Reviewed Sep 19, 2026J’ai beaucoup aimé la situation de l’hôtel, vraiment idéale en plein centre d’Ibiza. La chambre était très grande, calme et agréable, avec très peu de bruit malgré l’emplacement central. Gros plus pour le petit balcon, parfait pour prendre un café tranquillement, avec en plus une machine Nespresso dans la chambre. Il y a également un supermarché Eroski juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel était vraiment top et le rapport qualité-prix excellent.

The old Hairdryer went BANG as the fuse exploded - apparently not for the first time. Needs replacing!

We hebben 50€ moeten bijbetalen voor een late check out. Wat we echt veel vonden. Bij het melden hiervan werd ons gezegd ‘welkom in Ibiza’ met een grinik’ Het was niet zoals op de foto’s. Ook niet proper. Wij kwamen aan een totaalbedrag dat veel te hoog was voor wat je kreeg. Ik geeft niet graag slechte recensies maar we voelden ons bij dit hotel echt niet comfortabel ten opzichte van wat we ervoor betaald hebben! Ook was er veel lawaai. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026La struttura è veramente ottima, il personale è cordiale, la camera pulitissima e continuamente in manutenzione Caffè omaggio, letto comodo ed aria condizionata funzionante perfetta. Camera spaziosa con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ferro da stiro avuto su richiesta Ampia doccia
L’unico lato negativo del mio soggiorno è stato che la tenda della camera non era abbastanza coprente, per cui necessariamente già alle 8 sembrava mezzogiorno e non va assolutamente bene per chi è abituato a dormire al buio; alla mia gentil richiesta di avere delle sleepmask mi è stato risposto che purtroppo non ne erano provvisti. Sopratutto in un isola famosa per la vita notturna questo non dovrebbe succedere, spero apportino qualche modifica.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Mooie kamer en inrichting , maar badkamer kan beter. ,muffe geur. Dikke lagen silicone om de douche en muur waterdicht te houden , vloer serieus versleten.
Bij uitchecken om 6.30 s'morgens niemand aanwezig . Dus ook geen veiligheid ala er iets gebeurt tijdens de nacht. Op de koop toe staat de lift geblokeerd op de 0 verdieping. Dus bagage van verdiep 5 langs de smalle trap naar beneden gedragen 5 koffers van 23 kg , leuk is anders om je dag te starten. Ook geen ontbijt beschikbaar stonden wel foto's op de site er van.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la atención, la amabilidad y la eficacia de DAYSI y JAKE, empleados del hotel. Nos gestionaron sin problemas el tema de la consigna de maletas tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Daysi nos ofreció la suite superior aunque no era lo que habíamos contratado. Siempre estaban dispuestos a servirte un café o cualquier otra bebida, prestaban su ayuda y siempre mostraban una actitud agradable y complaciente. Un 10 para los dos!!! También me gustó el patio trasero del hotel, el cual siempre está en sombra y se mantiene a una temperatura aceptable, es un bonito lugar para cualquier cosa, como trabajar, yo pasé bastantes horas trabajando en el patio.
En general el hotel está en un estado medio de conservación, se mantiene muy limpio y cuidado. Por poner un pero, hay algunos detalles en la pintura, suelo, encuentro de materiales, mobiliario, etc, que podrían estar mejor solucionados, sin embargo luego hay otros detalles como la climatización y carpintería exterior que son de muy buena calidad.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Accurately described location and facilities. Near to a lot of eateries in ibiza town, which is exactly what we wanted. 2 mins from the bus stop. All facilities nearby. Room was clean and big, and the bathroom was also a big size. Balcony was a great touch. Full length mirror was also nice. The best part was Jake, who greeted us the reception and was super friendly and helpful with everything - hotel amenities and ibiza town reccomendations. He helped us rent a scooter and answered all our questions with a smile. The other staff were also equally helpful. Jake told us that they could heat whatever we needed in a microwave, which was super helpful. The hotel had the option to drink water at the reception and a cup of coffee on check in. The whole place felt welcoming and catered around a good holiday for its customers.
A kettle in the room would've been nice, although there was a coffee machine provided in the room. Maybe they could've provided that had we asked, but we didnt. So not sure. Everything else was more than perfect.

Zimmer zur Straße teilweise sehr laut. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Schlafen bei offener Balkontür nur schlecht möglich da knatterne Mopeds, Autos und laut bellende Hunde. Besser ein Zimmer nach hinten aussuchen.

El baño bastante mal, el plato de ducha tenía hongos y el agua se salía al bañarme asique el baño se convirtió en una piscina de natación. Fui con un bebé y no me dejaron toalla para bañarlo asique nos secamos el y yo con la misma toalla.
