Reviewed Aug 14, 2026

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026This hotel is located just a few steps away from the Shintoshin station yet it's very quiet at night and we heard no train noise nor people downstairs. Three of us (husband and a teenage son) stayed comfortably and slept well. Shintoshin is in Saitama but under 30 min to Tokyo station and one station away from Omiya (where you can hop on a Shinkansen to go north like Nagano, Sendai, etc.). There are malls on the other side of the station (within a few minute walk and has Nike, Tesla, Starbucks, etc). and lots of restaurants/cafes. The staff was very polite & professional; the place was new/clean, and the breakfast buffet was a treat! It's a 4+ star hotel for the price of a 2-star hotel!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa.
