St Lucia Palms

Unfortunately we had someone smoking outside our bedroom on stoep.. We asked them if necessary, no response, our room was full of smoke. Difficult to sleep. Guests on ground floor also smoking below, smoke rises. Smoking should be banned from premises

Excelente!!!!!!! Sin dudas un departamento totalmente armado! Excelente relación precio calidad!

Ubicación y precio

Olía a cerrado y a humedad. Pocos elementos de cocina. Muy poca luz en todo el apartamento. En general es muy poco acogedor y cómodo.

Reception was not friendly even the manner I was treated I will never book this place

Great location, very clean and spacious.

No fence around the property so did not feel as safe as others.

Location, location, location Clean and comfy

Cleanliness and walking distance to most restaurants and shops.

Noise levels of the vehicles, especially when they go over the humps.

No basin plug in kitchen. Bedlamps switch unreachable. Not enough plugs for hairdryer or chargers. Curtains dirty.

The flat was exceptionally clean and cockroach free, which is always a problem in this area.

Air-conditioning in main bedroom

Would have liked Air conditioning in the tv room.

Safe, off-street parking right infront of the unit.

Cleaning staff woke us up too early to clean the unit, we're on holiday. Please start at 10:00 or later.

comfortable stay

great location

The set up is okay

1. Furniture is old, especially lounge 2. Cold water 3. Bad treatment from admin official 4. One toilet not sufficient for family of five 5. I believe 8 l was unfairly made to pay more as result of fault by admn

Everything was perfect and on top

Nothing

Ottima posizione, sull'unica via principale.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Nothing

Misleading listing. The apartment was advertised as a 3-bedroom, but the third “bedroom” was just part of the open-plan lounge with no privacy. The listing also mentioned air conditioning but failed to say that we had to top up the electricity meter ourselves to use it. We were only informed about the deposit after booking, which was not transparent. The caretaker was also very rude throughout the process. Would not recommend. There was no ironing appliances

Location. Near to restaurants and shops. In centre of town. Large unit and air on in main room. Comfortable beds.

All was great.

The location is good and the bed was comfortable. The price was also reasonable.

There were lots of insects in the bathroom. The parking is literally in the road. Also it was my first time where I encounter a place where they threaten to fine you if you have a day visitor, it could’ve been better if all these rules are displayed upfront prior to your booking, not to be sent to you when you have completed the booking and payment.

Lage gut, Gastronomie zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Fotos zeigen nicht das gesamte Apartment, drei Schlafzimmer waren angekündigt, eins davon war nur ein Bett im Wohnzimmer.

Willingness to assist and friendly

The property is in town and a walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It is in close proximity to the beaches. It has a braai area

The property is not fenced and that means your car parks outside (almost in the street). There is no complementary tea/coffee or soap in the room. It is not stated on booking.com that you will have to pay an indemnity fee of R700 which was refunded after 12 days after we had checked out. The lady at the reception was not very helpful in helping us find the rooms. We had to ask around the area for us to find the apartment allocated to us because there is no clear signage or boards to help identify the apartment.

Cleaning staff are very professional The apartment was clean and spacious

I didn't like parking outside the complex, under the trees next to the shrubs as I met the snake, which i am very scared of and feared for my family because it's on the roadside there is a.lot of.movement which might trigger the snake to attack. My car was messed all over by bird poop which was very unpleasant . I did not like the fact that it was advertised as a 3 bedroom, but we actually found an extension of a lounge that is open with no privacy that was converted into a sleeping area. I feel it should have been disclosed that it's an open-plan sleeping area. I did not like that. I was not told that there is no iron, and when I called the manager who said that they sent a message in the 19/12/24, which was not true, I also felt like they, as a gesture they should at least have sachets of coffee/tea and milk or disclose that they do not offer so that you come prepared because most areas provide this, and as guests we always expect it to be provided but if you are told prior , I may prevent unpleasant surprises.

Close to everything

The noise level from the street. At night till very early in the morning Swimming pool needed a clean at first.

Good location, room was nice and as-pictured.

Upon arrival I was checked into a smaller and lower quality room than the one I booked, without being offered a price difference or an option. The host explained that I could not stay in the room that I had booked because I needed 5 people minimum to stay (this is not mentioned anywhere online). She wanted to move me to a smaller room and keep the one I had booked available JUST IN CASE a larger group would book it and arrive that day. This was mid afternoon on a Wednesday and no other groups were coming. After explaining that I was not okay with the situation, she did honor the booking that I made and moved us to the correct room, although she wasn't happy about it and was clearly frustrated. Overall we did not feel welcomed and we moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay. You also have to pay extra if you want air conditioning. TV didn't connect to the internet as advertised.

The location and cleanliness

The check-in procedure is tedious and outdated in my opinion. The only place I've been to that requires a breakage deposit and check-in after 6pm becomes an issue.

Located on the main road with some off-road parking. Kitchen was very functional with a good stove. Excessive noise is not tolerated so it keeps the wrong crowd out. For the price, the accommodation is very very reasonable!

For the price, these points are for noting rather than an issue. TV is open view rather than DSTV. I couldn't find a cutting board but had my own. Braai was single height level grid and not fully covered so fire was extinguished when it rained after cooking. Parking bays were parallel parking so could be a tight squeeze during busiest periods around Christmas and Easter.

The cleanliness good value for money Extra 2 single beds unexpectedly we expected 1 double bed

The friendliness of the staff Lack of communication The arrangement of the breakage refund The cut off time to pay cash at the lodge for breakage fund since I was at work had to ask some1 closer to d place to go n pay on my behalf and had to give that person a tip and also a taxi fair money because we had cash no money in d account If there was some1 at the office to accommodate guest arrival and to direct accordingly on what need to happen to simplify the process

We loved the place people we so good the shops are very close.

The property was very easy to find; the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Shopping and dining are just a 2-minute walk away. I will be back every month.

It was spacious, clean and value for money

There wasn't secure parking, we had to park on the road.

Easily accessible

No parking space. Had to park my car on the road after having communicated I’d be driving.

The facilities were clean and comfortable

We had a very bad experience, where the caretaker kept on coming to our rooms to say that she's receiving complaints regarding noise which was a bit irritating as we had a family holiday. Most of the allegations were false, I feel that if you want people to stay at your establishment then you must be transparent so that they know at the onset that they will be treated like prisoners.

Good appartment in the centre of st lucia, everything you would want is walking distance. We didn’t really use the kitchen or living room part, but overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for money.

Walking distance to everything needed.

It was meant to be a 3 bedroom and didn't get the unit we booked. Was put in a small cramped 2 dedroom unit. Beds and lounge suite not comfortable. Flat overall very small and no view at all. Kitchen had bare minimum. Bit of mold in the shower. Unfortunately won't be returning.

És gran i espaiós. Tens cuina prou ben equipada.

El wifi no arriba a totes les parts de l’apartament. A la cuina no hi ha cap tipus d’espècies bàsiques (sal, pebre, oli, etc.)

The lounge is in a perfect place, closer to beach, the restaurant and shops.

The place has everything we needed for self caretaring and very clean. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely visit the place again.

Loved where it was situated, a very convenient location. Real value for money. Excellent clean-up service.

We couldn't braai, due to the rain. The braai stands dont have a proper chimney. The host was good and very helpful but did come across as a bit cold, i don't think that was intentional. All in all it was a good stay. They had forgotten to switch the geyser on, This should be apart of the welcome message we receive, in case it happens to others.

There was nothing enticing about the property

Everything, it’s too old and taken care of. Main bedroom light was not working and nobody bothered to come and fix

Ben situat

No estava excessivament net

L'emplacement proche de tout

Le bruit de la route et des autres locataires

After I finish my booking I was asked to pay R700 more as brakege deposit of which was out of my budget however I then paid the money. I was then sent my room number and all the details and pass code to access the unit upon our arrival we found other people have already accesed our room and had keys already which was unit7 that was allocated to us and pass codes sent to me....one wonders how does someone have access to the room that was officially allocated to me??.. the drama never stopped we were then moved to unit1 which is located at the back of the establishment when I got there they were people who was occupaying the next unit2 a group of laddies that were drinking and making loud noise the host tried to speak to them about their noise levels.we the procced my wife and I set on the pantio they was a very loud noise to an point where occupuntants from unut3 came to confront people at unit2 my wife and I the dicided to leave we came back around 22h30 mind the noise continued we had security personnel intervining around 2h30 we never got rest that we needed. Wat is shocking since we never got enough rest at 9h55 I got the call from the host asking when our leaving the place i asked to give us 20min we then went to reception to leave the key we found a group of ladies from last that were busy making noise boycotting at the office about their refund the host the ordered me to leave the key because everything was fine 2hours I was sent I picture of the lamp that allegedly broken from the unit we stayed in. My question is why I was told everything is fine I can go the unit was not inspected in my presence only after I've sent my banking details for brakege refund than I'm told something was broken from the unit I handed the key to the host she told I can go everything is fine while she wise busy with people who were making noise the whole night.

The host was not professionally i did not enjoy my stay I was there to have peaceful time with my wife. What supprises me most I was asked to pay a brakege fee of R700 rands of which I paid I handed the key to the host 2hours later I'm told the lamp is broken and they must replace both lamps why I was allowed to leave the premises before the room is inspected only when Ive send my banking details for refund im the send pictures of broken lamp which is a Lair my wife and I left that unit in it mint condition as it was we never even used the kitchen we left because the noise that was there.

I got upgraded to a two room flat. You can easily self cater, shops are close by, and/or enjoy the restaurants. Availability of staff. Every day cleaning. Own outside terrace. Located on the main street, easy to explore the town centre on foot. Easy check in and check out. Staff can help book activities.

If anything then trafic noise from the main street but to be expected on a main street.

Lovely spacious apartment, reasonably equipped with a good effort to maintain it in shape. It is situated in a nice calm area, close to restaurants/shops and beaches.

The management is struggling with supervising numerous properties in the area with different levels of ownership and involvement. We were greeted with the news that we will have to pay for air-conditioning separately, on top of the prepaid price. Later on in turned out that we were dangerously close to running out of electricity all together, due to misunderstanding of hosts and management. Things didn't get any better from then on. At arrival we had two request 1. not be be disturbed during our stay (no cleaning), 2. a hairdryer. The next day our room had been invaded during our absence and ... there was no hairdryer. I had to make extra phone calls to disturb the management in order to get one. I was then informed at length that since the 70s (when the building was build, apparently under the same management) I was the first one with such a peculiar request.

everything about the place

nothing

The location was good near shops and restaurants, everything else in the unit was up to standard.

Nothing negative to say

clean and comfortable, everything worked

location. We didnt realize it was on the main road. Noisy and not private

The place is beautiful and quiet

We will book again. It's was awesome.

Self catering.

To close, to other properties. You can hear all the noise of the flats next door.

Servicing of rooms and central

Maintenance in day time noisy especially with a baby that took day time naps

The location was ideal to the restaurants on the main road.

Nothing.

Location is great, and the unit was comfortable and clean

Shower needs to be sealed and the basin plug not working

Units are exceptional comfortable. Staff very friendly. Very good price for what you get.

Absolutely nothing

Rules are one sided about noise. Being told over and over that quiet time is 24 hours but at 6h30 the plumber is banging on concrete. The whole complex is noisy. Receiving your deposit back is like a criminal check, really not a nice experience.
