Everything during the stay was ok. Upon arrival was told we had to pay a €50 deposit which we would get back around 2 weeks after our stay. It has now been nearly 2 months since our stay and I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times and ways to just be ignored by them and not receive our money back.

He viajado solo, la habitación sin una silla para sentarse y con muy poco espacio para transitar por ella. Ubicada en la zona de recepción y dando a la calle, mucho ruido. La ducha filtraba agua por dos puntos por lo que dejaba charco. El servicio de limpieza pasaba a limpiar sobre las 15:30-16 horas por lo que me partía la hora de la siesta, por lo que no pasó el servicio de limpieza por mi habitación del rente los 5 días que ocupé la habitación. Solo espero que me devuelvan rápidamente el depósito de 50€ que me hicieron abonar. Estancia decepcionante.

Se quedaron con mi depósito. Básicamente es un hotel que usa tu depósito para enriquecerse. Fui la única persona que se quedó en esa habitación hecha de carton y materiales desechables. Llamo después de casi 10 dias para saber qué ha pasado con mi depósito y su devolución y me dicen usted rompió el cabecero de cama. Que alguien me explique como pude hacer eso? Si cuando me fui todo estaba en orden .

Good at reception very friendly

Hace falta mínimo más personal de limpieza porque o se limpia poco o no cunde. Y faltan servilletas en el salón compartido.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro antico. Il check-in anticipato ci ha fatto risparmiare tempo all'arrivo. Personale super disponibile e servizio impeccabile. Caffè/cappuccino gratis a colazione e nel pomeriggio. Stanza essenziale, ma per chi come me l'ha utilizzata solo per dormire va benissimo. Pulizie e cambio biancheria giornalieri.

Struttura comoda e pulita, dotata di ascensore utile per chi ha la camera al sesta piano. Camera luminosa ma anche buia per dormire bene, aria condizionata funzionante, ha il balcone ampio con un tavolino e due sedie. Posizione ottima vicino al mare e al centro

Basic hotel but good price and convenient for shops and restaurants

The hotel was run professionally it was spotless clean and the staff were exceptional

What i didn't like was the size of the shower, could hardly turn,if you did you turn of the shower because the leaver was to close to your body. Also had to put a card on the door by 11am or your room didn't get cleaned, never had that before in all the hotels I've been in benidorm

El primer día en la ducha encontramos pelos de otra persona, es decir no habían limpiado bien la habitación. El segundo día no habían limpiado el piso y por ende se veían restos de polvo en el piso, el tercer día estaba sin agua el inodoro, cabe recalcar que nos íbamos en la mañana y regresábamos en la noche, la habitación normal pero tenía una sábana y las colchas tenían hueco y eran dos pedazos de manta, ni siquiera una sola entera, eso me pareció súper de mal gusto porque era un hotel no un hostal, sin embargo el personal se portó muy bien y siempre buscaban soluciones

Booked for a group of 14 people, 2 night stay. Good location, Friendly receptionists, very clean and rooms were as described. Very good hotel for the price. Would stay again, no problems.

No Se nos encantó la estancia, ya que en recepción nos atendieron muy bien al momento de llegar y a lado al momento de irnos de verdad que muy agradecido de volver a Benidorm me gustaría venir a este Hotel. Se lo recomiendo.

Lift didn’t work, staff playing on phone all the time, couldn’t get through main entrance, had to buzz for staff to open the door. Good wi fi. Street parking difficult. Underground parking £24 per day and a good walk from hotel.

Reception was fantastic and waited for me to arrive as I had a late flight. Was really polite and friendly too. Decent hotel for the price too.

De cuatro días, estuvimos dos sin agua caliente. A la llegada, teniendo contratado habitación en el Hotel, nos propusieron cambiarnos al hostal dándonos desayuno incluido. Al final: el desayuno consistió en: pan de molde, mantequilla, mermelada de fresa y café de máquina. Una verdadera basura. La limpieza de la habitación es un verdadero desastre: un día no la limpiaron, a pesar de colocar el cartel en la puerta para que lo hicieran, y otro día simplemente hicieron la cama. Al principio de la estancia te ponen dos jabones y con ello tienes que apañarte para cuatro días. Y si necesitas ponerte en contacto con ellos: te proporcionan un teléfono al que nunca te cogen y por WhatsApp te contestan después de muchos intentos. Las paredes parecen de papel porque escuchas perfectamente las conversaciones de los vecinos.

Third time staying at this hotel. If you're just after a room that is clean (cleaned daily), comfortable bed, nice bathroom with no frills attached then look no further. Can't argue with the value and easily walkable to the new town.

OK. It's a two star hotel. We didn't expect too much. The room was very small - had to shuffle down the side of the bed to get in/out. The balcony was bigger than the room (just an observation). The reception wasn't staffed when we arrived an hour or so earlier than the time stated by the hotel for check-in. I expected to be able to speak with a member of staff about leaving the luggage at the hotel but there wasn't a member of staff anywhere to be seen.

Wrong room provided, anytime we needed something from young woman in reception was followed by a big sigh as we interrupted the book she was reading… Tried getting a refund so we could stay somewhere else but wasn’t able to and witnessed another guest trying this also. Would definitely avoid

This hotel is tucked away up a quiet side street but is just a short walk away from everything you can think of.the room did need a bit of attention, the mirror on the wardrobe was half missing & the room would benefit from a lick of paint. Rooms are quite small & no kettle but there was a free tea & coffee machine, toaster & fridge in the basement. The air con was fantastic & the balcony was a good size. The staff were very friendly & helpful. These opinions are only mine & someone else might have a different view. Would i stay again? Yeah i would for the money it was ok.

In generale è un hotel nella media ad un buon prezzo però se si chiede di pulire la stanza, mi aspetto che vengano cambiate le lenzuola, non solo gli asciugamani per la doccia. Inoltre ho pagato per la ‘colazione inclusa’ e la colazione fornita era una macchinetta del caffe disponibile dalle 7:30 alle 10/10:30.

No food and to small room for two

I stayed 4 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. No cleaner or freshly made beds. I could smell weed most of the time, Spanish staying staying there were very noisy at night till 07:00am plus. Over all it could of been a pleasant stay.

This was perfect for what I needed. Very affordable and I just wanted somewhere safe and clean. It’s really good value for money and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The room was compact but I didn’t want or need a huge space. I’d definitely stay here again.

Was better than expected

You will be treated to a steaming hot room with a lovely view of all the dirty matresses and cleaning supplies outside the only "window" that can get some air in your room. The window leads out to a giant storage area of housekeeping materials, maintenance materials and old matresses. I would rather stay in a jail cell than the room they gave me. I T

I had inadvertently clicked on 10/3 instead of 10/2 and the hotel staff were very obliging and helpful in making the change at no cost to me. The hotel looks pretty new and in good decorative condition. Location was perfect.

Central area Trouble with Reservation ID so hard to check in but email sorted this

The receptionist wasn't friendly at all, or understanding in any way. Once in the room, there were only 3 beds instead of 4... no towels at all, not enough shampoo... (all of this got sorted after waiting over 1 h). The bathroom was dirty. The shower had hair, old soaps and plastics, the floor had suspicious stains in the corners and next to the toilet and the towels we got had red stains on them. Like some of the beds. Gross... really.

Great little hotel at a great price. Exactly what ee needed fir a quick weekend break. Room was clean and tidy. With tv and air conditioning They could have provided a few extra sackets of shower gel and had a mirror innthr bedroom, but other than that all was great.

The hotel was a basic budget hotel ideally situated away from all the hustle bustle but still within easy reach of the night life of the old town, and the staff were always helpful and pleasant

Very pleasant place to stay but very unhappy with the shuttle bus to the hotel. As our flight was delayed they never waited for us so we had to pay €85 for a taxi.

Good location to the beach. Fridge in the room would be an improvement to the accommodation. Bedding needs to be changed more than once.

The Hotel was located in the Old Town which is what we wanted and it was in a great location and not too far from both the Beach and Restaurants. We visited here for the Fiesta which was our first time and it was amazing and the Hotel location made it even better. The rooms are very clean and light and the staff were very polite. No parking available but was nearby. Would definitely use it again.

Very nice small hotel, close to bars ,beach etc. Staff very helpful. Only downside was we arrived at 2.45 and were told told go for a walk as it would be another hour before it would be ready. i just wanted a lay down after a very long drive. If it had been a 12.00 check in that would be a bit different. Apart from that a very pleasant and extremely cheap break.

the Hotel was good ,,but basic ,,,but good for what I paid but I don't know why they did not do Breakfast in October but a great Restureant 2 doors away that did a great English breakfast for 4.5 euros

There's a sex club to the rear / the north which makes for some interesting evening entertainment sitting on the balcony. Communal areas clean and standard, friendly staff, clean modern bathrooms, average room. Small TV.
