The house was clean. The owner was really nice and helpful. The accommodation is located right in the center and you can reach the beach as well as the night market and the town within five minutes walking distance.

It was not the most modern accommodation however it is great for the price and everything is really clean.

Perfekte Lage, in der Nähe vom Strand und vielen Restaurants und dem Lamai Night Market. Golf, die Besitzerin, ist super nett, jederzeit erreichbar und organisiert einem auch gerne jederzeit ein Taxi. Habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht! Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Golf ☺️

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, sie liegt auch sehr gut. Gegenüber tolle Restaurants, zwei 7 Eleven um die Ecke, Laundry, Massage Studios man läuft ca 5 min zum ruhigen Strand Abschnitt. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin läuft einwandfrei, es wurde mir auch ein Transfer organisiert. Man kann sich jederzeit bei ihr melden wenn man ein Anliegen hat sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Bardzo polecam ten domek! Właścicielka, pani Golf, jest niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Za każdym razem, gdy nas widziała, cieszyła się i witała nas bardzo miło, co sprawiało, że czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Apartament był bardzo czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. W pokoju znajdowały się najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, takie jak parasole, patyczki oraz inne drobiazgi, które mogą się przydać podczas pobytu. Dużym plusem była cisza i spokój ponieważ obiekt składa się z domków, można było naprawdę odpocząć, są one w idealnej lokalizacji i jeżeli kiedykolwiek wrócimy na Koh Samui to zdecydowanie tutaj wrócimy, Bardzo podobał nam się również basen, idealny do relaksu po całym dniu. To miejsce ma świetną atmosferę i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, sauberes Bad gemütliches Bett und Pool. Zentral gelegen sind sowohl Strand als auch der Nightmarkt, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen. Das wahre Highlight ist allerdings die Gastgeberin Golf! Sie ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit... Man kann sie immer kontaktieren und sie hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Das Zimmer wird alle 3 Tage grundgereinigt, Betten neu bezogen und Handtücher ausgetauscht zudem stellt einem die Gastgeberin jeden Morgen 2 neue Wasserflaschen gratis vor die Tür. Eine absolute Empfehlung falls ihr nach einer preiswerten Unterkunft auf Koh Samui sucht.

This place was great had the pool to ourselves most days. Close to everything in lamai. The staff were awesome.

Nothing, we left in such a hurry we slept in and had to rush for our flight. Hope we didn’t leave to much rubbish behind thanks Golf.

Es gab einen Pool, alles sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist freundlich und hilftsbereit. Einfache Doppelbungalows, etwas abgenutzt aber sauber. Reinigung alle 3 Tage. Wäscheservice an der Straße vorne. Kaffee für morgens und Früchte auch.

The location was perfect. very close to the beach, local Thai markets, restaurants, and Lamai Night Market, all within walking distance. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, which made it feel very private and relaxing. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. I will definitely be coming back again!

Honestly, the only downside was that my stay was too short! 😄

Die Gastgeber waren super nett und zuvorkommend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool hat zusätzlich für die nötige Erfrischung gesorgt. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und man ist schnell am Strand, beim Night Market und bei Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This was a great stay! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. The woman who runs the place, Golf, is super communicative through Whatsapp and will go out of her way to help you out. I lost my car keys in Bangkok airport and she called the lot and found to try and find them for me (no luck, unfortunately). The rooms are all small, stand alone units, are very clean, and have anything you might need for a stay.

The mattresses are a little hard (which is anywhere in Thailand- so not a big deal). The location is *slightly* removed from the "center" of things, so if that's a big deal to you, you might want to keep that in mind. However, she is still in town and walkable everywhere. Lotus and 7-11 are right around the corner. As is the night market and a fresh food market

Golf’s little house is absolutely amazing and a great find! We had everything we wanted and were super close to the night market and some nice food places. Golf was a lovely host!

Достаточно тихо, но при этом всё что нужно в паре минут пешком. Выход на пляж, рестораны, рынки, несколько супермаркетов и гипермаркет. На территории отеля есть хороший бассейн с чистой водой. Потрясающее соотношение уюта, чистоты и практичности.

The bed was solid. I ended up with a lot of muscle and joint pain trying to sleep on the mattress. The pool could be better although it was clean and ok just to cool off on a hot day.

Wszystko. Bardzo miła właścicielka. Od początku można poczuć się jak w domu. Niczego nie brakowało. Super basen i przy nim prysznic z toaletą. Pokoje czyste , codziennie woda dostarczona.

Отличное месторасположение, рядом рынок, магазины, пляж. Гольф очень внимательна, всегда была вода, порядок в комнате. Есть все необходимое, даже зонты и нитки.

Super Host. Sehr zuvorkommend. Ganz viele Tipps und auch die Möglichkeit, Transfers zu organisieren. Schön, dass die Unterkunft nach hinten gelegen ist, also von der Straße weg. Dadurch ist es ruhig. Trotzdem ist man sofort bei vielen Restaurants, Shops und dem Strand.

Отличное расположение, до пляжа идти 5 минут, рядом много кафе, магазинов. Номер очень чистый и аккуратный, есть все необходимое, даже мелочи в виде ниток с иголкой и зонтиков. Хозяйка гостеприимная и отзывчивая, всегда поможет и ответит на все вопросы. Нам все понравилось, приехали бы снова🙌🏻

Really cheap in terms of price. Location was perfect as it had the the night and fresh food markets and beach on either side in walkable distances. Lot of local Thai food places around the area. The owner Golf was incredibly sweet and polite!

Space did feel crammed but not a major downside given the price!

Soggiorno fantastico, posizione ottima in centro a Lamai vicino alla spiaggia, ai mercati e 7/11, lavanderia e tanti bar e ristoranti. Essendo in una via, nonostante la vicinanza ai servizi, si sta tranquilli e senza sentire i rumori della città. Camera pulita e con tutto l’essenziale, pulizie effettuate ogni 3 giorni. Fondamentale la zanzariera, per evitare che entrino insetti anche se a noi non è mai capitato entrassero. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina. La proprietaria è stata fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto con 2 noci di cocco e ogni giorno avevamo una bottiglietta d’acqua a testa; presente ma discreta. Il giorno del mio compleanno, senza che glielo avessimo detto, mi ha fatto trovare una fetta di torta, una splendida sorpresa!

Pulizia ogni 3 giorni è troppo poco La presenza di molte piante a ridosso della porta di ingresso e il prato fanno si chi ci siano molti insetti. Inoltre le zanzariere non funzionano benissimo e lasciano entrare formiche. La piscina non pulitissima e non l'abbiamo usata. Struttura non economicissima.

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в Phannarai House. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Номер был очень чистым.Белоснежное постельное бельё и удобные спальные принадлежности (подушки ,матрас) Чудная хозяйка,которая была всегда на связи и помогала своими советами. А самое главное-тишина и покой на протяжении всего нашего проживания,хотя домики расположены близко друг к другу. Ещё огромный плюс-наличие бассейна с лежаками) Также расположение данных аппартаментов очень удобно-всё в шаговой доступности:пляж,много ресторанов вокруг,базарчики,магазины. Не могу не отметить красивую,утопающую в цветах территорию вокруг домиков,все эти цветы благоухают и радуют глаз,создавая полный релакс и ощущение нескончаемого отпуска))) Спасибо огромное хозяйке за то,что всё сделано с любовью и добротой,и несомненно рекомендую данные аппартаменты людям,ценящим комфорт и спокойствие!!!

We stayed here in the beginning of June ‘25. The room is very clean and has everything you need. It exceeded our expectations. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It is one of the best accommodation we have stayed in Thailand. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The location is very close to the beach, markets and multiple 7-11’s. Great Thai food can be eaten in front of the accommodation. There’s a restaurant called Yummy and Moonlight. Both are great choices. The beach is a couple minutes away and is walkable +- 5 min.

It's a matter of expectations, isn't it? I had been traveling with a first-timer to Thailand, whose comfort level meant 4 star properties up to that point. In comparison, yes, the towels were threadbare, but for me that was charming. They still worked. The good-sized refrigerator and the functionality and location of the unit made me feel like I was in a little apartment. The pool was simple but refreshing and nice and private. The best part was Golf, who was always available and with whom I had many informative conversations.

The bed was pretty firm compared to my other stays. Not a big deal.

Golf was the best host we have had in Thailand- helping us before and during our stay. She also gave good recommendations and even a cupcake for desert as we arrived late! The room was very nice and very clean, good aircon and good bed. Great location for Lamai also

We absolutely loved our stay at Phannarai House. It’s was ideally located for our stay. It had all the essentials to make our stay just perfect. We left and went travelling around other areas and felt like we’d left all of our bits in a secure well looked after house.

Facilities weren’t great. Chose it as it had a pool but pool and pool area were not inviting. Room felt a bit strange in that no balcony or space outside the room and couldn’t see anything as hemmed in by other freestanding rooms.

Our stay was fantastic! We were able to check in early (in the morning), and we were greeted by golf with a welcome smoothie. The bungalow is very nice. The location is perfect. Within walking distance: cafes, street food, restaurants, 7/11, the beach, and the night market. The pool is also great for cooling off and relaxing. They also provide two bottles of water every morning. Definitely recommended if you want to have a great time in Lamai.

Golf (the owner) was so welcoming and helpful, her recommendation of the nearby restaurant Moonlight was particularly appreciated - hands down the best meal we had! The property is a stone’s throw from Lamai beach.

Really recommend this property and especially Golf the host. She was so kind and wonderful I recommend just to get a chance to meet her and experience the warmth of Thai hospitality. The room itself was perfect and everything needed for a proper stay was provided. I stayed in three properties total on koh samui and of the three this was the best. An example of something this place had that others lacked were a mosquito net on the windows and the door,, like a screen door. Golf also starts the stay with a mango smoothie as a welcome drink and offers two waters daily at your door. Everything was really perfect. Don’t hesitate~~

Very good value for money. The host Golf is amazing and always looking to help. Location is fantastic if you are looking to stay at Lamai Town Center but not too close to restaurants and pubs. Very clean and tidy. We loved the welcome smoothie.

Phannerai House is located down a small private lane and away from the noise of the street. At night it is beautifully lit and is attractive in the daytime, especially by the pool that is surrounded by trees, there are a lot of birds and butterflies which makes it feel more remote and relaxing than the location would suggest. Golf, who is the owner is very lovely. She met us on arrival and got us a mango juice. The rooms are compact, but well appointed, hanging rails, mirror, fridge etc that make it easy to unpack and relax.

The bed is on a raised platform and the mattress is quite firm - a bit too much so for me!

Comfiest bed we have stayed in for a while! The host is so so lovely and even left us a note and balloons as we were staying over our anniversary. There was no noise overnight as it is down a private road and we couldn’t have asked for much more!

Close to everything but still away from the hustle and bustle. We lived 2 minutes from a fresh and local market with very affordable prizes and great food. Loved the host, especially when a gecko came into my room and wouldn’t leave. The host was ready to assist me with that even though it was late. I felt safe. If we ever return we will definitely give her a visit 😁
