Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im FLAQ Oskar M. Unser Comfort-Doppelstudio mit Flussblick war modern, gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Fluss war einfach traumhaft. ❤️ Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir die Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer. Leider war sie etwas undicht, aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌿✨

We had a lovely two night stay in this well decorated apartment. The kitchen had what we needed and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the staff were delightful, friendly and went out of their way to help us. A short walk to the old town and the many great restaurants nearby was a plus. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

The room at The Flag Oscar was absolutely amazing and just blew out minds. This was a full scale apartment with everything you could need for extended periods. Add to that the fact the terrace was overlooking the Main River and we got to sit outside at night watching boats go by and a perfect view of the city landscape, full moon, all the bridges lit up was just like being in a fairy tale. The location was perfect for walking, just outside of the old town so approx 15 minute walk and you are transported to a different place and time. The Italian restaurant on site was scrumptious! We would 1000% stay here again if we find ourselves in Frankfurt!

The property is very equipped with everything you need. Very clean and neat. Staff speaks excellent English and if you want anything they get it done fast and they are so sweet mainly the lovely German girl with a long hair I forgot her name she is awesome . The location is excellent

Heerlijke ruime kamer met balkonnetje én Frans balkonnetje in de keuken en schitterend uitzicht over de Main en op het Bankenviertel. Uitstekend geïsoleerd dus ‘s nachts weinig last van de stadsgeluiden. Ook fijne jaloezieën. Ontbijt is kostbaar maar er zit een Aldi aan de overkant en je beschikt over een Nespresso apparaat. Beneden is voor €4 een redelijke cappuccino verkrijgbaar.

Wir hatten ein großzügig geschnittenes Zimmer mit viel Stauraum (Schränke), Kochzeile und sehr gemütlichem Bett. Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand (abgesehen von einigen wenigen Macken an Boden/Einrichtung). Da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, war es goldwert, dass es nicht nur eine Klima und Heizung gibt, sondern auch eine Funktion "Lüften". Für Leute, die sonst mit offenem Fenster schlafen ein echter Segen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man auch keine Geräusche von der Straße, während man auf dem Balkon den Straßenlärm deutlich wahrnimmt. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage perfekt, um direkt am Main spazieren zu gehen oder auch fußläufig in die Innenstadt zu laufen. Nur die Parkplatzsuche kann schwierig werden - es sein denn, man reserviert vorab einen TG-Stellplatz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch weil das Personal sehr freundlich war. Zum Essen im Restaurant können wir nichts sagen, aber die Speisekarte sah ansprechend aus.

L'hôtesse d'acceuil du matin était aux petis soins ( je m'étais blessée) et toujours très accueillante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel donnant accès direct aux rives du main pendant la Sommerwerft et une vue privilégiée sur les magnifiques feux d'artifice ainsi que la vue sur le Main depuis le balcon est superbe ( nous étions en étage élevé), sans oublier les grandes fenêtres disposant d'un triple vitrage très efficace.

Nous avions un lave vaisselle de taille classique mais pas beaucoup de vaisselle : 2 assiettes, 2 bols idem pour les couverts, par conséquent j'ai préféré laver à la main au fur et à mesure.

Abbiamo alloggiato al The Flag di Francoforte per il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni in città. L'albergo è in una posizione ottimale, vicinissimo alla città vecchia, e dunque molti dei principali luoghi di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale è cordialissimo, disponibile e molto attento. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosissimi e dotati di tutti i comfort. Dal lato che guarda sul fiume, in particolare poi, si gode di una meravigliosa vista sullo Skyline, l'ormai famoso Mainhattan, anche grazie alle ampie finestre che coprono praticamente ogni lato del monolocale. Sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per tutte le altre volte che torneremo.

Exceptional room, very clean and tidy. It comes with a little balcony. Amazing water pressure and warm water all the time. Air conditioned room 24/7. The building is located near to s-Bahn station something that makes it accessible to city center and old town. Cleaning staff attends to the room every 3 days providing with new towels and bed sheets. Good variety for a breakfast buffet for 19€ per person. We don’t have pictures to provide but trust us, it’s the best choice for your next visit in Frankfurt.

My friend and I think that maybe the bed is a little small for 2 people and not so comfortable.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth.

Einfach alles. Wir waren begeistert über die Ausstattung. Tip top sauber. Sehr gut durchdacht. Viel Erfahrung mit dem, was wichtig ist und dem was unbedeutend ist. Dazu gehört ein kleiner aber feiner Balkon. Toller Ausblick. Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Ruhe bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Leise Klimaanlage!

Fantastisch appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! De beste airco die ik ooit op een kamer gehad heb, koelt perfect en niet hoorbaar. Heerlijk bed, fantastische douche, mooi ingericht. Parkeergarage onder hotel perfect en lekkere ruime plaatsen en toegang. Fietsenstalling eveneens in parkeerkelder. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Heel vriendelijk ontvangst.

This is my second time choosing this hotel and will definitely not be the last. The staff did everything to insure we had a pleasant stay. My room was overlooking the river. There are washing machines in the lobby which was very handy. Nice fridge& kitchenette in the room.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war bestens!

Semplicemente stupendo. Pulitizzimo, personale super cortese, grazie mille a Salome, è stata preziosa oltre che sempre gentile e disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, posizione ottima anche perchè ero andato per l'IRONMAN ed è stato molto rilassante. Aria condizionata perfetta, Non è comune avere l'aria condizionata in Germania.

Niente, tutto fantastico. Niente da dire, davvero tutto molto bene. C'è un supermarket proprio di fronte ALDI perfetto per cucinare poi a casa.

I liked everything: the position, the super friendly staff, the reception who was always smelling super nicely and I also asked for a bowl of milk at night cause I forgot to buy it and they gave me an entire milk bottle. Also the room had a very nice light and a very nice furniture

Excellent room size, comfortable, clean, great balcony and a superb location for the city centre. Wifi is really good. There is a small kitchen with enough items to cook and coffee machine for the morning. A Aldi is opposite to pick up any items needed which is very usefull. It is an easy walk into the centre passing many coffee shops on the way! All the staff are really very helpful and speak excellent English. I will stay here agin.

Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit . Frühstücksraum riecht und sieht aus wie die allerletzte Kneipe . Brötchen und Croissant vom Vortag , bei Reklamation kamen frische aus der Küche . Nachdem das hartgekochte Ei faul war , haben wir das Frühstück beendet . Für diesen Preis!!! Leider kam nach Reklamation keine Reaktion des Management. Schade denn sonst wäre das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert . Aber niemals mit Frühstück !!!!!!!!

The location is close to the CBD and Sachsenhausen. The room was light and comfortable, and well isolated against the noise (triple glazed windows). A supermarket is close by, and public transport is not too far away. It is easy to get to the main station and airport with public transport. The city view was very nice.

A few more plates and cutlery would have been useful, so one does not need to run the dishwasher half empty.

The apartment had a lot of light and the windows had a scenic overview of the river Main and the two bridges. Close to a supermarket and public transport, easy walk into the old town. Reception employees were very helpful.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und das große Studio hatte viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Auch die Loggia mit Mainblick war ein schönes Add-on. Personal ebenfalls sehr nett, einfacher check in und check out und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war top.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was exactly as described. I had a corner suite (quite large) and both the view over the river and the view towards town were excellent. It had everything on my personal checklist including a full sized refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, streaming services, a covered balcony a living area with a couch, 2 chairs as well as 2 eating or working tables both with 2 chairs. As a bonus, the tv was on a swivel so it could be turned to face the bed at night. Finally the value was great. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Frankfurt.

Die Großzügigkeit des Raumes. Dass ich überraschenderweise eine eigene Einbauküche mit allem für zwei Personen hatte. Man könnte dort locker 1 Woche auch selbst versorgt bei schlechtem Wetter, guten Büchern und guter Musik verbringen, ohne dass einem die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Top, gerne wieder 👍

Das es Parkettboden ist und die Reinigungskräfte ab 0800 mit dem reinigen der Nachnarzimmer losgelegt hatten … was als Tamgotänzer der bis 0400h tanzt und dann bis mindestens 11h schlafen möchte, nicht so ideal ist, auch nicht für Schichtarbeiter … allerdings hatte ich auch nicht nach einer Ruhezone gefragt, im Delta Offenbach gibt es ja so etwas, aber die sind auch wesentlich größer, von daher habe ich’s ch Verständnis für eure Taktung.

Wonderful urban view over the bridge and river. 2 walls of large windows were awesome. Good size and modern. Easily accessible to many tourist sites.

Aircon was inadequate during hot weather. Also no information provided regarding servicing of the apartment.

Room and bed were comfy and the blackout blinds were great. The breakfast was great but the dinind area was very cramped.

AC wouldn't go below 26C the whoel time we were there with temps over 32C outside and on the 8th floor. Wifi didn't work most of the time we were there. Additionaly the staff never responded to our request for parking prior to arrival.

I liked the view from our apartment on the top floor so much. The apartment was clean and tidy and well organized. The kitchen facilities were enough and satisfying, especially having an oven. The location was good and convenient and felt safe at late nights, which is important in Frankfurt. There are groceries and public transportation services and cafes and restaurants nearby, which makes it more pleasurable to stay there. The staff were nice and helpful.

The cooking basics such as salt and pepper were missing. The apartment looked different from the advertising photos.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ist sofort auf von uns genannte Mängel eingegangen und hat versucht, sie zu beheben. Klimaanlage lief danach deutlich effizienter. Sehr gute Lage zur Stadtmitte. Sehr großes Zimmer. .

Dass die Klimaanlage in der ersten Nacht gar nicht funktioniert hat. Hat gerade mal bei Dauerbetrieb - und natürlich geschlossenen Fenstern - 1 Grad Celsius geschafft. Die Fenster waren leider irgendwo nicht ausreichend Schallisoliert. Man hatte das Gefühl, der Lärm von draußen (Straßenverkehr und von unten vom Restaurant bis tief in die Nacht) käme durch ein geöffnetes Fenster. Haben wir mehrfach kontrolliert dass sie alle geschlossen waren.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, kind staff, good location. It is near to the train lines S8 and S9 that drive direct to the airport. Definitely will be my choice for the next visit to Frankfurt.

Appartement hyper spacieux, avec énormément de rangement, cuisine avec cafetière Nespresso. Literies confortables. A deux pas d'un Aldi, attention fermeture les dimanches. Quartier très sympa, restaurant Italien au rez-de-chaussée très qualitatif et personnel très sympathique. Centre ville accessible à pied en quelques minutes le long du fleuve. Personnel de l'hôtel extrêmement agréable.

Les rideaux manquent d'effets occultant, de ce fait la lumière du jour nous réveille de bonne heure.

Comunicação tranquila, funcionários cordiais, ótimo café da manhã. A localização é ótima e o fato de ter um estacionamento privativo foi determinante para nós que estávamos viajando de carro. Tem mercado na frente e restaurantes bons no entorno. Tudo muito tranquilo.
