Very convenient location in Phu My Hung, just a short ride to the city center and very close to SECC. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within walking distance, which made everything simple and enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were polite, helpful and always available when I had a question. Overall, it’s a reliable place to stay in District 7 and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City

Staff is friendly and helpful

Our booking in another place got cancelled and we checked into the hotel near midnight. The staff were super helpful and helped us with the late check-in. The rooms were great and kept clean. The location is a few kilometres from the city centre but all the amenities are available. Special shoutout to both the receptionists who gave us guidance and helped us communicate with Grab personnel in Vietnamese.

This hotel is located right in the center of Phu My Hung, District 7, making it very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of restaurants, eateries, and 24/7 convenience stores nearby. The staff are friendly and helped us arrange airport transfer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great hotel experience

This is honestly one of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed at in the Phu My Hung area of District 7. Everything was well thought out and exceeded my expectations. The surrounding area is clean, safe, and peaceful - not overly crowded or noisy, which made evenings here especially relaxing. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find everything you need: cozy coffee shops, convenience stores, a barber, and plenty of great restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. The bathroom was modern, with strong water pressure, and everything was cleaned and refreshed daily. It’s the kind of place where you can truly rest after a busy day - I’d absolutely stay here again

I was lucky to strike up a conversation with one of the staff, Ms. Lan, who kindly recommended great places for shopping and even lent me an umbrella when it started to rain. Her service was exceptional and left a lasting impression. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the room. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and made for a truly comfortable stay. There was nothing I disliked

Everything was exactly as described on the booking site, so we knew what to expect – and that’s something I really appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always ready to help when needed. Breakfast wasn’t included, but honestly, I saw that as a plus. There are so many cafes and local eateries just a short walk from the hotel. It gave us a great chance to explore the local food scene. Most places were open by 6AM, so finding something to eat - no matter when we woke up – was never an issue.

The hotel was spotless, well-kept, and super comfortable - honestly, every other hotel we stayed at after this ended up being compared to it. There are tons of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, so it was super convenient. And the staff? Absolutely lovely - helpful, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. I often use Booking.com. Sometimes it's good, other times not. Like this hotel. During the search on their website and app, that breakfast was included at this hotel. As I arrived and after I had paid, I was told that breakfast was not included. It's like buying a product that doesn't deliver what it promises—in other words, a lie. The room and hotel seem worn down. I stayed there from Tuesday to Friday, and not once was the room cleaned. My advice: find another hotel—there are plenty to choose from in Ho Chi Minh City, cheaper and better. I wrote to Booking.com about incorrect information on their App. I got no response, no help. I will use another app next time

Super nice and helpful receptionist staff. They helped me put up a table to my room for me to work and I can see that they tried their best.

Bad preparation. The toilet mat was super dirty when we enter. The restroom smell terrible. And there was no hot water at the first date.

The area of ​​the room was supposed to be 45 square meters, but upon arrival they said that there was only one room and it was 2 times smaller. There were no windows in the room.

The room is quite big. And cheap.

It was so dirty. The AC didn’t work properly at first too.

The staff were nice and friendly.

The sofa was dirty and toilet was not cleaned. The secret box was out of baterry. The location of the hotel is not quite good, no restaurant around and I had to order food delivery from Grab. There are 3 star in Booking but it is only 2 star on Google Map.
