Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel itself is a unassuming from the outside but beautiful views make up for it. The bar was lovely, great wine selection. The team were lovely and very helpful. The pool was busy but not noisy, we could have used some more sunbeds around the pool to lie on. Amazing spot to explore Sancerre village and the surrounding area. Again, the valley view - unreal. Walking in to the room was breathtaking.
Rooms are simple and clean, could use a bit more of a stylish touch, but the views make up for it!

Beim Frühstück fehlte einwenig frisches -Gurken Tomaten etc.- Zimmertapeten hier und da -von Wüstlingen- einwenig beschädigt. Ansonsten ziemlich perfekt, einen Besuch muss man sicherlich wiederholen.

Frühstück war ok, aber ausbaufähig.Aus den Kaffeeautomaten kam nur immer etwas mehr als eine halbe Tasse. Drückte man nochmal, lief die Tasse über.Aber man hätte ja auch nicht dort frühstücken müssen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026De locatie van het hotel is super. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit en is vlakbij het centrum. Je hebt een supermooi uitzicht. Het zwembad is heerlijk.
De bediening in de bar in de avond was slecht. De dame van de bar was erg traag. De 2e avond zijn we zelfs weggegaan omdat we na ruim een half uur nog altijd onze drankjes niet hadden terwijl het heel rustig was in de bar. Het is jammer dat de kamers geen balkon hebben.

Heerlijk zwembad, fijn terras, veel mogelijkheden om vanuit de gezamenlijke ruimtes (terras, bar, (ontbijt)restaurant van het prachtige uitzicht te genieten. Eenvoudig te bereiken per auto en vlakbij het centrum. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Geen eigen parkeergelegenheid (maar voldoende gratis plek op straat voor het hotel)

La literie, qui n'est pas digne du standing affiché. La piscine victime de son succès, prise d'assaut car somme toute modeste au regard de la capacité d'accueil de l'établissement. Même constat pour la salle dédiée à la prise des petits déjeunés.

Maden i restauranten smagte godt men lille udvalg. Der er dog kort afstand til byens øvrige restauranter. Kun få borde udenfor men kan se de er ved at bygge til.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Een fantastisch hotel. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het dal en het zwembad. Zeer ruime kamer met ook ruime badkamer en apart toilet. Uitzicht fantastisch. Bij inchecken duidelijke uitleg over alle mogelijkheden en een extra badlaken voor het zwembad. Daarnaast in de bar een uitgebreide keuze aan wijnen uit heel Frankrijk en dit in combinatie met een vlees/kaas plankje zeer aan te raden. Ook het ontbijt is zeer goed en uitgebreid Het VVV van Sancerre is 200 meter verderop en vandaar uit loop je zo het stadje in.
Het enige wat tegen viel was het avondeten. Wij hadden genoten in de bar en geen zin om nog het stadje in te gaan om te dineren. Doen dat wel deze keer in het hotel. Advies: niet doen. Het ziet er op de kaart goed uit, maar je krijgt het in een opgewarmd glazen pot. 200 meter verderop heb je genoeg goede en gezellige restaurantjes.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026A modern hotel close to the old town with stunning views. The pool and pool area were nice and the bar and breakfast room have gorgeous views over the surrounding vines and countryside. A drink on the terrace watching the sun go down is a must. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town which is well worth a visit. Our room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the bar serves snacks and there are plenty in the old town. Not much hanging space in the room.
