Modern gestaltetes Hotel mit erstaunlich ruhigem Zimmer mit allem was man braucht - bahnhofsnah, aber dafür auch mit der Umgebung die das Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel so mit sich bringt.

op de website van het hotel staat beschreven dat je pas vanaf 15:00 uur kan inchecken, wij kwamen om 10:30 uur al aan bij het hotel. Een medewerker aan de balie gaf direct aan dat de kamer nog niet klaar was maar om 12:00 uur wel en dat we konden inchecken, Dit vonden wij echt ideaal zo hoefde wij dus niet 4,5 uur te wachten voordat we konden inchecken. Het personeel deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat we een fijn en aangenaam verblijf in het hotel hadden. Het ontbijt was kleinschalig, maar er was voor ieder wat wils en alles was erg lekker en goed verzorgd. De kamer was heel mooi en schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en daarnaast was er een afgesloten parkeergarage waar je voor €20 per nacht je auto veilig kon parkeren.

Helaas viel de locatie van het hotel erg tegen. We kwamen er pas later achter dat het hotel in een achterstallige wijk lag, waar veel zwervers rondliepen. Vooral ’s avonds voelden wij ons als vrouwen niet veilig om het hotel te verlaten en over straat te gaan, waardoor we noodgedwongen de hele avond op onze hotelkamer hebben doorgebracht.

Pese a estar en la central,es terrible la sensacion de inseguridad al estar lleno de drogodependientes, mafiosos vendiendo droga, el suelo en la calle lleno de cristales, jeringas, eso es terrible, inexplicable que las autoridsdes no hagas nada.

A localização pessima. Cheia de pessoas bebadas e usuário de drogas. Muito perigoso e não tinha um único segurança no hotel. Eu e meus pais nos sentimos assustados e inseguros. Não recomendo e não voltarei para esse hotel.

The property was fine in itself. Standards were good. Comfortable and clean.

21€ for breakfast, also for kids, we found excessive, but a choice. What we really did not like was the street. Right outside the property there were lots of people with drug problems, smell of urine around and it did not felt safe late at night. Even if the hotel is right at the end off the street, with an arched passage to the Main Street, it did not felt safe at all. Along the hotel street it was very dirty, there were lots of people sleeping rough and clearly drugs were consumed in daylight. I am really sorry for the hotel staff and management. They do a good job but the area is to avoid, specially if you have kids with you.

The overall rating is good as we stayed in rooms with comfortable beds and slept well.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das Personal war überaus freundlich.

Die Lage ist an sich in Ordnung, aber könnte besser sein.

Nur in die Seitenstraße darf man nicht.Da liegen die Drogensüchtigen und Penner rum und es riecht in manchen Seitenstraßen sehr nach Urin.Vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel geht es.Da kann man laufen.

Ein gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Schöne Zimmer, saubere Ausstattung.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat auch Nachteile: die Gegend ist eher schwierig. Da kann das Hotel jetzt auch nichts dafür, muss man aber mit leben.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und das hotel schön eingerichtet. Super nah am Bahnhof und man kommt zu Fuß gut überall in die Stadt.

Die Lage ist nicht so schön, an der Straße vom Hoteleingang sind Einige Menschen die Dinge konsumieren wo man sich nicht so ganz wohl fühlt, jedoch sind die unter sich und wenn man nur vorbei läuft braucht man sich keine gedanken machen.

Die Junkies im Bahnhofsviertel, aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für! Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll!

Es war alles sehr modern und edel eingerichtet. Es war sehr schnell zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Und das Personal war durchweg sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen, ich konnte ohne Störungen schlafen und das Bett und die gesamte Einrichtung war auch sehr komfortabel. Also ich war durchweg zufrieden.

Eine kleine Mini-Bar mit Besteck, Tee, Wasserkocher hat mir gefehlt. Aber dies wurde bei Nachfragen dann direkt zur Verfügung gestellt.

The location I have never felt so uncomfortable or threatened staying in a hotel then here. Indeed on my full day in frankfurt I didn’t leave the room in the afternoon I felt so uncomfortable outside. Im mid 60s male extremely well travelled around the world but be aware this hotel is in the middle of the drug prostitution homeless area of Frankfurt. On my first afternoon a girl was openly injecting heroin on the pavement outside the hotel and on my return she was passed out on the pavement. A search on the internet revealed - Homelessness here is tightly intertwined with the open drug and prostitution scene. Many of the people on the street are heavy users (often with complex mental health and addiction issues), which makes the situation highly visible and challenging. Street outreach, night buses, and specialized projects specifically target this area. Official documents and social services also highlight focused work (including youth protection) in the Bahnhofsviertel.  Recent reports describe the area as having a strong “magnet” effect for people without housing who are dealing with addiction, and construction/roadworks have sometimes concentrated the scene even more tightly in certain blocks. Be aware when booking

Die Lage ist grenzwertig! Ja, Bahnhofsgegend, allerdings die schlimme Seitenstraße. Rund ums Hotel sind die Bürgersteige belagert von Leuten, die ganz offen Drogen konsumieren. Gegenüber die Drücketstube. Nichts für zart Besaitete! Überall auf der Strasse roch es stark nach Urin.

I stayed during the weekend, some bar nearby was playing loud music, I couldn't sleep properly.

Very praticle as it was 10 min walking distance from our event (Festhalle). Very good mattress and room super clean.

Localisation was very practicle, however please take into consideration that area at nigh( is not very safe and is frequented by many drug users (We did not have any issues). Breakfast was good, but 20€ was a bit expensive for what it was.

Significant noise can be heard all throughout the night if the room is facing the street. The street out front is a common place for groups of people doing various drugs and walking through can feel unsafe, especially when travelling alone

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, amazing rooms.

During our check-in, there were too many people and we waited at least 30-40 minutes. 1 or 2 more people from the hotel stuff could help them during rush hours. Even though the hotel is close to the central station, the neighbourhood is really bad and feels completely unsafe. The parking hotel could cost less since it’s not an option to park in a neighbourhood like this (it's 20€ per day)

Lage direkt am Hfb gelegen,auch nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Betten bequem. Es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern. Fenster ließen sich ganz öffnen.

Es gab in den Mülleimern keine Müllbeutel. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das dürfen sie nicht verwenden. In der Strasse wo das Hotel ist,sind viele Drogenabhängige,es liegt viel Müll auf der Strasse rum.

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist, AMIR. He was extremely rude and agressive. I had requested something and he responded with an arrogant tone and was being really hostile. He needs to learn how to deal with guests. This also seems to be a recurring problem as I mentioned this to one of his colleagues and the person agreed that it definitely sounded like him. Besides the bad experience with AMIR, the location is perfect. It's very close to the station, so ideal for early morning travels to the airport. The rooms are comfortable. The only things is that it doesn't have double bed bedding. All the bedding is for single beds, so not ideal. The room doesn't come with a music bar, water or anything you'd expect from a hotel. On a lighter note, I stayed at the hotel on a previous occasion and was helped by NOA, who was absolutely amazing and was the reason I returned. She gave me excellent service and because of her professionalism and kindness, I cancelled my booking at the hotel next to them and booked a night with this hotel. I'd suggest AMIRE goes for training and you work on the bedding situation.

Hôtel confortable très pratique pour visiter Francfort, et proche de la gare.

L’établissement n’y est pour rien, mais le quartier est très mal fréquenté. Dans la rue de l’hôtel et les rues adjacentes, il y a beaucoup de drogués qui fument des pipes de crack en groupe, des gens qui crient, des ambulances. Personne n’a été agressif avec nous, mais nous n’étions pas rassurés et nos enfants non plus.

Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, todo está muy limpio y además el personal es muy amable. El desayuno también está muy rico y con mucha variedad. Juan y Ella son muy amigables. Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en este hotel, en donde ya hemos estado dos veces y volveríamos otra vez.

La zona no es la mejor, ya que en las calles aledañas se juntan personas a drogarse, sin embargo, esto no es culpa del hotel. El hotel verdaderamente está fantástico. Además, queda a un par de minutos de la estación de trenes con una excelente comunicación de transporte.

Hotel man was a bit brusque/ dismissive on first arrival. The lady was very good who served me as was the lady on check out. Couple arguing with guy at reception as I arrived. Too many junkies outside, towards the rld area, thankfully as you leave hotel , on right, you can avoid this area. And at end of street ( through tunnel) as you turn right again , station on your left, is a great Thai restaurant, with many coloured lightbulbs outside ,very cheery and perked up my stay in Germany.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is very close to the main station. I also like the size of the hotel and the size of the rooms. Noa was amazing. She assisted me really well and was so kind. It's such a pity that she's leaving and you'll be stuck with Amir!

I didn't like that there were no tea and coffee facilities, no mini bar fridge, no water provided and that the bedding was all single and not made for double beds. AMIR was absolutely rude. He was aggressive and disrespectful. He should learn how to treat guests. He is the reason you're getting a low rating from me.

Small room. The neighbourhood is dreadful; people are shooting up right in front of everyone, every 20 metres.

Das Hotel war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Auch das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Es war wirklich alles völlig in Ordnung, es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Ympäristö on aika epämääräinen ja epäsiisti narkomaaneineen ym. Melu kantautui kerroksiin jos ikkuna oli auki ja ikkunat kadulle päin. En suosittele lapsiperheille enkä muillekaan, joita ympäristön epämääräisyys saattaisi häiritä. Itse hotelli oli kuitenkin oikein asiallinen ja siisti.

The hotel is extremely clean, staff super nice and helpful, rooms are cosy and quiet, fantastic shower and the staff gave us free lemon waters when we checked out which was extremely kind as we were there during a heat wave!

The air con in the room could have been a tad bit stronger (it seemed in our room we couldn't turn the temperature down from 22 degrees) but it was still helpful

Die Lage bzw. die Umgebung des Hotels ist leider katastrophal. Und genau wegen dieser Lage kann man das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, was für das Hotel selbst und das dortige Personal ausgesprochen schade ist.

Ausstattung eigentlich recht gut

Ich bin sehr spät angereist, nur den Rucksack abgestellt und erst gegen Mitternacht das Zimmer bezogen. Bei den Extremtemperaturen war die Klimaanlage überlastet. Im Zimmer war es sehr stickig und unerträglich. In der Nacht kein Auge zugemacht

Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze bzw. keine Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz zu reservieren. Außerdem halten sich in der Umgebung des Hotels viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige auf. Das hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns etwas unsicher gefühlt haben.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wer Bahnhofsnähe und Rotlicht nicht mag, kommt und geht einfach über die andere Seite zur Hauptstraße. Es ist ruhig und sicher. Die Austragung ist sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Zimmer und super Frühstück – aber die Lage erfordert starke Nerven Das Holiday Inn / the niu selbst ist wirklich klasse! Die Zimmer sind modern, ordentlich, sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Trotz der zentralen Lage konnte ich in meinem Zimmer sehr ruhig und angenehm schlafen. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich äußerst lecker – besonders gemessen am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Der Haken ist leider die direkte Umgebung: Theoretisch ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt perfekt. Praktisch liegt das Hotel allerdings in einer Straße, die zu den schwierigsten gehört, die ich in Deutschland gesehen habe. Offener Drogenkonsum und sehr elende Zustände prägen hier das Straßenbild. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit sollte man sich hier absolut nicht mehr aufhalten.

De locatie is heel slecht. Gevaarlijkste straat in Frankfurt is mij achteraf verteld. Enorme groepen verslaafden, daklozen en prostituees verzamelen zich in de straat van het hotel die redelijk donker is. Parkeergarage was geblokkeerd en op straat wilde je je auto met spullen echt niet kwijt.
