Needs better bed linen. Window/Door for Balcony opens into thin air. Exposed Hot Pipes in steam room and Mould on roof. WiFi was poor

Location is good

Room cleanliness: The room was very dirty upon arrival, and the cleaning service was extremely poor. It did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. Noise and windows: The windows in the room could not be properly locked. The hotel is located directly above a tram line and next to a rooftop venue, which made the room extremely noisy, especially at night. It was very difficult to rest or sleep properly. Breakfast and hygiene: The breakfast buffet was very limited, with very few options. The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell and was visibly dirty. What was particularly concerning was seeing staff washing cutlery in front of guests using only water, without any soap or proper cleaning process, and then placing the same cutlery back for guests to use. This raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards.

I didn't had a breakfast

They didn't tell me that it has two buildings, once I arrived first they told me one room will be in one building and the other room will be in the other, but fortunately they arranged both rooms in the same building

La localisation

Le petit dejeuner aucun jus d’orznge ou boisson chaude sauf expresso.. le petit dejeuner est mediocre et l’hygiene… la chambre avait ete prit par une personne fumant juste av, poubelle non vide, decheterie devant la fenetre.. pitoyable ! Manque de mobilier dans la chambre même pas de chaise.

На фотографии и в описании отель за одним адресом , приходишь на место, на рецепцию и тебя ставят перед фактом, что отель находится рядом, на соседней улице ещё один, но не за тем адресом , который указан в объявлении.

Не убирали в номере ни разу за 4 дня, мусор даже не выкинули. Бассейн очень грязный был, перила сломаны для спуска в бассейн. В номере не было даже воды элементарно. Чайник весь с прогоревшим дном.

Крайне разочарована отношением руководства К сожалению, отель оставил крайне негативное впечатление. Особенно разочаровало отношение руководства к клиентам и отсутствие желания идти навстречу даже в ситуациях, где можно было бы найти компромисс.

Очень жаль, поскольку у отеля хорошее расположение и большой потенциал. Но сервис — это не только красивый отель, но и отношение к людям. Именно этого, к сожалению, мне и не хватило.

Konum çok iyi, odalar iyi ; Kahvaltı dişinda her şey çok uygun. Fiyat dengesi mükemmel.

Nem tudok olyat mondani ami tetszett volna, egyedül az elhelyezkedés közelbe van minden, villamos és a kikötő is!

Személyzet nem segítőkész, a szállás és szoba piszkos takarítani nem szeretnek minden nap kérni kellett kétszer is hogy takarítsanak, "jelezve is volt minden reggel" de délután kaptuk meg a takarítást azt is csak felszínesen, 3személyre kaptunk egy törölközőt és két párnát, kértünk párnát és törölközőt is pluszban de nem kaptunk, volt a személyzet közt egy személy aki minden nap be jött a szobábankba az ott tartózkodásunk során... Egy szóval nem ajánlanám senkinek, a reggeli nem jó, minden nap ugyan az és volt amikor nem is jutott. Takarítás helyett ez fogadott a szállásra vissza érkezve, a takarítók meg kértek hadjuk el a szállást egy kis időre amíg takarítanak.

Location was good, all food shops very close, sea was also close, staff were friendly.

Breakfast was not great, no labels on items to know information, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs and bread and veg, that was it.

The location of the property was very good, close to the riverside and numerous transport stations to easily cross the city.

We changed room two times because we kept complaining a lot of things were dirty and broken. We even had one morning in our second room no water. Our third room, which was our last, was more spacious and had a nicer view but it still felt old, not very modern and bad shower and toilet. The swimming pool was quite cold and could only stay in the pool area for a maximum of 45mins.

L’emplacement et le personnel très serviable et souriant attentif au moindre besoin ou aide. Je remercie chacun d’eux car je ne connais pas les noms. Je le recommande et j’y retournerai.

Je suggère de faire une petite maintenance dans la salle de bain de la suite junior. Aussi une des fenêtres le verrou ne fonctionne pas et de mettre des barreaux de sécurité à l’extérieur des fenêtres.

Building is pretty old but staff are so helpful, only the location is good ,definitely not worth the money

The room is very narrow, and we had a hard time eating the food we had. The shower area is narrow and uncomfortable. There is noise coming from another room.

Интернета нет совсем ни днем ни ночь, так что если вам нужен интернет и вы работаете удаленно это вообще не ваш вариант, еда каждый день одна и та же.

Понравилось расположение отеля!

Не понравилось что за неделю уборщица ниразу не убрала номер! Приходилось искать персонал спрашивать чистые полотенца и средства гигиены!

It was a nice hotel in a very good position in the old city. Very friendly staff and a super breakfast. We felt very happy and content there

But the energy got cut during our stay and they had to use the generator. That thing was next to our room and way to loud. The staff said they couldn‘t change the room or turn it off. So 2 nights were extra loud. And on the öast day our bathroom starting smelling like a diesel generator itself as the fumes probably got through the cracks im wall and ceiling

На booking показват един хотел а ни настаниха на друг хотел със същото име в близост. За закуска трябва да се ходи пеш от единия хотел до другия,но и закуската беше ужасна.

The people at the reception were helpful - thank you. The spa staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is good.

The hotel was not quite what I expected. If you love silence, then this is definitely not for you! There is a tram under the window, some strange music is playing loudly in the street in the shop opposite, the noise in the rooms next door and in the corridor can be heard loudly in the room. When the toilet is flushed on the higher floors, you wake up to the noise that you hear. The rooms need urgent repair, I thought the door of my room (108) would fall off with the doorknob. The pillows are tiny. There were problems with the electricity and there is NO WIFI in this hotel! Spa... strange that when you come back from the sauna sweaty, you can't wash yourself off in the shower before going to the pool! Breakfast started at 08:30. When I went to eat at 09:12, most of the food dishes were empty and there was not much to eat. There was also nowhere to sit, all the tables were either full or not cleared. The next morning I went to eat a little before 08:30. Oh, don't bother getting up for this breakfast, if you are used to European standards. The coffee tasted like instant coffee and the child had nothing to drink because the juice machines were all empty. There were some blue pieces in the scrambled eggs... All the following mornings I had breakfast in the city. I even considered changing hotels. I do not recommend taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (60 EUR), the shuttle cost 30 EUR through Booking.com (private luxury minibus).

Todo para ser un hotel se supone 4 estrellas parecía uno de una estrella y cuánto mucho ,la luz todo el tiempo se va y viene,no tienen televisión por cable solo caneles turkos en un hotel donde va mucho turismo ,las paredes del baño con humedad horrible,la piscina con el agua fría aunque es una piscina interna ,el desayuno disque buffet y ni un jugo tenía osea de nada pero nada recomendable ese hotel

الموقع كان قريب جدا من جميع المواقع والمعالم السياحيه والمواصلات العامه الترام الباص والمطاعم والأسواق ، كانت اقامه جميله في الزياره القادمه سوف انزل في نفس الفندق وانصح الجميع بالحجز بهذا الفندق الرائع ،

الانترنت كان سئ والشبكه غير مستقرة ، والكهرباء كانت تنقطع وعبر مستقره

Serviciile si propietatea nu sunt de 4 stele! Prosoapele nu se schimba zilnic, iar gunoiul ar trebui schimbat/verificat tinand cont ca sunt si familii cu copii mici care inca folosesc pampersi. Micul dejun din pacate este sub nivelul standard!

Location, and nice to have a swim and sauna.

The power would go off every 30mins or so and be off for about 5 mins, So it was very disruptive. In the night when the power went off the AC would turn off, then when the power was back the AC would turn on automatically so we would wake up very hot. Also not great being in a sauna in total darkness waiting for power to come back on. One night there was a very loud and rude argument that woke the whole floor up. I'd say lots of the guests that stayed here are rather rude and loud at all times of the day and night.

The hotel has great location. One good thing was we were upgraded to triple room.

The hotel does not have a breakfast area, so we had to have breakfast at another nearby hotel. The breakfast was very limited, and some food items ran out very quickly without being replenished. The hotel also did not provide basic bathroom amenities such as proper soap; instead, there were only small, single-use shower gels and shampoos, which were of very poor quality. Overall, I would say that this hotel is far from being a 4-star hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay, excellent value and fantastic location We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the value for money. Our room was cleaned every day. Whenever we went out for the day, we would return to find the room absolutely immaculate, which was much appreciated. The breakfast is fairly standard, but we don't normally have a big breakfast anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us. There was enough to start the day. The spa facilities were excellent, especially considering the low price we paid for our stay. Being able to use the pool, sauna and steam room free of charge was a fantastic bonus and really added to the experience. The location is also excellent, with a tram stop nearby, which was ideal for us and made getting around very easy. One important thing I would like to highlight for families: the windows in the rooms open fully, almost like a door, and there are no safety barriers/restrictions. If you are travelling with young children, please be mindful of this and do not leave children unattended in the room, particularly near the window. Overall, we had a great stay and felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again.

A szobakat felszinesen tisztitottak az elottunk levo vendeg utan es a koztes tartozkodas alatt is. A wifi iszonyatos, egyaltalan nem mukodik. A szobak nem hamgszigeteltek. Es nincs kirakva hogy bozonyos ido utan kotelezo lenne a csend hogy a tobbi vendeg egymast ne zavarja. Vagy a lampa vagy a legkondi nem mukodik. Extra parnat nem adnak ha kerunk sem. Extra takarot sem. Van hogy egy kis parna nem eleg az embernek a kenyelemhez. A szobat este telejesen sotetre nem lehet behuzni mert a fuggony nem akkora meretu.

Приехали в 17 часов и номер был грязный, хотя номер был забронирован нами. Под кроватью пыльно. За все время проживания персонал ни разу не убрал комнату и не поменяли полотенца. Комната заявлена большой а по факту дали мансардную комнату где большая часть занимала скосы крыши и ходить было тесно
