Clean comfy rooms with a staff that went above and beyond to help make it an incredible stay. I continued to extend my stay and it was my favorite hotel of my trip

Klimatyzacja słaba i kierowana na łóżko co nie jest dobre dla zdrowia (angina może się zrobić) blokada regulacji w pilocie od klimatyzacji, śniadanie słabe, drzwi w pokoju nie były szczelne i jaszczurka weszła, stan nie za czysty ale da się żyć, brak normalnego pokrętła do regulacji temperatury wody. Gniazdka elektryczne które nie trzymają i jest ich bardzo mało.

Tienes que tener cuidado cuando sales porque yo a poco me caigo por el super escalon que hay en la entrada y no tiene valla, la cama es dura y el baño muy viejo y pequeño

Il personale è molto gentile e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un imprevisto trovandoci un driver al volo che ci ha accompagnato per tutto il giorno a Chiang Rai

la tenda della doccia, Non è un grosso problema ma se ci fosse un vetro al posto della tenda, migliorerebbe sensibilmente la percezione di qualità della camera

Bagno da rivedere. Non funzionava bene lo scalda acqua situato interno della doccia. Cosa più assurda che c’erano degli animali nel contro soffitto della stanza.(non abbiamo scoperto cosa fossero).

La struttura è in una posizione centrale. Ambiante abbastanza pulito e offrono servizi di lavanderia a ottimi prezzi. Anche la colazione era molto buona. Consiglio per chi non ha troppe pretese ma è una valida scelta per rapporto qualità prezzo

The people, the room and the price. Special shoutout to hotel manager/owner โอนีล. She was amazing kind and friendly towards us everyday and helped us in every way possible. The rooms were comfy and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Couldn’t ask for more from the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs cooked whatever way you like by the amazing chef. Highly recommend

Sehr tolles Hotel! Das freundlichste Personal, das ich in Thailand kennenlernen durfte.. Die Frau an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Ich durfte später auschecken, da ich ein paar gesundheitliche Probleme hatte. Das Zimmer war schön, das Bett bequem und es gab alles, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben auch kostenfrei ein kleines Upgrade bekommen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

We Loved our stay here. It’s super quiet in the rooms, breakfast had good choices for a great price, location is convenient, quiet, and safe. The owner is absolutely lovely and took good care of me and my two children. She it was very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. All the amenities you could need. We will be back! Highly recommend this place!

La habitación tenía un pequeño balcón en el cual entran palomas a hacer nido, y en el primer y segundo día encontré dos pájaros muertos en el balcón, sino es porque nos fijamos en el balcón los del hotel no se dan cuenta y es lleno de estiércol de pájaro que ni siquiera puedes poner una toalla afuera a secar o por el estilo También las toallas no se veían muy agradables, se veían manchadas y el baño no se le nota el buen aseo

Ich habe in diesem Hotel 21 Nächte zur Hochsummerzeit im April verbracht. Die Hitze war im Hotel kein Problem, da die selbstbedienbare Klimaanlage durchgehend funktioniert hat. Mir wurde täglich das Zimmer gereinigt, frische Handtücher gegeben und kostenlose Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Kühlschrank war im Zimmer auch vorhanden wodurch das Kühlhalten von Speisen und Getränken kein Problem war. Morgens gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet. Einfach gehalten, aber lecker. Falls man ein etwas ausgefallenes Frühstück bevorzugt kann man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten Cafés, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt erreichen. Generell fande ich die Lage des Hotels super. Märkte, Shopping Center, Bars, Waschsalons und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle in der Nähe. Taxis konnten problemlos an der Rezeption gerufen werden, auch bei Fragen über die verschiedensten Themen konnte mir das Personal immer aushelfen und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich sehr sicher in dem Hotel gefühlt, das regelmäßige Nachfragen wie es mir geht oder wie mein Tag war hat mich auch immer sehr gefreut. Mit Englisch kann man sich ohne Probleme im Hotel verständigen, aber auch mit einem Übersetzer. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Service. It is clean. Great staff. Calm area. I stayed almost 10 days.

Everything was good. But They didn’t have a window and instead they had a glass for the sunlight to enter the room. Its alright for me.

Very quiet, comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it had a great fitness centre. The treadmill, bike and cross trainer were of excellent quality and new. The strength machine was brand new I think which was a bonus. We also liked that it was owned by local people, rather than a chain.

We liked everything. Only 1 small suggestion is to have a range of dumbbell weights in the fitness centre, then it would be perfect.

Loved our stay here, rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Has a gym and breakfast included. Really nice staff and offered laundry service. The room was so comfortable

Spacious hotel room with modern furniture and large TV screen. Only minutes away from great coffee cafes, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a chef cooking egg and bacon meals.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations and prompt service, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to both the excellent facilities and the outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Ci siamo fermati 3/4 notti, l'hotel certamente semplice ed essenziale e questo lo sapevamo, il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era veramente molto conveniente. La colazione compresa essenziale e poco varia ma sempre considerando il prezzo pagato soddisfacente. La posizione buona vicino alla zona dei mercati, e poi per quanto poco illuminata la sera ci è sembrata molto tranquilla. La pulizia della stanza veniva fatta oggi giorno, con ricambio di sapone e cialde per il caffè. Insomma, sempre considerando quanto abbiamo pagato, consigliabile.

La mancanza di supporti, piani dove poter poggiare le valigie, di prese comode, unica presa in basso vicino alla televisione.

Le supplément de 300bahts pour le matelas. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et c'était moins bien insonorisé et agréable que notre séjour à l'étage.

Staff were consistently smiling, helpful, and efficient in every interaction. That sets the tone for the place. The location is excellent. Quiet street, parking out front, endless restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went everywhere on foot. The room is clean and stays that way. Daily housekeeping, functioning AC that isn't noisy, a balcony useful for drying laundry, a massive smart TV, and two tables that work fine as a desk setup. Bathroom has everything you need. Large kettle is a nice touch. Downstairs there's a microwave and hot water available. Breakfast was a genuine surprise at this price point. Toast, jam, fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, coffee, and made-to-order eggs with meat. Great value overall. We stayed a week as a couple and wouldn't hesitate to return for longer.

WiFi works but isn't the fastest or most stable. Fine for light use, not for bandwidth-heavy tasks. The shower wets the whole bathroom floor. The gym is basic: two 8kg dumbbells and a multi-machine with limited plates, so you'll need to rework your routine.

Gute Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück gut. Roller direkt über Unterkunft gemietet, war in einem super Zustand und Preis gleich wie bei normalen Vermietungsfirmen. Smart TV mit allen Streaming Apps.

Das Zimmer wirkte etwas heruntergekommen, nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Vorallem das Badezimmer war etwas modrig. Wir waren direkt gegenüber vom Frühstücksraum, wodurch es morgens etwas lauter wurde.
