Riverwalk Apartments - 3 Bedrooms

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to town

Parking was very tight but we have a medium SUV

Space, comfort, privacy

It was bit cold in the bedrooms

Great location near river walk but more importantly on the fringe of town centre with supermarkets and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away.

Laundry tub is a tight squeeze In laundry cupboard.

Needed a handrail in the shower and the shower floor tiles were slippery

Very spacious & comfortable. Location was excellent, under cover parking available with lift access to floors. Ease of check in & check out.

There is a construction site next door but wasn’t too much of a bother.

The location was excellent, walked along the path to the River Cafe for breakfast. Comfortable size and as traveling with girlfriends great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would stay again.

Comfortable, spacious, local to town, modern bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds, lounges and outdoor furniture.

The original photo advertised water views. But really even without water views it was a beautiful apartment and awesome stay. We will be back in future.

Kent went above and beyond. The TV was not working and he came quickly and replaced it. He helped with the parking and was always very friendly and accommodating

Where situated close to everything

No products for shower, only empty bottles

Great location, very clean and tidy and very good communication with the property owner. They let us check in early which we really appreciated. It has a very well stocked kitchen which made life easier and a great supply of tea and coffee.

It was chilly when we were there and the heat pump doesn’t travel as far as the end bedroom - heaters in the bedroom or electric blankets would have been good. There was also no river view even though it was on the list of facilities.

Nothing

Everything. It's very difficult to find the place. Very poor access instructions specifically for the main gate. The facility doesn't have any heating system apart from the main hall. No electric blanket even heaters are not provided. There was a sign that this facility is warm this was to justify the lack of a heating system. In fact the facility is not warm at all. Overall a very poor facility and I don't recommend it.

Great location

Cleaning needed to be better

Spacious, very well equipped, modern apartment in a great location close to the centre of town with an easy walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops, but still very quiet at night. Great undercover parking.

Can't think of anything

The apartment was fantastic. It was large, sunny, had a great deck, well fitted out, had two beautiful bathrooms and really comfortable beds. It was by a wonderful river walkway and close to the main street for shopping.

Super customer service accommodating our changing needs. Awesome communication, great location, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed.

Large and comfortable apartment. Close to town

Parking was tight in a large car.

Very spacious rooms - everything that you would need on holiday - lovely little cafe quite handy and easy walk to the city. Clean and tidy.

Location was amazinh

Spacious comfortable apartment in a quiet location but close to shops and restaurants.

Good location for walking into town for restaurants etc

Nothing

So central to town and the river walkway. Fabius place.

Everything I could not fault a thing

Well appointed apartment in a central location

No issues

Great location, easy to find and very comfortable.

LOL - A couple of neighbouring buildings and their residents could do with a tart up!

Felt so spacious. Excellent location. Walking distance to town. Supermarkets and Restaurants close by. Quiet . Loved the chiming Town Clock.

Nothing.

Great apartment. Clean, loads of space, easy to locate.

Excellent location - very nice facilities

All good

Yeah the photos look great and the kitchen and bathrooms are lovely but the beds where stained and very uncomfortable, plus smelt bad went to use washing machine but left black marks on my daughters clothes so decided to use laundry mat as we were there for a cheerleading competition.

There is a very long list. But the smell the location aswell there were very dodgy people staying or living in front of the apartment that were loud every night till very late and scared the kids.

Location of the apartment was on second floor, tiles in bathroom were heated.

I did any look at the view across the balcony towards the back of the flats behind.

Great service and awesome accomodation. Very roomy and well set out. Very handy to city centre. Would defenetly book again. Thank you

Nothing, it was just perfect, very enjoyable and no hassel with booking what's so ever.

The apartment itself, security plus the location was awesome

Nothing that i think of

Fabulous location, very clean and comfortable, wonderful prompt communication

3 bedrooms for 5 people

Nothing all good

Central quiet location

Nothing

Great space in the lounge for family, excellent cooking facilities, portacot, high chair, rooms warm , spacious and clean

Nothing

Large roomy spaces. Convenient location.

Great location, very clean and tidy and felt homely

The third bedroom with two single beds needs some better curtains. The balcony next door kept flashing the security light all night and they didn’t sleep much at all

The location was a 5 minute walk to the main street, where there were many restaurants & shops. The condo had everything one would need. It was very spacious, the 2 bedrooms were very large & each with a large bathroom, a beautiful terrace with great seating. Great kitchen, very well equipped, the parking was easy to use & it was great having an elevator from there up to the condo. Comfy beds, and lots of towels. I have nothing negative to say about this fabulous place.

Clean, bright, great comfy bed, a perfect location and place to stay.

Facilities, location, price

Location Very comfortable bed Fan in our room

Lack of toilet paper Hard to determine what was available for guests in the kitchen and what was the owner’s personal food stuffs

The host was accomodating (letting us leave our bags in storage while we did the Abel Tasman walk) and easy to communicate with. The location was central and in good walking distance to some great eateries

Roomy apartment, clean, well presented and excellent location. Quick walk to main shopping area. Would definitley stay again :)

Instructions were easy to follow. The hosts were quick to reply about any questions I had. I usually always go air b&b for whole houses etc but I thought I’d get us closer to town as the location for this is great and price was great too I Thought. The apartment was really spacious and didn’t feel crammed like a lot of other apartments I’ve been too. Wide hallway , rooms were great size, nice bathrooms with great shower pressure. ( always good since I’m a plumber 🤣) sunlight was also great. All in all was a great stay and would happily return!

The only thing we were struggling with and this might sound picky but I hope it doesn’t… we would have loved a bigger tv to watch out movies / series on.

Good location to town and restaurants All in walking distance My daughter who was from Melbourne enjoyed her swim in the waterhole

The apartment didn't get any sun until late afternoon so it was cold for this time of the year and it just looked out on roof tops

Parking was right outside, it was quiet, very close to town, huge space in the apartment and lovely safe balcony especially for little kids.

Maybe the mattresses could do with being a bit firmer and a large shower mat as it did become quite slippery especially washing children.

Location was fantastic Very impressed with our accommodation Very clean. Was great to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful stay 😁

leak in the kitchen

Really nice, clean and fully equipped apartment! Nice location next to river and close to CBD. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate a second to book again!

Close to restaurants and pubs and has secure parking. Loved the layout and tons of space. The washer and dryer was a great bonus.

Nothing. It’s a great place all around.

Lovely comfortable furnishings, spacious, well equipped kitchen.

Spacious with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Home from home!

The facility is so good. You can find everything you need for help cooking. Kitchen is the best

Furniture is simple but functional

Perfect location for our purpose. Two bathrooms were a good feature in the early morning departure.

Good quality accommodation, very roomy. Excellent & friendly service.

Everything was outstanding. Well cleaned, modern property with ample space.

Nothing. Very happy with this accommodation.

The apartment was really spacious - felt like being at home. Exceptional location if you need to be close to the city.

Beautiful apartment, it was very spacious and clean. Communicaton was great. Underfloor heating kept the place warm the whole stay, especially during frosty morning. Will stay again next time I am in Nelson.

Couldn't not fault anything.

That only the ensuite had generic shower gel while the main bathroom had mens shower gel. so work colleagues had to use the mens shower gel while we had to keep the otlher one for the family and children who were on the work trip at the time. Other than that, it was a perfect accomodation and stay at this amazing apartment.

Great location. Bit noisy on Sat night with car park behind unit & 2 bedrooms affected.

Electric blankets on beds or at least some hotwater bottles

Amazing property. Central to town and it had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t want to leave.

Nothing

Location was superb. Apartment was excellent. Basics were great. Bed linen excellent.

Only one towel, hand towel for 5 days.

There was no breakfast We loved the location being so close to the city we could walk to our restaurants for lunch and dinner.

The hairdryer could be replaced with a more powerful, hotter version.

Apartments were clean, modern and warm in a great location.
