Reviewed Sep 15, 2026L'hôtel a certes quelques années, il est un peu dans son jus, mais l'on peut remarquer que certains équipements ont été remplacés, et les chambres sont propres. Le personnel fait son travail, n'est pas désagréable.
Concernant le lit, j'ai vu pire, mais je ne peux pas dire que j'ai bien dormi. Et la rampe du parking, il faut avoir confiance, nous étions avec une Porsche, on a eu peur.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9:00 am and slow to fill in eggs, pastries. Breakfast supposed to be served to 10:00. They said they had a conference there where the people ate a lot earlier. Not an excuse I feel.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026L’hotel era pulito e la posizione abbastanza buona, ma alcune cose hanno pesato molto negativamente sull’esperienza.
Avevo fatto il check-out su Booking e sono arrivato alle 23:00. La porta era chiusa e ho dovuto aspettare circa 5 minuti prima che venissero ad aprirmi. La colazione, per un hotel da 144 euro a notte, era davvero molto scarsa: poche verdure, poca frutta e quasi nessun cereale . Alle 7:30 sono sceso in una sala completamente vuota, al piano interrato e senza finestre. I brioche erano freddi e non c’erano né macchina per il caffè, né bar, né bevande o succhi. Ho dovuto aspettare la cameriera, che era in cucina, per avere un caffè. Mi ha detto che era da sola durante il turno, non mi sembra normale che di domenica ci sia una sola cameriera in un hotel quattro stelle. Anche il check-out mi ha sorpreso. L’orario era alle 11:00, ma alle 10:58 Elisabetta ( pur la politica dell’albergo ), dalla reception, mi ha chiamato sollecitandomi a uscire prima delle 11, altrimenti avrei pagato 20 euro per restare fino alle 12. Mi è sembrato strano e particolarmente aggressivo, soprattutto perché non era ancora passato l’orario e l’hotel era tranquillo e vuoto.

I checked in late. Requested late check out at 12 instead of 11. Had to pay 20 euros. Was in hotel room less than 24 hours. Would have been nice if they took the late check in into consideration.

tante cose non mi sono piaciute, la posizione seppur centrale ha un raduno di persone extracomunitarie proprio sul marciapiede dell'entrata dell'hotel poco integrate.... la colazione non è da hotel 4 stelle e la gestione idem. Scendevo tutti i giorni mezz'ora prima della chiusura della sala e per 3 mattine consecutive non ho trovato più nulla in esposizione. I ragazzi si danno da fare, sono educati ma arrancano e non danno risposte professionali da hotel 4 stelle. La maggior parte delle risposte è stata che prima di me erano scesi gruppi di aziende che avevano fatto razzia di cornetti, yougurt etc.... Ho chiesto altri 2 cuscini ma non erano disponibili, me li hanno tuttavia fatti trovare il giorno dopo. La camera era molto comoda una Junior Suite tuttavia il divano letto seppur una piazza e mezza non aveva un materasso comodo, molto sottile. Una stanza junior suite da 200€ a notte deve avere un terzo letto con materasso adeguato. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa.

La zona dove è ubicata è veramente brutta, nella foto sembra un’oasi di pace in realtà c’è molto traffico e mal frequentata, in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei treni. Garage disponibile al piano -1 e -2 ma molto molto stretto se si ha una macchina larga , SUV o elettrica

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral beim Bahnhof und bei der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und geräumig, mit Zugang zu einer grossen Terrasse. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher bescheiden. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funkitioierte nicht. Zum Glück war es nicht besonders heiss und man konnte die Fenster öffnen.

in camera non ci sono interruttori che spengano le luci . Ogni lampada deve essere spenta singolarmente con l’interruttore a peretta sul filo. Il televisore con doppio telecomando difficile da utilizzare.
