Booked a delux room with city view. Was not given this . But after 4 days they offered me a delux room with city view but I declined as was two more floors up and no elevator room had poor water pressure and had used condom in bedside cabinet room not cleaned properly before arrival or checked.

The reception staff were absolutely fantastic 😊 I had a back room with a view. The bed was very very comfortable. The Italian restaurant next door is superb. Will stay there again

The location is great, just off jomtien beach, a couple minutes from the night market. Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed, good TV and Aircon. Also, the staff were great, especially the girl at reception with glasses, very kind and accommodating, does her job very well.

Great location and staff was attentive and professional

It’s close to Rom Pho, Jomtien Night Market, the beach area and many bars & restaurants. Walking distance to all. Attentive staff, some parking and bicycles available. The prices are very good. Don’t expect 5-star facilities, however this is a really decent hotel.

No view from my balcony, but that’s not a complaint. Bathrooms can get quite steamy. People clearly smoking - not just cigarettes - in their rooms, which permeates into the hallways.

Personally I love the fact that it's situated away from most of everything yet a 10min walking to all.. This is my second time staying in a year and this time I got a room with no window which is situated in the basement area and I've noticed to room stays cooler with no air, more quiet and certainly big enough for two people

The only good thing was the location for the night Market and beach. I would not recommend.

It advertised a gym but out of order TV was blurry Safe didn't work. After 5 days they left a free standing safe which is no good as it is not attached to a wall or anything. No housekeeping or change of towels. Very disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

Before my stay, I looked at reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Agoga, which gave me high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience at the T2 room was extremely disappointing. This hotel does not live up to its 3-star rating and feels more like a 1-star establishment. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed a strong, unpleasant pipe odor that was impossible to ignore. The towels provided were old and torn, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The TV had a fuzzy picture, and even after contacting the maintenance team, they couldn’t fix it. To make matters worse, the refrigerator was broken and remained unrepaired throughout my stay. I spoke with several staff members regarding these issues, but management was unresponsive and unwilling to address or resolve them. It's evident that this hotel is poorly maintained and lacks proper customer care. I would not recommend staying here to anyone, especially given the misleading advertising of its supposed 3-star rating. Avoid this place if you're looking for quality, comfort, or a reliable experience.

Central location, friendly staff

Location is good with car park.

First day we didn’t have our towels but staffs was kind get some for us but one of the towels was smelly so we tell the receptionist and she is kindly get us more clean one. But after all time of our start is very good. We’ll stay here again on our next visits.

Was comfortable

We were on the 3rd floor. The night club without any walls next door was on the 3rd floor right next to my balcony. The music was loud making it very hard to sleep. The pool table was full of rips in table cloth. It was useless. There is no elevator.

The room is clean and bright and well equipped. The environment and decor are comfortable and inviting.

The room is stuffy without aircond due to their basement location. The absence of lift makes it troublesome to access our rooms, which were at the lowest floor and the fact the intercom system in the hallway couldn't reach the reception every time they are being used worsen the sense of inaccessibility.

Overall, I was happy with the look of the rooms. It offered a comfortable stay and the front lobby also looked very nice. The bathroom was very spacious as well which provided further convenience.

There were several spots on the mattress and it seemed as if there was dust on the floor before we checked in, potentially from the air conditioning.

the room 307 was spacious, light, with a big balcony and good washroom. no insects, no bad smell

porter service as there is no elevator. the ladder is quite narrow, it was hard for me to deliver my luggage

The rooms are spacious, cozy and really comfortable. The staff is really really sweet and helpful too. Check in process was smooth and easy.

I just really really wish the property had an elevator. Its the only drawback, cause if you are travelling with heavy luggage it does prove to be challenging. The Staff are there to help you though nonetheless.

Had a little hiccup initially as there was no window but that was not an issue at all. Loved everything about the place. Proximity to beach, night market, shops everything. Highly recommended

I stayed in the basement room the first night I liked the quiet of the room except a little noise from the boiler room next door.second night I asked to move to a different room if available further away from the water tank or boiler.i might have asked about the up stair rooms with the balcony and decided to pay a extra 6 bucks was a big mistake as it got noisy from the cars and the karaoke bar.bittom line rooms are nice and cheap so if you go out at night and drink this is a good place to stay with a good location cheap with very nice rooms and bathrooms and nice lobby.

Internet was bad in both rooms as I work online so just hooked my phone to the computer.
