Reviewed Jul 12, 2026There is no lift available, which can be inconvenient for guests carrying luggage or a lot of belongings. The hotel is also located quite far from the city centre, such as Larkin. Other than that, everything else was great.....👍👍

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We thought we would look for a change from our usual Lavender Inn and this is would be our alternate if our usual is fully booked. It’s pretty decent although a little further from our usual amenities like the massage spa etc
Its location is not as good as it is a little further from food etc - and there were some people playing with very loud fireworks till pretty late at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Our stay was peaceful as the hotel had notices to guests to be mindful of comfort to other guests. Parking space was ample around the hotel. Hot beverages dispenser and morning toast were thoughtful gestures. The room was simple but comfortable for a good night rest. Keep it up.
Please note that you need to climb stairs as there is no lift here.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025The room is very clean. They provide free flow coffee, tea, and hot water with cookies at the counter. I didn’t expect that. On our way to the hotel, our train had an accident, so we checked in late at around 5 a.m. Our whole family was very hungry at that time, and when we arrived, there were coffee, Milo, and biscuits at the counter for us to enjoy — all free of charge. Only the cup noodles needed to be paid for. The next morning, they also provided bread, butter, and kaya for breakfast. For such an affordable hotel, the service is really good.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025很旧的一个budget hotel，不过床挺舒服，冷气很冷，热水器也够热，隔壁就是警察局，附近也有很多东西吃，如果只要求基本又要便宜的，这是不错的选择。
分配到的房间没有窗户，封闭地不知天黑天亮，而且冷气刚好对着脸吹，吹得不舒服，不过调调就好。

Maybe a little more place for wardrobe or rack can be added. Toilet seat worked but maybe need to be appropriate for commode size, and not a adjustment. Otherwise all good.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025The place is was so quite and no sound heared from outside when we are inside the room. Easy to get parking. Road is was not busy and smooth . Staff give a superb and nice services. Wifi line connect wast 100000%%% fast.
Room not quite clean. Plug for using is was so limited. Bathroom have a something smell not quite nice and there have liquid soap on the bathroom floor, it is looks likes licking from the soap container that hanging on the bathroom wall. That is the most danger cuz it can make guest swipe and injured if not noticed the floor was sliperry.
