grand et propre
le lit bof un peu trop dur
You can clearly tell a woman runs this place! The bathroom is incredible (hairdryers, nice water pressure, fresh towel everyday), beds are amazing, and lovely hang out spaces. Overall relaxing place!
A light turns on in the dorms every time someone opens the door which was a tad annoying.
非常乾淨安靜,管理不錯!
Very recommendable 🙏🏼
Location was nice, not to central, but close enough to go everywhere Room and bed was good as well, no noise. Internet was a bit tricky to get access to
Bathroom was on a different level then my room, so up and down just for that
ชอบทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ แนะนำโรงแรมนี้นะคะ

Good facilities but terrible atmosphere
Usually I don't leave bad comments because there always is something good, yet this place is an exception. Firstly, the deposit is 1000 baht, way too high for a shared room. When I check in, the staff asked me to leave my suitcase in the luggage room for it looks too heavy, as if it would damage their property. "It's up to you, tho." Seriously?? There is a kitchen on the 1st floor, which is good, but the old female staff rushed to me and asked rudely what I was looking for, when I brought my whole coffee-making stuff and just about to make coffee for myself, as if I was stealing something from them. Seriously?? Finally I complained something about the place when I checked out. The sraff didn't bother to look at me when I was talking. They aren't interested at all in what is lacking with their service. They gave me back my deposit and put an end on the conversation straightly. Alright then. No matter what the facilities are, this is the worst place I have ever stayed in Chiangmai, period.
It’s a simple no-frills hotel aimed, I think, at young people such as digital nomads. It is quiet and its systems work easily and efficiently. The location was good for my particular purpose.
I didn’t have any problems. Be aware that it’s simple, and that its location is a bit out of the city centre. If you are happy about those factors, it will serve you well.
Chambre très confortable et agréable. Emplacement parfait pour rejoindre le centre de Chiang Mai.
Hotel have a cozy living room with balcony
Key has to be in key holder for electricity, every time I went to wc or shower have to take it with me, can’t leave devices to charge.
Everything was Perfect ! Large lockers in the rooms, curtains for privacy, and the staff was so Nice !
is silent room and cold ac.
almost perfect is a bit away from the center but is worth it because you pay less. maybe a mini bar inside the room would be good too. but very good place
The bed is really comfortable.
Some weird smell when entering the room. Maybe because it's a mixed room.
Nice place. Security guard was super helpful when we arrived out of hours.
Toilet paper dispenser out of reach of the toilet 😅
I stayed in one of the private rooms on the ground level; the room was spacious and clean. the staff were really nice as I got there around 11 am and they stored my bag for me until check-in time. It's a very quiet Hostel/co-living space which I enjoyed
when I checked in the staff told me I couldn't eat in my room. which is fair enough if I was staying in one of the shared/dorm rooms but in my private room it didn't really make any sense. The kitchen space is locked during non-staffed hours which doesn't make sense if we are not allowed food in the room, so you have to be outside eating our meal. i had a little private garden area which I wanted to enjoy but there was a really bad stench in the back garden so sad about that. The place was great but so sad that its so far from everything. there's not much within walking distance
The building and rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating area and kitchen
Really nice place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Big bathrooms and you use a key card to enter the building and the room. Beds are very comfy too.
It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful with the few questions we had. Being able to arrive after normal check-in hours due to plane arrival was smooth and quick. We loved our first floor room with private outdoor seating. Our favorite positive about the room was the mattress on the king bed that provided the most comfortable sleep of any mattress we have ever slept on in any of the countries we’ve visited where very hard mattresses are generally common. It was just right.
It was a little farther walk to family we were visiting that we’ve had before, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. We were still able to walk to our favorite areas of the city. There is no electric pot in the individual rooms for heating water for that first cup of morning coffee, but the kitchen accommodated that need. We didn’t need to use the free shuttle for the airport nor food service, but those were nice amenities
Staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to advise me places to eat etc
Super-clean, lovely rooms. Very quiet. The most comfortable beds we've had yet. Lovely staff and great common areas. A 20 min walk out of the main city area, which means it is quiet, which we particularly appreciated during the Lantern festival
Not a lot of general information for travellers
The rooms were clean and comfy, everyone got a small bottle of water, which I really liked. The bathroom was very clean and nice as well
The location wasn't the best, but it was fine
It’s cozy hostel 10-15mins by walking to Warorot Market & Night Market. All staffs are friendly.
Nothing
love love love!!! staff, quietness, bathrooms, the whole thing. can’t wait to come back. first hostel to ever make my bed and give me a fresh water every day. I love Lana
perfect
love!!! 20 min walk into old town which was perfect for me. the staff are amazing. this is the first hostel I’ve stayed in where they made my bed and left me a fresh bottle of water every day. wow, what a treat. going back in a few days after pai. can’t wait<3
perfect!
Nice place overall, the dorm room I stayed in was comfortable, good locker provided and the shared bathroom was like a luxury hotel. Really nicely decorated and clean.
The breakfast was not cheap for what was on offer (also did not start until 9am?) There is no where else close to the hostel that serves decent food. The reception opening hours seem rather odd (they close at 7pm) They charged me 100 baht for 1 basket of laundry which seems a bit much as other hostels do it for less
so so so clean and comfy
annoying the kitchen closes early as missed out on doing some cooking.
I liked the price to value, the rooms were comfortable and the owner was a nice guy
There’s a lot of street noise outside. I couldn’t find a way to close the windows so it was just noisy when I was inside a lot
Clean, calm and bright
very clean and the most comfortable dorms I’ve ever been to. very friendly stuff.
a little bit far from city center and night markets but with taxi it’s ok.
very clean and comfortable. it‘s also very close to the bus terminal which is a plus if you’re travelling. would not necessarily recommend if you want to stay in town.
the light would only work if you put the key card in. but that is only possible at the bed so if you had the bunk in the last corner that was annoying at night. saves electricity and money tho.
beds are so comfy and it’s very clean and quite
I had amazing 4 days in this lovely place. Ning (the owner) and the stuff Frai, Daaw, Aes, and Shem (forgive me if I wrote the names wrong 🙈) are so welcoming and extremely helpful! They made me feel like I was at my own home. Breakfast is so delicious and I am missing Frai’s amazing cookies and cakes. They even prepared me a sandwich when I took a daily tour to Ch. Rai and needed to leave at 6 am. So thoughtful and kind of you ❤️ Bed was so comfy, area is pretty quite, and my room view was so nice. There are common areas both inside (TV room and balcony) and outside (chairs to sit, floor and net to relax-nice instagrammable places),which will make you very comfortable and feel relaxed. You can get free water, tea, and coffee from the kitchen. And also you can book your tours in Chiang Mai and transportation. Old city is just 12-15 min walking distance. They also have a quite large coworking space, which is perfect for digital nomads like me. I enjoyed to work in a silent and peaceful atmosphere with the garden view. If I come to Chiang Mai in the future, I would definitely stay in this place again! Thank you so much for making my Chiang Mai trip very pleasurable! 🤗
Very comfortable place. Cozy and very clean. The staffs are helpful. Very warm welcome! I checked in there very late night almost midnight. One staff was waiting for us until we arrived even her shift was finished. She was pleased to suggest us for hotel facilities. Very impressed. I asked for late checking out about 1 pm. And the owner allowwed for flexible check out time. Do not miss for this place.
Very happy booking Lana Beds. The space was nice and clean, comfortable and well looked after, everything was as it should be. The staff were great, kind and helpful, one of them, Paw saw I was tired after arriving on a late flight and brought me a hot drink - very thoughtful - thank you!
We stayed for a total of 4 nights at Lana beds & spaces and really enjoyed our stay! The hostel was more so a hotel than anything but was very modern, having been remodeled recently, and everything was extremely clean. The staff were beyond nice and really went above and beyond to greet us every time and help us with anything we needed. They were able to recommend things to do in the area, set up excursions and pay through them, and good eats in the area. The hostel is located just a short walk from the riverside, which had tons of great restaurants and bars- there was also a really neat bakery around the corner called forest bake. The room was always very clean and we always came back to a neat and clean room every time we left. The showers were always nice and hot and no bad smells in the bathroom. There were a few mosquitos in the bathroom though we noticed. Beds were super comfy and the air conditioner worked almost too well. Breakfast was provided each morning, which most mornings was great. The only thing I would suggest for this hostel is to have a better social environment for meeting new people (there is also no age limit as we noticed a lot of older travelers) - we did not meet anyone the entire stay, which we were hoping to but it was alright since we weren’t solo travelers. All in all this was a great stay and would recommend this place for sure!

Beautiful and clean hotel. Very friendly. Would recommend. The staff are super friendly. Clean room. Very close to TOEIC chiang mai building. 2 km to Tha Prae Gate. Relaxing getaway. peaceful and quiets
Most comfortable bed in Thailand! And the friendliest staff. We stayed here our first night in Chiang Mai and immediately booked again. Close enough to walk to Old Town but in its own local neighborhood. Absolutely perfect!
Amazing hostel. Very accommodating and service is great. Very clean and the rooms are very nice. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location is ideal for what me and my friend wanted to do. Close to the beach and local village.
- room is new & clean and also beautiful & comfort - recommend to visit both business trip and vacation - quiet and have a time for relax - good decoration and modern - price is reasonable - near night market

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
10/10Repeated praise for cleanliness across reviews ("grand et propre", "非常乾淨安靜"); rooms and bathrooms described as very clean and well maintained.
Service
9.1/10Generally positive comments about friendly/helpful staff (including Thai review and praise that the manager runs it well), but one detailed negative report of rude behaviour and brusque handling of deposit reduced the score slightly.
Location
10/10Multiple reviewers call the location 'perfect' or 'nice' — not in the city centre but conveniently close; good for sightseeing and digital nomads.
Room Quality
10/10Rooms and beds are frequently praised ("beds are amazing", "Chambre très confortable"); a single comment about a bed being a bit too firm is a minor exception.
Amenities
10/10Strong positives for bathroom facilities (hairdryers, good water pressure, fresh towels), kitchen availability and pleasant common spaces; minor issues with Wi-Fi access noted but overall amenities are good.
Value for Money
8.5/10Most guests find the hotel recommendable, but one reviewer flagged a high shared-room deposit (1000 baht) and uncomfortable interaction around luggage/deposit, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.6/10Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall Experience
9.6/10Strong positive overall sentiment (multiple 'highly recommend', 'can't be better', quiet and well-run), tempered by an isolated but significant negative service/atmosphere report.
