Family Transit 2 Hotel

早朝便なので利用しました 以前利用してよかったので2回目です 空港から近く大きな通りには面していませんが、送迎してくれるので特に問題ありません 部屋も広く清潔です エレベーターはありません 通りから奥に入っているのでとても静かです

Everything

Would have been nice to be told before hand the place was undergoing renovations, woke me up at 5 am with power tools

As always a lovely stay in a truly local friendly small hotel. Not the first time staying there and won't be the last

.

Decent enough to pass out after a long haul flight for a solo traveler.

The owner was very polite and helpful , stayed up for me, room was large, great hot water, . would be nice to have a coffee available , maybe for purchase even, for early am departures. There is NO elevator, so could only take the small bag upstairs, worked out for me, but for others maybe will mean opening suitcase and repacking. The owner herself drove me to the airport as part of transport, very kind . For the price, and proximity to the airport, very good value and idea. I liked my stay

Very close to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Good service at the front desk.

Location it said 500 mts from airport but it more than that

料金が料金なので仕方が無いのかもしれませんが、シャワーが出なかった

First off, I was overcharged for a shuttle. The message from the hotel says one price for a 4-seater, but they charged me another. I even asked for a 7-seater and they said they would send it, but they sent a 4-seater and charged me for a 7-seater. Second, the hotel page says they are pet friendly. They complained about my dog and tried to charge me additional fees not listed anywhere while booking. Third, the staff were very rude about my bags, and very rude when I followed up about the overcharging. Finally the room itself was filthy, the bottoms of my feet turned black. I kept my dog in her kennel as requested but the room was dirty already. Stay far away. There are no benefits, only mismanagement and scamming.

Few issues….Very weak WiFi. Had to stop and start several times - start with weak signal then next to nothing few minutes later. Asked for a taxi the night before for 5:30am next morning and the front desk insisted I prepay. Next morning the taxi was late 10 minutes then she kept saying 5 min more etc. Taxi arrived 20 min late. Felt like she knew it would be late but not being honest.

They overbooked themselves and sent us to another hotel. It's just a bed by the airport, so if that's all you need then go for it.

We arrived at 8pm and left the next day at 9am. This was perfect for an inexpensive, very clean room close to the airport. Definitely no frills, but the room was nicely decorated. Bed was a bit hard for our taste. Not too much around the area. Perfect for us as we just needed a place to sleep. Can recommend.

エレベーターがない。 シャワールームがトイレと一体で、トイレットペーパーが濡れた。

I got to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and check out since there was no receptionist apart from that it’s ok for the price.

Perfect place to relax and base yourself before the airport. They do nice food downstairs, the owner will give you a lift to the airport at whatever time for a really good rate. Had a good night sleep beforehand. Couldn’t get TV to work but not an issue and sure they would’ve sorted it if we asked! Lovely staff and perfect for a good sleep before the airport - would use again.

Slightly remote area, however it was safe and the owner was very friendly and accommodating! We stayed close to the airport for a mid morning flight! Water was hot, room was clean and the breakfast scrumptious!

My husband and I arrived 3am in the morning and wanted a hotel close to the airport to sleep and then wake up fresh to explore Hanoi. This hotel was absolutely perfect for it. We also had the pleasure of getting picked up by the hotel owner the drive the 5 minutes to the hotel. Nice beds and great price. We were also treated a really nice scrambled egg sandwich for breakfast and then offered a taxi into central cheaper then Grab. Amazing family hotel and really recommend!

Just okay for layover

We had an unscheduled overnight stay so we wanted to be close to the airport. The staff were excellent and arranged pick up and drop off at the airport. It’s a small and unassuming property but was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I recommend this property.

Excellent value for money hotel. No problems and very friendly. And v cheap taxi to airport terminal

I had to pay even for a couple of pages of photocopy. Given the fact hat I stayed only for a few hours, it would have been nice to see some comforting gestures. The couple are running the hotel are nice but from an overall perspective it’s disappointing. There is no hot water flask for making tea and coffee

Very close to the airport. They picked me up very late at night for a nominal fee. Cheaper than a taxi or grab. For the price you can’t go wrong

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great for the one night needed after a long flight.

Basic accommodation which suited us for an overnight stay. Airport transfer very helpful. We didn't explore the area as we arrived late and left early. Communication with staff at check-in was via google translate so make sure you have this downloaded.

A bit basic but great value for money. Staff don't speak English so prepare to use a translate app if you don't speak Vietnamese

Lift operator was helpful and hot reception was very helpful, hotel staff are friendly

Really really good also here one girl like my sister her behavior to much good very friendly and honest person.

Super service. Host was amazing and super helpful. They are also have cheapest taxi services in the city!

Liked everything

Nice Family Hotel Friendly

This place is close to the airport for people with an early flight. The bed looked like a real bed, but I'm not joking when I say there was no mattress. There was just a padded mattress-cover over a wooden platform or something, and was very hard an uncomfortable. Could you actually knock on the bed and it sounded like knocking in a door with gloves on. Definitely a convenience over comfort place, everything was clean and normal though.

Big room, clean

Super close to the airport. 24hr front desk. Rooms are good for the price. Great value

Great place to stay - especially when arriving late at night at the airport. Hanoi downtown is a bit of a drive from the airport and my kids were exhausted from the plane trip alone. The people there were super nice and helpful.

For the price it’s an excellent option if you’re in need of a bed near the airport

Wonderful staff, clean and large rooms, excellent

If your looking for a family holiday don't do it however for a short stay while you want to be near the airport you won't get better value for money. I dent know how they do it for what we paid. The manager also does the short run to the airport so it's 10/10 for the service we needed. Local cafes and bars near the area to choose from.

The property is not in good condition. The shower was cold because the breaker for the water heater kept tripping. We were only given a half roll of toilet paper. There is nothing nearby and grab drivers don’t like coming past the toll gate. The owners were helpful, especially the lady. She was very kind. But I would not stay again.

Trang and her family are extremely welcoming and helpful. This is a great budget option - basic and clean, within walking distance to Noi Bai airport.

The rooms are very big and very very clean. All the amenities are provided for you. Very close to the airport and good places to eat in less then a block. Most important the staff are wonderful people and will save you money on all your transportation and tours. Really you have nothing to worry about when you book a room here. Everything will be taken care of, don't worry. The owner will even save you money on a flight somehow because she beat any posted fare even when certain unnamed sites said there were no seats left. I couldn't believe it. Very hardworking kind people.

Very nice owner. Call first and pick me up at the airport on time.

The staff was nice and responsive. My stay was fine and unbeatable for the price!

Friendly staff. Helpful and always ready to oblige

A Perfect hotel for a 1 night stay if you have a morning flight to catch, big rooms with private bathroom. The airport is very close so can be reached by foot - the international airport is 10 minutes walk and domestic airport is 20 minutes. Not much to see, do or eat in the area so I wouldn’t recommend more than 1 night.

The room was clean and had the essentials, staff spoke next to no english but were helpfull, they cooked us a meal on the spot and took us to the airport at 3.30am no problem. For just a one night stop to access the airport it was fine.

Great budget option very close to the airport. Very clean, friendly staff and efficient airport transfer.

The staff was very helpful. Not much around the area, but the location was very close to the airport.

Unbelievably kind and welcoming staff! Superb communication from the time of booking until airport pickup! Very clean and LARGE rooms. Great choice!!!
