Amazing house in a super central and nice location! House very clean and complete kitchen furniture!

I wish I could give this apartment more stars! I stayed in Groningen 4 times and this was hands down the best!! Super comfy..quiet neighborhood, great hosts!! Loved loved loved our stay!

Everything! The welcome, the quality and quantity of the fixtures and fittings, the heating, the comfort, the quiet, the neighbourhood. So many small touches, especially in the kitchen, and tons of information.

Two tiny things: 1) the stairs to the upper floor are wooden and quite steep, so the infirm might find them a challenge; 2) something drips outside the rear bedroom when it rains, which woke me up a couple of times.

The location is very superb. Greenery everywhere.

Absolutely beautiful house, fabulous design and really feels like home. It is clean and comfortable, has all the appliances and things in the kitchen and the rooms, and is super cozy. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Location is very good, on a lovely picturesque street about 20 mins walk from the train station through the city centre, which is packed with places of interest. I travel a lot and can be quite critical about accommodation, but this one is exceptionally good.

Wasn’t a problem for me, but the property has very steep and narrow stairs up to the bedrooms, which may be an issue for some.

Heel mooi en comfortabel huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, in fijne wijk aan noorderplantsoen en op loopafstand van centrum. Aardige en gastvrije hosts die echt ontzorgen.

Es gibt vieles inkl. zum Kochen, Gewürze. Und Kaffee. Die Lage ist prima, nah am Park und zu Fuß nur eine kleine Weile in die Stadt. Viel Platz im Ess-/ Wohnbereich.

Es war nicht schlimm, aber man kann nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken (kurz zum auspacken sicher kein Problem), allerdings waren wir ein kleines Stück entfernt im Parkhaus, welches klimatisiert und bewacht ist (Boeterdiep) preislich auch in Ordnung, vor allem für niederländische Verhältnisse :)

The place was incredibly spacious, clean and well furnished. The fact that the toilets have a shattaf/ bidet makes it a 10/10.

Parking garage was a 10 min walk away from the house which in rainy weather felt like an hour.

A spacious, clean, and beautiful apartment. We were in Groningen for a wedding and wished we had more time to enjoy the apartment. It had all the amenities needed and a wonderful atmosphere. A nice walk from the city center through the park. Boes was a fantastic and service-minded host. We would love to come back and highly recommend the place.

Location, very spatious, light, interior great mix of comfortable and design.

Everything was good/great.

Boes was so kind and considerate, he picked us up when we arrived at 20.42 pm in Groningen station so that we didn't have to walk in the cold night. After showing us around the house, he even came back with snack after knowing that the supermarket has closed at 9pm. There were apples and pears in the table too. One thing that we are soo happy to have was the jetwasher/bidet in the toilets which is rare in Europe. The house is spotless and the blanket is warm and comfy.

It’s very spacious and very comfortable. The cooking equipment provided was really nice. It was also nice to see that there are some spices and oil available (not every place like this has it sadly). The owner is really nice and helpful :)

I wish it was my home. I would be happy here.

Beautiful, well maintained and full of character

WiFi was very slow

I stayed with my 2 daughters at this house. What can I say….EXCELLENT. We were welcomed by the host and his wife. The house is super clean and well maintained, it has a beautiful decoration and the location is very good with a short walk to city center. I will definitely return.

Our gracious hosts met us upon arrival, and gave us a tour of the House, and gave us their personal recommendations of what to see and where to eat

The arrangement of the day / night rooms, the taste of the furniture, the services ... everything! Fabulous location to get to the city center in a few minutes, very close to a nice supermarket open until late. The owners are very kind and helpful, excellent communication.

All was good about this property

Fabulous location near Park, all comforts in the house ( coffee machine, dishwasher) and had breakfast in the garden and dinner with friends... all in well designed and thought through lay out. Very comfortable beds. Definitely come back.

Hard to find out something better in Groningen. The attention paid to every detail is the main rule of the house. Clean, spacious, beautiful and elegant. Natural flowers, kitchen perfectly equipped, top installations in every room. Walking distance from city center, quiet neighbourhood, stylish arrangements of the interior. Perfect communication whith the hosts, they are both very kind and helpful. It was a premium hospitality, many thanks!
