Aloft Dubai South

This is our second time at Aloft Dubai South. We are traveling with our toddler, and have to say every single person who works here has been wonderful. Super helpful, kind and professional.( I wish I could say everyone’s name but I won’t have enough space, but I would like to give the entire team a huge recognition for their never ending hard work and high quality service they provide.) From front desk to housekeeping, security, restaurant staff, chefs, shuttle drivers and many more who I know work behind the scenes that maybe we don’t meet face to face. We have stayed in the past at different hotels in this area, but Aloft has been a standout amongst the others when it comes to your staff members & how they treat guests. Rooms are comfortable, baby cot is very comfortable, the shuttle service is fantastic to the nearby shopping center. Breakfast has a good range and high quality ingredients. We love having dinner here as the food is very delicious every time. Highly recommend you book this hotel! And thank you to the whole team 😍 special thanks from Enzo

We came for the nook restaurant and najwa welcome us with a beautiful smile and served us with gratefully. Wish you all the best for your career.

We were served by restaurant staff name najwa .she attentive to all the details and very caring. We will come back again definitely .much love ya

Was wonderful place to relax and enjoy your stay in Dubai, very close to airport, wonderful meals and great service and friendly atmosphere, 052 395 0248 whatsapp number, I'm Jessy from Brazil 🇧🇷 and I live in aloft

My stay at Aloft Dubai South was outstanding, not because of the official rating, but because of the incredible staff. The service from every member of the team was truly exceptional Special mentioned Francis, Rian, Mr. Sheriff and all frontdesk officers, Mr. Hamza who assisted me from Aug17 till Oct 1. and Sherine & Jane of F&B our ever smiling face Security Ate from Philippines and all security guards and last but not the list Room attendant Rahul, Arman and the rest of the gang feeling more like a 7-star experience than a 4-star stay. Their consistently warm attitudes, proactive assistance, and the overall dedication to making guests feel welcome and comfortable were far beyond expectations. This level of professionalism and genuine hospitality is what truly made our experience special and memorable. Truly humbling to know such dedicated people. Thank you to the entire staff for a remarkable stay! -601 Isra 🫡

I have a great time here at Aloft hotel because of a receptionist named “Rian”. He’s very nice, helpful and full of the service mind from his heart. Also other staff at the hotel, They’re welcoming and friendly. I would recommend you to stay here and get a great service from “Rian”

All the staff very friendly especially thanks to Rian, Siddhant and Sheriff in the front office also to the restaurant staff very helpful to Natali very kind, Raju, Rajesh, Sunil they are very kind. All of them are excellent service. Thank you Aloft Duba south.

I visited this hotel at last minute, checked in early hours, added a 2nd night, wanted something printing, needed a late check out and shuttle to the airport. Due to the circumstances I was a problematic guest, but was so pleased with how the hotel handled everything. Every member of staff I came into contact with had amazing customer service skills. The breakfast team were fantastic. My quick visit to Dubai was made so much easier. Very pleased I chose this hotel. Thank you to all the team

Our family went to aloft dubai south for lunch. I had a delicious meal plus amazing staff in restaurant. Specially thank you to Ms. Jemeca waitress and Mr. Azar manager for treat us well. I recommend this hotel for best meals any time. As well all staff was great.

Rekommenderar varmt.

I Booked this hotel through the Marriott BonVoy app. It was a prepayed offer. The night I was about to go to the hotel with my son, monday the 30th of December they had cancelled the room in late afternoon and claimed that my credit card was rejecting the payment despite the fact that the amount was already reserved and I got a email about online check In. On top of that I have no problems with my credit card. When I called the hotel they said that it was fully booked now. To put a family like that in such a bad situation because of greed makes me wonder if this hotel really have the right qualifications to represent the Marriott chain. I will report Donald Duck & Co to the Marriott chain head office.

Cleanliness and customer service

I love Nook restaurant- the pastas, hummus and nearly everything. Best part if that it is never crowded as it is secluded. Stayed at the hotel once, its fine and well maintained. The best part is that Nook delivers to our place and I have ordered multiple times my favorite pasta. Wish there was some sort of membership or something to benefit more.

Thank you Aloft Dubai south and a special thanks to Rajesh who has excellent customer service skills and has always been helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel and the bar for all visitors. Rajesh, a special thanks to you for your service .

Good location and customer service. Nice and clean rooms

The best hotel in the city. Everything is perfect, the room, the atmosphere, the staff. I would like to thank Mr. Sherif for being so friendly, helpful and supportive. He is a role model for all the frontline workers. I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended 😎🤚🏼

The hotel was nice but far from all, but we knew that. So was looking forward to come to the pool and relax. But from the 24 june the pool is under msintenance. Would have been nice to know so that we could have booked the hotel next door that had a pool.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to.Al.Maktoum airport. Checked in by Nakita, and she made an excellent first impression. Well presented, friendly and thorough. My room was perfect, everything i needed and quiet. Was only there for a sleep , so had no.chance to.experience the pool, gym or breakfast. Was given a.nice welcome gift.by Nikita as well. Price was under AED 200. Perhaps some package deal options for increased points or a.promo would be good during the quiet months, but I will defintely be back.

I reached earlier than my check in time but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They provided me early breakfast and also arranged a room for me super quickly. My sincere shout-out to Nikita in particular, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and making the arrangements super quick and easy. She definitely deserves a raise.

Modern hotel with a spacious room and close to the airport, needs a bit more amenities in the surrounding area.

Needed to be with family on NYE. This was round the corner. Very clean, friendly staff. Interior simple, but all efficient. Area in development but will be ready soon with Maktoum airport round the corner. In, out no breakfast. All good for this segment.

We live nearby and visit the Nook for food periodically. It is truly a hidden gem, with excellent chefs. The menu is basic but varied, and they do each dish (we've sampled quite a few) exceedingly well. The staff there are great too - a special mention to Ovini and Raju, and the F&B manager Mr Azardeen. We have guests staying over the winter, and will be putting them here as we know they will be looked after.

Had to use the Aloft for a flight out of Maktoum Airport and wasn't disappointed. Muskan checked me in. Well groomed, efficient yet friendly, she didn't miss a beat. The occasional smile and I felt very welcome to the hotel. My room was modern and quiet with a good bathroom. Only used the hotel.to.snooze as I was up early in the morning. Muskan was still there when I checked out. Must double shifts or live there! The service was again very good. The Price is reasonable and I would have no hesitation staying there again.

Currently I'm staying at the hotel R 313 for one Month, very relaxing and comfortable, clean everywhere, staff very friendly, not busy, from check in, security on the gate, breakfast host , all very welcoming , chef who makes omelette doing it with love, have great smile. Looking forward for my stay

Nice and clean

All good for the world cup.

Very clean and functional hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for a few nights stay if you're looking for a place to sleep comfortably. Special mention to the great staff at breakfast who went out of their way to make the kids happy with some pancakes!

We had business in a nearby industrial area and stayed here on a full-board basis. It seems to be in the middle of the desert but inside it is brand new, really helpful staff, stylish, perfect poached eggs for breakfast and a great dinner menu (try the spicy beef and tuna salad starters). There is some noise from the airport, but would go back again.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff

The hotel was quite and clean the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing!!! Delicious food, amazing service, and great options! It was included with the room! Loved staying there will definitely go back

I can not even believe you have this place as an option on your website. Deplorable, filthy, rude and the worst place I have ever seen. I booked this through your site and was stuck paying for 4 nights. I would not let my dogs stay in this dump. I left and booked a beautiful hotel and sucked up the expense. Not a happy person. REMIVE THIS PROPERTY...

It was very well located next to the Al Maktoum airport- very suitable when you have an early flight the next morning. It appears to be in the middle of the sand dunes but we gather this area is in construction. This can only improve. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to future travellers. Catherine Moscato

this hotel is not in Dubai and is almost middle of nowhere I don't understand why they listed In Dubai city I was 2 days in this hotel and couldn't move no shop or restaurant around and I paid taxi 50 dollars to go and 50 dollars to come back ,absolutely middle in desert.
