Aha Heritage Hotel

Vị trí thuận tiện đi nhiều nơi trong SG là mình điểm cộng đầu tiên. Vào thì thấy phòng sạch, ko ẩm mốc như nhiều nơi nên mình rất thoải mái khi ở đây. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.

Khách sạn nằm trên trục đường lớn nên dễ tìm, đi quận 1 nhanh chóng. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, mình cần hỗ trợ nhiều các bạn vẫn vui vẻ. Sẽ quay lại

Vị trí rất thuận tiện cho mình đi trung tâm thành phố, đúng với nhu cầu của mình. Phòng sạch, giá tốt so với vị trí thuận tiện như vậy. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện. Sẽ quay lại khi đến HCM

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! The whole property and ownership needs an overhaul. Long hair all in the bed, giant smushed scorpion behind the main door showing that the place was not fully cleaned, at all. A real waste of money.

The bed

There was no signs to warn us that construction work would be happening at 7am every morning! The shower had no shampoo and the water pressure would of been better if you spat! That's how low it was.

The room was big with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom was of a good.size, had hot water. The kitchen area was good, big fridge, had a sink, electric kettle. Had bowls, spoons, chopsticks.. there is a smart tv but the internet connection for the tv was not good so netflix was always lagging.. when i booked, it said that it has a sofa bed but it didn't have one in our room but that's ok because the bed was big. The internet barely worked. There was construction in the building so it was pretty noisy with the drilling and a bit dusty. But hopefully they can finish their upgrades soon. Location was great, with lots of convenience stores and cafes nearby. It was along a main road too so easy to book grab cars.

The staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering transportation and even gave me a ride on my first day. Despite comments by some previous guests, shampoo and body wash liquid were provided in the bathroom. Great value for the money (low rate).

Wifi did not work the first night. It got fixed the following day. It worked well for the rest of my stay.

Weak wifi, dirty entrance

No cutlery/ bowls plates in room. Fridge not turned on had to plug in. No hot water.....at all

Great value for money, excellent area with lots of cheap food and friendly locals. Overall great service from the people working here.

Got charged 500k dong extra at checkout, was very unsure why but perhaps because we left our bags in their care prior to checking in but it was not disclosed to us prior that there would be an extra fee. The bathroom was a bit dirty but for us this wasn’t a big issue.

Two security guards were sleeping when I was about to go out for a walk in the early morning. Wake them up and they never wake up. security was very tight

The property is located right next to a University and across the street from another. Lots of eateries open during the day.

After students leave, almost all the restaurants and food stalls close down. Past Family Mart, the Chinese guy cooked up a delicious fried rice and noodle with vegetable though! When we checked in, an employee came up and insisted on carrying our bags to the room. We told him no need but he already had them on his shoulders so we said okay. He showed us how to turn on the AC and stood there and said “tip for me?!” We were surprised how forward he was, gave him 10 dong and he left. There was hair on and under the sheets/comforter and inside the drawers were dirty. There were also a couple of new condoms in the drawer which my wife didn’t think too fondly of.

Everything was good. Room very huge for this price. Got Convenience store that sell halal snacks nearby.

No iron. I had to ask many times for the iron, end up that did the ironing for me, but have to pay 40,000d which they didn't inform earlier. I don't mind if they tell earlier.

Nice refurbished room in a bit older building, with a great bathroom and nice staff. Really, really good value for money.

Clean hotel, owner is helpful.

Difficult to spot the hotel from road. Entrance of the hotel is through a restaurant. Very next to an engineering college, students noise is present. No room service.
