Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel

Hotel was located in a convenient place very near to bus and subway stations

1. The hotel did not even provide dental kits or even proper tea stuff; no milk creamer or tea bags, not even a toothpaste even on request. Later we saw that it was due to some official policy; but if so, this should be highlighted boldly on the website at the time of booking, so that the guest prepares accordingly. 2. For the price, rooms were pretty small with very limited movement space beyond two beds. 3. Breakfast menu was overall decent, but was exactly the same every day over our five day stay. 4. The hotel restaurant was unreliable-one day we wished to eat at the restaurant but were told that the restaurant was closed due to being booked for some personal social event. Consequently, we had to go out of hotel for dinner. I have never seen a hotel that does not provide dinner to it's own guests because of another event. And naturally, there was no facility of any room service or in-room dining at any time.

We did not use the breakfast service at the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel, as there are many breakfast spots and convenience stores—such as CU, 7-Eleven, and GS25—in the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located near the COEX Convention Center (where we attended the WCLC 2026 conference). It also offers easy access to and from Incheon Airport, being close to Airport Limousine Bus Stops (routes 6703 and 6009).

Standard hotel room amenities—such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, tea, sugar, or a comb—are not provided; an additional fee applies if they are required.

Rooms and toilet is good. Dining Hall is good and spacious. Breakfast is good. 75% korean food. 25% continantal

highly understaffed. No room service for housekeeping items. even for tea bags, sugar, one has to go down to reception. Reception is also managed by single staff.

The hotel is obviously old and nondescript from the outside. But everything is fine inside the room. There are nuances, but the rest in the hotel is quite good. The view from the window and the location are just top. Плюсы: 1. Местоположение (до Гангнам 5 минут, напротив хороший Старбакс для работы и утреннего кофе. В районе часа куча достопримечательностей и торговых центров). Рядом улица с едой. 2. Хорошее обслуживание 3. Очень удобные кровати 4. Тихо и спокойно 5. Вид из окна выше пятого этажа - супер 6. Напротив остановка в аэропорт, старбакс. Positive: 1. Location (Gangnam is 5 minutes away, opposite is a good Starbucks for work and morning coffee. There are a lot of attractions and shopping malls in the area of the hour). There is a street with food nearby. 2. Good service 3. Very comfortable beds 4. Quiet and peaceful 5. The view from the window above the fifth floor is super 6. Opposite the airport stop, Starbucks.

Минусы: 1. Не очень обширный завтрак и крайне однообразный 2. Явно не привлекательный внешний вид и ресепшн. 3. Нет никакого места для расслабления, например сауны. 4. Нет доп услуг трансфера. Minuses: 1. Breakfast is not very extensive and extremely monotonous 2. Clearly not attractive in appearance and reception. 3. There is no place to relax, such as a sauna. 4. There is no additional transfer service.

Good location! Rooms are comfortable. A good range of options for breakfast and it was nice and quiet so wasn’t any need to rush.

Le camere sono molto carine, accoglienti e comode. La posizione è ottima trovandosi in una delle vie commerciali più importanti di Gangnam. L’albergo ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione è buona. Nella hall c’è sempre del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti . Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato qui all’inizio e alla fine del nostro viaggio. All’inizio avevamo dimenticato in camera alcune cose di valore che ci sono state prontamente conservate e restituite al nostro ritorno.

They didn’t clean the bathroom. The trashes were still on the floor. Strange..

The location was great, in between 2 subway stations. Room was a decent size for the price. Overall, probably one of the better hotels in the area.

I was only there for 1 night, so not much to say about what I disliked. Nothing really negative stood out while I was there.

Très belle hôtel en plein milieu de Gangnam. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel super sympa. Excellent rendement qualité prix à recommander.

スタッフの方が日本語も英語も話せたので、意思疎通がスムーズでした。荷物も快く預かってくれました。近くにコンビニやバス停があり、便利でした。施設も快適でした。

立地が駅から登り坂なので、移動が大変です。テレビでyoutubeが観れるとよかったです。

部屋の広さ、清潔さなど

特にないがあえて挙げるならば、新論峴駅からこのホテルに向かうと長い上り坂が続くうえ、歩道がガタガタしているので大きなキャリーケースを持っていると少し大変。隣の彦州駅から向かっても距離は同じだが上り坂がないので楽。

General value for money was wood compared to other Seoul hotels with similar characteristics Nice breakfast location (floor 2-3) with some natural light and view. Also nice variety Spacious room

Советую ! Чисто , уборка каждый день , достаточно просторный номер по корейским меркам . Вид из окна на Сеул очень радовал глаз и душу

駅から近く、冷蔵庫にお水のサービスもあり部屋も清潔で快適でした。

決して汚れていた訳ではないのですが、トイレの水が流れにくかった気がします。

もう何回も宿泊してます。江南近辺で飲んで帰ることが多いので便利です。２軒コンビニもあるし、常宿です。

製氷機ぐ部屋と同フロアにありましたが、壊れてました。壊れてることをフロントで伝えると、壊れてるのは知ってる、３階に行ったらいいと言われました。『故障中』も記載しないし、お国柄なのね。

立地、ロケーション共に安心できるホテルでした。ゆ

Great hotel in a great location!

Location for my purpose was good. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff were lovely and kind Only enjoyed one meal at the inhouse buffet, but it was very good

That there is no complimentary tea/coffee etc Could also have microwave in rooms

地下鉄9号線沿いで金浦空港へのアクセスがスムーズだった。

エレベーターホールや廊下のエアコンの効きがイマイチ。 駅からの距離は遠くないが、少しアップダウンがあるので荷物が多いときはしんどいかも。

le camere pulite e spaziose. La possibilita' di restare piu' a lungo di quello concordato all'inizio del soggiorno. Alla reception tutti gentilissimi. La posizione va benissimo per chi e' da solo e vuole scoprire un po' SEOUL.

Nice hotel, nice room and good breakfast

I like everything. The hotel was quite clean, and the staff was helpful and kind.

Quick in and out

I expected a more grander lobby area and not one person in back of a glass enclosure with a mask.

Hotel location excellent, very clean, friendly staff.

Bathroom very tiny, the door was mostly in the way. Only room for 1 person. Could do with modernising.

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite in der 15. Etage. Mit schönerAussicht und völlig ruhig. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Nähe einer UBahn Station war gut für Unternehmungen in der Stadt.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber sehr auf asiatischen Geschmack ausgerichtet. Ein Angebot an Wurst und Käse wäre für den deutschen Geschmack optimal gewesen.

Clean room, friendly staff, had everything I needed. It was a very pleasant stay. You can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The view from the room (11th floor) was wonderful, and the soundproofing excellent: despite some construction work being done outside, you could barely hear anything in the room. The location is strategic: the subway station, restaurants, and several convenience stores are just steps away. I didn't use the gym or breakfast, so I can't comment on those, but otherwise, the stay was perfect. You can also leave your luggage before check in and after check out; if you plan to visit another city for a few days and return to this hotel, you can leave your main luggage here securely. It saves you from dragging heavy bags on short trips. I highly recommend it!

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at around the world! It was also my birthday trip, so I was already excited, but the experience made it even more special. 🎂✨ The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always helpful, kind, and happy to assist with anything I needed or guide me whenever I had questions. The housekeeping team was also amazing. They were so friendly, and even with my little Korean, we managed to communicate and share smiles. Because I had really bad jet lag, I ended up spending my first two days mostly in the hotel. They kindly brought extra bottles of water and fresh towels, which they left outside my door. The towels were always packed in very clean bags such a thoughtful detail. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of care and service. Truly impressive! The breakfast was amazing, with both Western and Korean options. Personally, I chose the Korean breakfast because I wanted to experience as much of Korea as possible. 😋 The location is perfect, right in Gangnam, and I had the most amazing view of Namsan Seoul Tower. Seeing that view every day reminded me that I was actually in Seoul — such a special feeling. I originally booked for 4 nights, but because of my jet lag and how much I enjoyed my stay, I extended it to a whole week! 😂 A huge thank you again to all the staff for making my birthday trip unforgettable. I truly appreciate everyone’s kindness and hospitality. P.S. I have already booked again see you all in a few months! ❤️
