it’s cheaper, the couch was broken I couldn’t sleep all the night Hotel furniture needs maintenance, tap water was salty ! , restaurant quality was low for hygiene and food variety

The food was great, fresh and tasted really good. And there were a variety of meat, chicken and fish. Not so much on deserts.

The hotel is extremely old, the staff is not friendly at all, they don't speak or offer help unless spoken to, the facilities are terrible, the bathroom smelled, the refrigerator wasn't working, the sofa bed was broken, one of the 2 bedrooms had no AC access, we had to call the front desk each day to request towels as we were 4 in a 2 bedrooms room and they only equipped it with 2 towels and 2 tea cups only

اعجبنا الشاطئ الرملي كما ان المطعم متنوع والخدمة جيدة وموقع الفندق قريب من طريق القاهرة .

عدم وجود مواقف سيارات بالفندق كما انهم ابلغونا ان مواقف السيارات امام الفندق بالخارج هي للملاك فقط وكان علينا انزال الشنط ثم ايقاف السيارة في الشارع المؤدي للفندق .

الشاطئ ممهد ومناسب للعائلات، وهذه نقطة جيدة جدًا خصوصًا في العين السخنة. كما أن موقع الكافيه جيد، والمطعم كان جيدًا بشكل عام، والوجبات كانت جيدة ومقبولة. كذلك يوجد سوبر ماركت خلف الفندق مباشرة تقريبًا، على بعد خطوات، وأسعاره كانت جيدة ومناسبة، وهي نقطة إيجابية ومفيدة للنزلاء

الشاطئ، فعلى الرغم من أنه ممهد وجيد من ناحية التجهيز، إلا أنه لا تتوفر به ألعاب أو أنشطة مائية مثل اللانش وغيرها من الأنشطة التي يمكن أن تضيف إلى تجربة الإقامة. بالنسبة لحمامات السباحة، يوجد ثلاثة حمامات سباحة، أحدها صغير ومخصص للأطفال، ولكن الإمكانيات والمساحات بشكل عام متواضعة. وحتى حمام السباحة المخصص للكبار يعتبر صغيرًا مقارنة بعدد النزلاء. أما الـ Entertainment فهو من أضعف نقاط الفندق. البرنامج الترفيهي محدود جدًا، وتشعر أن نفس الـ Flash أو الـ Playlist يتم تشغيلها بشكل متكرر، مع تكرار نفس الـ Shows والأنشطة يوميًا تقريبًا، دون وجود تنوع حقيقي أو برنامج ترفيهي قوي، خصوصًا للعائلات والأطفال. بالنسبة للغرفة، فقد قمنا بحجز Sea View، ولكن عند الوصول تم تسكيننا في غرفة بالدور الأرضي بإطلالة على حمام السباحة، أي في فئة أقل من الغرفة التي تم حجزها. عند اعتراضنا في الـ reception، تم إبلاغنا بأن جميع غرف الـ Sea View مشغولة، ووُعدنا بأنه سيتم نقلنا في اليوم التالي إلى غرفة أفضل. ولكن لم يحدث ذلك. والأمر المثير للاستغراب أنني لاحظت خلال الإقامة وجود غرف أخرى متاحة، وبعضها بدا من الخارج في حالة أفضل من الغرفة التي تم تسكيننا بها. لذلك ترك الأمر لدي انطباعًا بأن موضوع عدم توفير الغرفة المحجوزة لم يكن مجرد مشكلة في توافر الغرف في ذلك الوقت ربما دي الغرف المتاحة لعملاء booking، وكان من المفترض أن يتم التعامل مع الأمر بشفافية أكبر. الغرفة نفسها كانت تحتاج إلى تحسين واضح، والأثاث كان قديمًا وحالته متواضعة. كما أن الثلاجة لم تكن تعمل بشكل صحيح، حيث كان التبريد يقتصر تقريبًا على جزء الفريزر و صوتها كان عالي جدا، بينما الجزء الخاص بالثلاجة لم يكن يبرد بصورة مناسبة. أما بالنسبة لانقطاع المياه، فقد انقطعت المياه في آخر يوم حوالي الساعة 3:00 مساءً واستمر الانقطاع حتى حوالي الساعة 9:00 مساءً. بعد التواصل مع Booking وتقديم الشكوى، تم إبلاغنا بأن إدارة الفندق ستتواصل معنا لحل مشكلة انقطاع المياه وكذلك موضوع تغيير الغرفة. وبالفعل، تم الاتصال بنا هاتفيًا في اليوم التالي، ولكن للأسف لم أتمكن من الرد على المكالمة في ذلك الوقت. بعد ذلك توجهت بنفسي إلى الـ reception وحاولت التواصل مع مدير الفندق لمتابعة الموضوع، ولكن لم أتمكن من مقابلته في ذلك الوقت، وقيل لي إنه كان يتناول الغداء.

النظافه والأكل السئ الفرش غير نظيف ولا الحمام بالغرفه البوفيه لازم تبص في الطبق او المعالق قبل ما تستخدمها لانها في الأغلب غير نظيف اما الاكل فليس في مستوي المكان

تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق. الغرفة كانت متهالكة وغير مناسبة للإقامة بالشكل اللائق؛ الكنب مكسّر وهابط، الحوائط بها تكسير واضح، والحمام قديم وبه شروخ. مستوى الصيانة بشكل عام كان سيئًا جدًا. الأكثر إزعاجًا أن المياه انقطعت لمدة 5 ساعات كاملة، من الساعة 4 مساءً حتى الساعة 9 مساءً، وهو أمر غير مقبول تمامًا في أي فندق، خصوصًا عند الإقامة مع الأسرة. كذلك، أدوات الطعام المقدمة لنا، ومنها الشوك والملاعق، لم تكن نظيفة. تقدمت بشكوى لإدارة الفندق بسبب هذه المشاكل، ولكن التجربة بشكل عام كانت مخيبة للآمال للغاية. لا أنصح بالحجز في هذا الفندق، ولا أعتقد أن مستوى الغرف والخدمة والنظافة يتناسب مع سعر الإقامة. إذا كنت تبحث عن إقامة مريحة ونظيفة، أنصحك بالتفكير جيدًا قبل الحجز

تجربة من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها، وبكل صراحة لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز في هذا الفندق، خصوصًا إذا كان مع أسرته. الغرف في حالة سيئة جدًا ومتهالكة، والكنب مكسّر وهابط لدرجة تجعله غير صالح للاستخدام، والحوائط بها تكسير واضح، والحمام قديم جدًا وبه شروخ، وكأن الغرفة لم تخضع لأي صيانة حقيقية منذ سنوات. الموضوع لم يتوقف عند سوء حالة الغرف، فالمياه انقطعت من الساعة 4 عصرًا وحتى الساعة 9 مساءً! خمس ساعات بدون مياه، وهو أمر لا يمكن اعتباره مجرد “مشكلة عابرة” في فندق يفترض أنه يستقبل نزلاء ويدفعون مقابل خدمة محترمة. أما النظافة، فكانت صادمة أيضًا؛ حتى الشوك والملاعق المقدمة للنزلاء كانت غير نظيفة، وهو أمر غير مقبول تمامًا ويثير علامات استفهام كبيرة حول مستوى النظافة والتعقيم في الفندق. تقدمت بشكوى لإدارة الفندق بسبب ما حدث، لكن للأسف التجربة بالكامل تركت انطباعًا سيئًا جدًا. باختصار: مستوى الغرف، الصيانة، النظافة والخدمة أقل بكثير من المتوقع، والتجربة لا تتناسب إطلاقًا مع سعر الإقامة أو الصورة التي يتم تقديمها عن الفندق. لو كنت تبحث عن إقامة مريحة ومحترمة مع عائلتك، أنصحك أن تفكر جيدًا قبل الحجز هنا، لأن ما واجهته كان بعيدًا تمامًا عن معنى “الإقامة الفندقية”. واطالب وزاره السياحه والصحه بمراجعه هذا المكان وسحب الشهاده من الفندق

Comfortable bed, great AC, clean sheets, and kind housekeeping staff. The beach and overall vibe were great, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

The reception was very slow in responding to requests. The hotel advertises a spa, but when I went there, no one was available at the front desk. Wi-Fi was only available in the hotel lobby, which was quite inconvenient. There was also a temporary water outage throughout the hotel due to a pipe issue, which unfortunately caused me to check out earlier than planned. I understand this may have been an unexpected, one-time issue.

- Staff were so nice, polite and helpful, they thankfully upgraded our stay to a pool/sea looking room which was very nice. - Facilities were not very crowded giving us a chance to enjoy the place. - Sandy peach and the the sea were wonderful.

My children loved the pool and beach the entertainment and slides were brilliant. This hotel has the potential to be amazing if they put internet in the rooms and modernise the rooms

Only having Wi-Fi in the lobby NOT IN YOUR ROOM OR BYTHE POOL, the buffet was basic, I didn’t bother the last morning and evening, order from the beach restaurants. The room was very basic and needed paint and new furniture, I would only stay here the two nights anymore I would have left.

The sea view was absolutely amazing and very easy to access. The hotel might not be high-end or fancy, but it had everything we needed—a nice pool, fun slides, and a great location right on the beach. Also, the food was good and we really enjoyed it.

It is not a luxury or fancy resort, so it might not suit travelers looking for a high-end experience. However, for us, everything was practical and completely fine for what we needed.

Dining hall is small compared with number of rooms, Internet is not available at the rooms. There is No Aqua Park (Miss leading).

We liked the room.

The adult swimming pool was extremely dirty. The staff should separate kids pool and adults pool they are not strict. A lot of hair and dirty things in the pool unacceptable.

اكثر شئ عجبني هو الشاطئ وحمام السباحة والجو العام كويس جدا وطبعا الاستقبال كلهم محترمين وودودين وخصوصا ا. منتصر مشكور على مجهوده

الغرفة كانت محتاجه صيانة وجم الصيانة ظبطوها الجاكوزي ماكنش شغال ، هيبقى اجمل كتير لو اشتغل بعد كده وبقى فيه مايه .. الدي جي كان جنب الشاليه بتاعي واحيانا كان مصدعنا بس هما شباب ذوق وراعوا ده واحنا موجودين بس كنت اتمنى الشاليه الناحية التانية لكن حصل خير بقى.

Esperienza molto "autentica", in questo resort frequentato al 100% da famiglie egiziane musulmane

L' animazione era molto limitata, quindi la sera ed il pomeriggio ci siamo un po' annoiati. La pulizia non era delle migliori, soprattutto nelle zone comuni, ristorante, piscine e spiaggia che risultavano un po' sporche. Il resort è situato in una zona molto isolata e non propone nessuna escursione o iniziativa di intrattenimento per turisti, da quello che abbiamo capito è frequentato sopra da famiglie egiziane che non sono interessate, come i turisti internazionali, a questo tipo di attività... Inoltre è necessario avere un forte spirito di adattamento perche' la clientela è fortemente musulmana e tutte le donne in spiaggia/piscina/resort indossano sempre il burka o comunque abiti arabi estremamente coperti, che per turisti internazionali può sembrare un po' strano e mettere un po' a disagio. Il personale della reception è del ristorante è stato comunque molto gentile.

What I liked the most was the respect and kindness of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. I also appreciated the cleanliness and quality of the food; everything was fresh and well prepared.

The only thing that could be improved is the availability of services around the hotel. Having more nearby facilities such as a small bazaar, pharmacy, or shops for swimming and water activities equipment would make the experience even better and more convenient for guests.

All specially amazing staff from gate to house keeping all are professional Distance located @ first in Siuze -ain shokna road ,but far for other outside activities

Location, pool, and easy access to beach

Rooms, bed sheets, and toilets weren't very clean. Stand up showers workout and curtain or glass doors. Taking a shower meant flooding the whole bathroom with water. The floor wasn't even sloped right to drain the water so it just sit there. We had two king suites, one had stand up shower with glass door. The other room had two standup showers with no curtains and no glass doors. It was room A-58 so avoid booking it, unless they fix this issue.

Es waren viele Einheimische da, sodass man sehr aufgefallen ist. Aber niemanden hat gestört, dass unsere Frauen eben nicht vermummt baden gegangen sind. Die Lage ist super und mit Kindern perfekt. Sie können zwischen Pool und Strand switchen und es ist einfach aber schön. Das Essen war für uns total ausreichend.

Wir haben Obst beim Frühstück vermisst. Wenn man „vermissen“ sagen kann. Es gab sonst reichlich.

La piscine et les extérieurs sont sympa et conforme aux photos, la plage est au pied de l'hôtel et très agréable.

Bien que le plus de cet hôtel est d'avoir des appartements pour les familles, ils sont vétuste et sales. Les couloirs qui desservent les chambres et la salle de restaurant sont tristes et sales avec une musique triste qui tourne en boucle... il n'y avait pas de spa, ni de salle de sport ! (soi-disant en panne) comme annoncé dans l'annonce et la piscine intérieur sans aucun d'intérêt puisque sale l'également ! sans compter les colonies de vacances qui débarquent en plein week-end avec une centaine d'enfants qui hurlent dans tout les coins ! la musique a fond au bord de la piscine, juste à côté de votre chambre de 10 de matin à 23h sans aucune animation concrète !

The DJ is a bit loud on the beach

Great Place. Food. Sandy Beach. Reception. Hotel capacity was perfect although it was almost full capacity but i didn't feel any crowding. Super market very good prices beside the hotel entrance. apartement facilities. covered cozy pool Shower drain was not functioning perfectly and asked for fixing it. and problem fixed immediately. Bed sheets wasn't so clean in my opinion and the hotel took my complaint seriously and changed every thing i didn't like on the spot and then provided an oriental sweet plate as a gift.

Cold open air pool may be it will be heated on seasons. Asked for coffee on beach but not served. Reciption bar had no staff on dinner time. that was annoying since dinner it self didn't offer coffee and tea. so you have to go to your room and use the provided in room coffee. I wish if they offered coffe. Instead they served coke on tables.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing! A lot of choice and healthy options too (steamed veg, soups, lots of salads and fruits)

Прекрасное расположение отеля — прямо рядом с морем, что делает отдых особенно комфортным. Пляж песчаный, чистый и ухоженный, за ним хорошо следят. Бассейны на территории отеля чистят постоянно у каждого бассейна сидит работник и контролирует порядок. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников пляжа: они работают очень внимательно и оперативно, приносят всё необходимое — шезлонги, столики, стулья. Отличный сервис! Кухня разнообразная и вкусная. Повара — настоящие профессионалы: постоянно следят за наличием еды и оперативно пополняют блюда. Всё свежее и качественное.Официанты также работают на высоком уровне — быстро убирают лишнюю посуду со столов, поддерживают чистоту и порядок. В целом весь персонал отеля заслуживает похвалы. Видно, что они стараются сделать отдых гостей максимально комфортным.

К сожалению, были и некоторые моменты, на которые хотелось бы обратить внимание. В номере присутствовал неприятный запах из туалета и ванной комнаты, похожий на запах канализационных труб,который чувствовался даже ночью на весь номер. Несмотря на ежедневную уборку, запах периодически возвращался. Также ванные комнаты, на мой взгляд, нуждаются в небольшом обновлении — ремонт уже немного устарел. Отдельно хочется отметить состояние стиральной машины: она была в неудовлетворительном состоянии — внутри ощущался неприятный запах, был заметен налёт и загрязнения, как будто её давно не чистили. Пользоваться ею было невозможно.

The beach is very beautiful and sandy. The staff are excellent, especially those in the restaurant. The food was fairly good.
