You name it, everything was fantastic. Staff was amazing , hotel was spotless and smelled good all the time. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we were taken care by them well.

De locatie was top. Het personeel was zeer servicegericht. De kamer was ruim, zoals omschreven en de kamer wordt elke dag netjes opgemaakt. Voor een 3-sterren hotel en voor die prijs vonden we het een top-verblijf!

スタッフさんがとにかく優しくて丁寧。お部屋がヴィンテージ風な割に清潔でよかったです。観光するのに立地がいい。2泊しましたが朝食のビュッフェのメニューが日替わりでした！

周辺がクラブのようなお店がバンバン立っている繁華街なので、夜から朝方にかけて音楽が爆音で鳴り響いてます。気にせず眠れる人じゃないと辛いと思います。ファミリーデラックスルームを予約しましたが、ベッドが二つあるタイプと一つのタイプがあるそうで、二つのタイプだとレストスペースがほとんどありませんでした。写真のように広くないので、広い部屋がいい人は事前のリクエスト必須です。

Constant noise from hotel kitchen

I have stayed at Duc Vuong a number of times. I like the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The room was very comfortable and the staff are very efficient and friendly. Duc Vuong is a class above the other hotels in Bui Vien and worth paying the little extra for, My room was quiet with no noise from the street and bars outside

The shower was over the bath and the bath didn't seem to be well secured as it was rocking when climbing in and out. The tiles were also a little slippery getting out.

מלון יחסית למחיר מלון ממש טוב . אם רוצים להגיע למקום בילוי אז זה בהחלט המקום לשהות בו . הצוות היה מאוד נחמד יש לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר עם יותר גבינות (יש אורחים שלא אוכלים בשר) ולכן מעט גבינות בהחלט ישפר את זה אבל בסך הכול מאוד ממליץ על מלון זה

אין חדר כושר (לא היה כזה נורא) וארוחת הבוקר אם היו גבינות זה בהחלט היה משדרג את ארוחת הבוקר

The only bad thing I can remember is that during the night sometimes you get a lot of noise from downstairs. Probably because it is close to the Bui Vien Walking Street where you have all these pubs, bars and others.

Nous sommes arrivés la chambre était très sale avec des cheveux sur le sol dans la douche et même un cafard que le rebord de la baignoire de plus les draps et serviettes étaient sales. Nous sommes directement monté à la réception pour changer de chambre on nous a donné une autre chambre sans cafard mort mais pas beaucoup plus propre (serviettes et draps tachés, trou de cigarettes dans les rideaux, sol collant, …). Nous avons directement choisi de rester une nuit et de partir le lendemain au lieu des trois nuits de base et heuresement la nuit a été horrible en plus de la saleté le lit était dur, on entendais tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et chambre à côté (cris d’enfant, embrouilles, …). (De plus, ils proposent des chambres sans fenêtre la fenêtre était murée ce qui laisse donc une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et un côté étouffant il est d’ailleurs interdit même au Vietnam de louer des chambres sans fenêtre normalement). Le quartier est très particulier nous nous sommes pas assez renseigné mais c’est extrement bruyant, avec des bars très particulier et pas du tout sympathique (gogo danseuse, promotion alcool, …). On ne se sentait pas safe et ni que le quartier était safe comme en témoigne nombreuse affiches non à la consommation de drogues affiches partout. À fuir absolument je ne recommande pas c’est une catastrophe.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the bathroom facilities were good. The hotel is situated on the famous Bue Vien Walking street ( which we did not know) and a normal street by day transforms into a party street by night. The room comes equipped with earplugs but we fortunately did not need them as the sound insulation seemed good. Breakfast was served on the rooftop area and was very good offering a wide variety of options. staff were friendly and helpful.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif. Buffet de petit-déjeuner asiatique sur le toit de l’hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle. Possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ et de prendre une douche avant de se rendre à l’aéroport. L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre, donc avec beaucoup d’animation le soir.

The bathroom. Shower head was out of control and the shower curtain did literally nothing meaning our bathroom was a swimming pool the whole time. Soap containers didn’t dispense well. Our toilet paper was not replenished.

確實太熱鬧了，對於一點聲音有敏感者，應該不適合，浴室蓮蓬頭水小到可憐，在低樓層（1樓）水量還這麼少。浴室竟然沒有放沐浴乳及洗髮精的地方！

Ideale ligging in the walking street. Lekkere restaurantjes en bars in de nabije buurt. Ook het uitgaansleven is hier op de straat. Maar qua geluid hadden we hier helemaal geen hinder van. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet op het 8ste verdiep met een mooi zicht over de stad. Ook hun restaurant "The View" serveert hier lekker eten. Super vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

Well, its on Bui Vien street so theres ought to be noise and a rather lively atmosphere if u know what i mean. we had a great room and were not really disturbed by the noise. Its at one end of the street so quiter. but very lively. the breakfast was awesome adn the rooftop dining was oh so lovely. would definately stay here again ....

nothing really. the hotel is a lil dated but very clean. great staff. only the bathtub was a little unscientifically designed. the bathroom kept getting all wet and flooded after every shower.

The staff are super friendly "we are family" motto is true to their word. The rooftop view, lunch, dinner, and drinks are perfect, such an ideal location for the breakfast also, and hotel guests get a 20% discount dining/drinks at the rooftop. The rooms are very nice, and they even leave you with ear plugs if the street noise gets too much. The location is in the heart of the Ho Chi Minh City nightlife, there are dozens of restaurants, bars, money changer, massage, everything just within a few steps of the hotel.

The shower does drain fast enough, and within 3 minutes the water backs up and starts to flood the whole bathroom. If two people are going to have a shower the second person has to wait about 10min for the water to drain ... their engineers tried fixing it several times. This might be just a problem with room 505.

Rooftop bar - miserable little piece of rooftop space not utilized well and diffucult to get to. Staff had to give the door a hard boot to open it for us. Didnt stay, didnt feel safe not clean.

The property is very old. Needs renovation. They should cater to what they advertise on the internet.

Отличный отель на самой тусовочной улице Сайгона. Но так как он располагается в конце улицы, шум совершенно не беспокоил. Прямо напротив магазин 7/11, много кафе рядом. Приветливый персонал, чистый уютный номер.

Located along a one way street filled with food street vendors offering wide array of seafood and other Vietnamese fare at reasonable prices. It was just bit close to night club bars that played loud music until early dawn. But we got used to it after a while.

Outside noise

The location is excellent for restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. The area although can be quite noisy at night. I felt safe staying in this area and definitely at this Hotel with the exceptional service of the staff.
