This place is simply perfect, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the water in the pool is clean and cool. The area is very quiet, there is a park a few hundred meters away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The private beach was a bit disappointing, it was unusable during our stay.

I loved every minute of our stay here again.

Gar nichts, denn wir hatten eine Villa am Strand gebucht, aber es war gar keine Villa, nur ein grösseres Zimmer mit kleinem Aufenthaltsbereich..... Zudem hatte es kein 2. WC, wie auf der Webseite versprochen... Wir waren nur 3 Minuten dort und haben entschieden, keine einzige Nacht dort zu verbringen.... Unglaublich, wir waren sicher schon über 20 mal in Thailand, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt....!!!!!

J ai loué un scooter a l hôtel pour 4 jours. Le lendemain du retour de la location j ai reçu un message sur whatsapp me disant qu il fallait que je paie 135€ pour les dommages que j ai eu sur le scooter. Après une enquête de quelques minutes, il s avère que l hôtel voulait me faire payer les réparations d un autre scooter identique. J ai pas trouvé ça très correct. Méfiez vous!

It was very clean. Lovely staff. Lovely hotel just on the outskirts of the town. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was good. Fresh eggs cooked for you.

Rigtig fin villa med egen pool. Der er køleskab, et lille bord med stole samt tallerkner og bestik. Morgenmaden var god og blev serveret ved poolen, med udsigt til havet. Personalet var venligt. Jeg glemte et opladerkabel til til mit ur, som de hurtigt fik sendt til mit hotel i Bangkok for kun 100 baht.

Stedet trænger til lidt vedligehold, både udvendigt og indvendigt. Ligger lidt langt væk fra byen og der sker ikke meget i området - dog er der roligt. Der er ikke mange spisesteder i nærheden, men det er billigt og nemt at få leveret mad med Grab. Det er småting, som er til at arbejde med, og overordnet set var vi tilfredse med vores ophold.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür aber direkt am Strand – wirklich schön. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Besonders positiv war das Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Auswahl und Qualität haben gepasst. Wir hatten einen Privatpool, was toll war, allerdings könnte der Außenbereich um den Pool mal etwas saniert werden. Der Zimmerservice hat hervorragend funktioniert – schnell, zuverlässig und immer top Qualität. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut stimmig. Ein super Aufenthalt, kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Der Außenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend saniert werden

The location was good. Near multiple dinning places, tourist attractions and it was right on the beach. The staff was very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the room had dual A/C.

The room I had could have used a little extra LTC. Some of the light fixtures were in need of repair.

I wish the pool were big enough to swim laps. It’s not super small but it’s a bit small. That’s really my only knock on the place.

Quiet location, right on the ocean. Staff are very friendly (It's Thailand afterall). Room was massive and the private pool was enjoyable to cool off in as well as the large pool on the ocean. It is apparent the recent world events have caused a little disrepair but still all in all quite nice.

the tv set up was a mess of wires and cables. had to reset it all the time. Just set it up proerly once and for all. it looks like a kid put it together.

We have a wonderful time staying in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful with great scenery. For the money we spend the value exceed my expectation. Clean room, decent breakfast and plenty of room space to just chill. Highly recommend for those who want to take a break and just relax.

A small intimate hotel, with personal atmosphere It was at the beach but not much facilities around it.

Limited language capabilities of the staff. We nearly missed our airport transfer, because the staff was not at the reception, despite having informed them the day before on our need to leave early. However, other staff helped out with private transport to the bus station.

We had a wonderful week and could enjoy to spend time with the family. The house was beautiful and the pool house the same. The staff was so friendly and always there. Breakfast with the view to the ocean was a dream.

It is a little bit far outside and you only can go by car to downtown and there is not much around. The beach sadly was not able to walk, water is up, we missed to walk on the beach.

They are hurry for check out at 12 pm, I have an infant with us request for one hour late check out but they only allow 30 minutes

It is a small, very quiet resort (20 units?) away from the actual beach bustle of Hua Hin. If you are looking for a good night's sleep in a relaxed environment and happy with reading a book next to the small pool while enjoying the sound of the waves, this is for you. There is a small restaurant on site, and a small number of other eateries scattered in short walking distance (Treehouse has nice pasta). The staff is very friendly.

The resort is on the water front but doesn't actually have a beach. At high tide you cannot go into the water (check before you book). For us, low tide was at night, so for sea swimming we had to go to Hua Hin. Getting there is not as bad as some other reviews say, there are lots of little tuktuk taxis and a larger tuktuk "bus" on the main road. (On foot it is about 30 mins.) The additional items (eg extra bed) were too expensive IMO.

Sadly the place is not well maintained. The boardwalk which goes from the front of the property to the rear is very run down and rickety and a tripping hazard. I had a ground floor seaview room - it had broken towel rail, broken rain shower, broken bedside light and the drawers had black hairs inside. The first night someone was staying in the room above next door. I could hear them stomping around through the ceiling. I asked to be moved upstairs to a different room. The drawers in the new room also had hairs inside but at least it had a working shower and towel rail. They charged me 500b to clean the other room. Being right next to the ocean it would be nice to sleep with the windows open. Insect screens would make this possible but there were none so you have to sleep with air con which is loud. The windows in the new room did not stay open all the way so I had to prop them open with a bamboo paling from the broken fence. The windows are very dirty. Salt air makes it necessary to clean more often but they really looked like they were never cleaned. There was no security at the front of the property until the morning I left so anyone could walk in and out. Appears to be run on a skeleton staff. The food is not great. I ordered dinner one night but it was very bland and underwhelming. The breakfast buffet was average. At least they had an egg station so I could have fresh omelette each day. Drip filter coffee is included but really who drinks that these days? You can order espresso but it's really not worth paying for as the quality was not much better. Four bicycles were available to take out for a ride. Also not maintained. All had flat tyres but one. Seats unable to adjust. For the amount I paid, almost 17000b for 4 nights plus the extra 500 they charged, I expected way better. The pics make it look much better than it is. As far as the reviews go all I can say is they must be fake. Booking needs to be more strict about transparency.

I would only suggest taking a better scub at the tiled floors, my feet turned black on the bottom. Everything else was clean

1.Except the interior of the room all other places are not maintained and damaged and dirty 2.breakfast was not good when compared to other resorts i stayed in huahin and khao yai,limited number of items, may be this one was a 3 stars property so may be because of that 3.look like they didn't clean the surrounding areas for a week 4.if you don't have a car then it won't be easy to travel here and there at night 5.inside the room the roof molding has damaged in some areas

A beautiful little resort right on the beachfront. Our room overlooked the sea, was very comfortable and very clean.

For us, it was too far from the main hub of Hua Hin, we had to organise taxis or tuk tuks whenever we wanted to go to and from, which adds up after a while. Although the staff were lovely, there was no real enthusiasm on our arrival, our cleaners were very happy and helpful.

A very nice hotel with caring and professional staff, we stayed for 4 nights, 2 in a private villa with a pool and another 2 nights in the beach villa. the breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect to have a few nights rest away from any hassle or noise. We had a scooter so it was easy getting around.

Beautiful location... looking out to the sea. Very calm, lovely garden, peaceful and small ... Wake up to an amazing sunrise, delicious breakfast, delicious meals served wherever is convenient. Service is efficient and kind. It's a cosy green garden looking out onto the Gulf of Siam ... an impressive view ... Only a 5 minute drive to Hua Hin town. A delightful break by the sea.

Charmingly quaint ... room was wonderfully spacious, comfortable and modern with a clean private pool... but just needed a little bit of repair here and there and care: ceiling wall paper, curtain hook broken, glass walls were not quite clean, outside wooden planks worn out, ... not much to make it quite special again. Regardless we truly enjoyed the calm and charm. The harmoniously tropical garden ...the sea at our doorstep. Had a lovely break. Thank you.

Hardly anyone there- almost too quiet!

This was the worst Hotel experience ever. We were super excited to arrive, we went directly to the pool and ordered a margarita each and food. Within two hour my husband an I both had food poisoning. We were vomiting for 12 hours, as soon as we could move we checked out of the resort. We felt the poisoning effects for 4-5 days. It ruined our holiday and cost additional $3000 as we had to pay for another hotel at short notice.

great location, just outside of the town where it is quieter, but easy to get into town. Friendly reception. Nice sized room and bathroom. We had a sea facing room and loved waking up to the sound of the waves everyday.

While we were there it was high tide during the day, so we couldn't access the beech from the hotel during the day.

Unfortunately the location was isolated away from the main areas of Hua Hin. Every where you wanted to go you had to get a taxi,which were not cheap. The shower system was very poor,it ran hot and cold, which was impossible to control. The decorations of the room could do with refreshing

Local songtowes stopped running at 9pm, making it difficult to get back from town if you dont have your own transport. Persistent problem with hot water. The freezer section of the refrigerator was completely blocked with ice build-up.
