Stayed in the cheapest room. Lots of cockroaches, but the room was clean nonetheless

Unfortunately, nothing. Our experience was so bad that we left the hotel during the night and paid for another hotel.

One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The reality was completely different from the impression given by the photos on Booking.com. When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the property. The walls were damaged and peeling, the bathroom was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition, and the overall state of the accommodation was extremely poor. We immediately complained at reception and explained that we could not stay in these conditions. We asked for a refund, but the property refused. They offered us another room, but the problem was not simply one room — we were unhappy with the overall condition of the property. In the end, we left in the middle of the night and had to pay for another hotel. We took photos and videos documenting what we found. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property look carefully at recent guest photos and reviews before booking. Based on our experience, we would never stay here again.

Ми їхали далі по Туреччині, зупинялись тільки для ночі. Туди і назад. Забронювали заздалегідь і сплатили теж. Нас було дві родини (3+4).Приїхали пізно десь о 23 годині. В перший раз нас посилили, у нас було два номери. Кімнати брудні, холодильник не працював, в туалеті взагалі, мабуть ніколи не прибирали. Нажаль у нас було вже заброньовані номери і на зворотну поїздку. Коли ми приїхали другий раз, у нас взагалі був тільки один номер, нас сім людей, а номер один на п'ять. Адміністратор запропонував комусь двум переночувати в готелі поряд. Пів години сперечань на перекладачах ( вони англійською не володіють), що у нас дві родини і нам потрібно два номери 3+4, вони робили таке враження що ми прийшли до них додому і безкоштовно хочемо у них пожити. Ми були змушені піти на їх умови, тому що з ранку треба було їхати за кермом далі. Окрім того ми на перекладачі, переклали їх розмови між собою. Адміністратор другого готелю, сказал щоб наш адміністратор повернув нам гроші і викинув нас на вулицю. Я просто в шоці.

A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, különösen Jaffar, aki mosodát és parkolót és szerzett nekünk. Nagyon jó az elhelyeztkedése de nem a leggazdagabb környéken található, azonban aki az igazi török életérzésre vágyik és nem csak a túristanegyedekben akar sétálni annak tökéletes. Van a közelben zárt, fedeett parkoló és rengeteg üzlethelység, étterem és vízipipázó. A metróállomás is nagyon közel van. A szoba klimatizált volt és kifejezetten kényelmes, hűtővel felszerelve, továbbá a rooftopra esténként nagyon kellemes volt kiülni.

A szobában a tusoló tágas viszont nem a legjobb állapotban van.

Positiva saker: Nära centrum och turistområden. Man kan promenera till tunnelbanan och spårvagnen. Nära många restauranger och allt annat man behöver. Mycket billigt hotell.

Nagativa Det fanns insekter och väldigt mycket damm på rummet, vilket gjorde att jag blev förkyld. Det var kallt på rummet och täcket var inte tillräckligt varmt. Jag hittade även en cigarett under sängen som jag själv fick städa bort. Madrassen var gammal och mycket smutsig. Jag kontaktade personalen och bad om att få byta rum. De sa att det berodde på hur mycket jag hade betalat. Jag erbjöd mig även att betala extra för att få byta till ett annat rum, men det gick inte. Det rann ut vatten på golvet när man duschade i badrummet. Det fanns dessutom mögel på toaletten. Hotellet hade ingen tydlig skylt utanför, vilket gjorde det svårt att hitta. Personalen hade inte heller särskilt bra kunskap om turistområden och kunde därför inte ge mycket hjälp, även om de försökte.

It was in good location but a terrible hotel. My family ended up booking the nearby one due to the bugs in this hotel.

Still bugs and broken doors even after a whole year of the same complains from visitors. Not worth it. It maybe cheap but that is the trap. My family couldn't stay for 2 hours. They had to book another hotel because of that. And the worst they did not respond after complaining or issuing a refund. The simple trap they use to survive is you book and pay there is no cancellation option. I repeat be careful. Better visit before booking! They are soft on messages before your arrival and as soon as you reach, the manager disappears and leaves you with the bugs and broken doors

Отель ужасный , плесень , всё в шпаклёвке , персонала не было , плесень в туалете , торчащие провода везде , дверь картонная , район ужасный ( грязный ) , кондиционер работал ужас , в номере воняло , нету чайника , нету горячей еду , дверь была обоссана , кровати грязные , всё поломано

In the eyes of a Finnish traveler, the hotel does not even come close to the pictures on Booking.com, they are in much worse condition than the pictures suggest. There is no soundproofing between the rooms, all sounds are carried throughout the hotel. The TV did not work, which I told the receptionist who promised to take care of it, but it was not fixed for a week. When taking a shower, water leaked into the room from between the doors because the shower stall was small and the shower head was installed in the wrong place. The hotel has a three-star rating, but I would only give it one star. It was quite adequate for a one-night stay, but I myself was in the hotel for three weeks and I do not recommend it for a long-term stay.

No name sign hotel, Room really small with window open to the hallway, AC is cold but dripping condensation, so noisy and don't even mention about supper dirty restroom and shower.

Very pleasant staff, good location, great value for money. If you use a hotel room just to sleep (well maybe not only) it's a perfect choice! I really do recommend this place, minor problems don't count

Well the bathroom was certainly repaired (or so) half a century ago. But once we learned how to make the shower work, problems were solved ;)

Из плюсов хорошее местоположение относительно достопримечательностей в центре города и низкая цена, до метро halic 5 минут пешком.

Из минусов очень уставшие номера, клопов к счастью за одну ночь не заметил. Район в котором находится отель грязноватый, и не самый безопасный.Вообщем одну две ночи кое как переночевать тут можно. Также хочу отметить, было непросто найти вход в отель, на двери нет никакой вывески.Прилагаю фото входа в отель надеюсь кому-то поможет. Также приехав в 15:00 пришлось минут 15 ждать у двери пока мне кто-то откроет и заселит меня.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállodával! A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt végig az ott tartózkodásunk alatt. A kilátás egyszerűen csodálatos: az ablakból és a teraszról is látszik a Galata-torony és a Boszporusz, valamint több gyönyörű mecset (cami) is. A hangulat fantasztikus, a szobák tiszták és kényelmesek. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom ezt a hotelt, biztosan visszatérünk még!

Комната без окна на улицу и без хорошей вентиляции это плохая идея, было окно в коридор, но это не помогло, душно, цена завышена

Все отлично! Мне очень понравилось расположение. Возле исторического центра в паре километров от Софии, стоящих того, чтобы по ним прогуляться, это самый настоящий турецкий старый город, с лавочками, кафешками и огромными торговыми рядами. Недалеко от метро, и в то же время на разумном удалении от аэропорта. В целом на метро с одной пересадкой около часа езды, из них 40 минут идёт поезд от аэропорта до города, затем пересадка и ещё 13 езды до нужной остановки. Совсем рядом остановка Мармарай, Галатский мост, также в паре километров но в противоположную сторону от Софии площадь Таксим. В отеле великолепный персонал, приятные цены и уютные простые номера со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Ещё бы чайник в номер и было бы вообще супер! Спасибо! Обязательно приеду ещё

Rien c'est dégelasse il y a des bunesses de lit et pleins de train sur les draps. Et partout. Eh les salles de bains et des glaces

Tout est dégueulasse, ça pue les produits, car il utilise beaucoup de produits chimiques pour tuer les cafards et y a des punaises d'lit il faut faire attention. Et en plus, l'hôtel le soir même que je suis arrivé, je suis reparti. Car j'avais vu les chambres, je pouvais pas rester donc j'ai loué un autre hôtel. Ils ont pas voulu me rembourser, j'espère que Booking va réussir à me faire rembourser. Car ils sont très malhonnêtes, ils avaient dit que je suis pas arrivé à l'hôtel alors que j'y étais bien. J'ai les photos et j'ai tout envoyées. Je demande à Booking de faire le nécessaire, car la publicité qui a été mise en place par Booking. C'est faux. Je pensais à Booking d'enlever vraiment ? Cet hôtel de leurs pages. Et de me rembourser le plus rapidement possible. Car je ne suis pas resté, même pas une seule nuit dans cet hôtel. Après avoir visité la chambre, c'est pas possible.

Мне всё понравилось. Скромно, но довольно уютно и чисто. Комната с душем, хорошей водой и большой удобной кроватью. Замечательные ребята администраторы, просто чудесные. Стараются. Для полного счастья не хватало только чайника. Вот тогда было бы вообще отлично!

It was very noisy, loud talking, laughing, doors banging and singing. The bed and bathroom are very dirty and there is a lot of hair, as if it had never been washed.

Nothing to complain about,brilliant value for money

Нужно быть готовым к тому, что это дешёвый отель в самом центре трущоб Стамбула. Вокруг много живописных разваливающихся зданий. Дешёвая еда. Люди дружелюбные. До главных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Как вариант ночлега -- вполне.

Слабый Wi-Fi. В номере может быть грязновато.

Жуткая грязь. Не меняли бельё, на нем черные волосы, пятна не понятно чего. На полу грязь, чья то зубочистка. В душе всё липкое и противное. Хорошо что там только переночевали. Спали в одежде, т.к. противно.

Jeg overnattede overhovedet ikke på stedet da det var for klamt. Både dyne og hovedbetræk var plettede og beskidte. Værelserne stank af kloak. Jeg valgt en anden hotel samme dag. Toilettet var ikke rent og det hele så virkelig klamt ud.

Budget kamer was zonder venster, ik moest onmiddellijk bijbetalen om een kamer met een venster te krijgen.

The location is the hotel's only strong point, there are many cafes, restaurants and small shops nearby. The bakery below the hotel is very good and the gentleman who works there is lovely, very friendly.

Unfortunately, my room was full of bedbugs, and after four days, I couldn't take it anymore and asked to be moved. When I checked in, I asked if the rooms had bedbugs and was told no, but unfortunately, the room was infested, making it impossible to be comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also very bad, unreliable. If you're a woman traveling alone, like me, I don't recommend it either. The men at the reception desk sent me WhatsApp messages pestering me, asking if I had a boyfriend or if I was "available." One of them insisted on trying to maintain completely unnecessary contact, which was beyond my limits. I had to be very direct and almost rude to get out of that situation, and it was very unpleasant. I stayed there for 10 days, and it was a very exhausting experience; I don't recommend it.
