Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The Room was huge!! Nice and close to the Train station and airport. And not far from The Zoo. This was the perfect hotel for us to transit from the airport to train the next day!! We really enjoyed our stay. Little supermarket and coffee shop downstairs.

Reviewed May 19, 2026入住當天給的房間位置離電梯太遠，告知一樓櫃檯後馬上幫我換房。結果凌晨三點主臥冷氣故障，當時跟一樓櫃檯反應後馬上有人來檢查，發覺當下無法修好，立刻又幫我們換一間新房。服務很有效率，房間空間很大，房務打掃人員很和藹。這次體驗很滿意，下次來上海會再來入住。
WiFi 真的蠻弱的，無法使用。

Reviewed May 11, 2026The rooms were very big and spacious with 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows for a good sleep. Mini bar was included once during stay. Breakfast was good too although the dishes werent hot
The hotel’s air-conditioning system is centralized so they can turn off the cooling whenever they want. Our first night we couldn’t sleep because it was SOOO HOT since there was no cooling from the AC just warm air coming out. The staff were accommodating and let us change rooms with a garden view so we can let some cool air inside. Thankfully the next day they turned on the cooling since it was already hot in Shanghai. The rooms are also outdated, the wallpaper was peeling/discolored, sofa had stains, and there were nothing in the kitchen.

Каждую ночь работала какая- то прачечная, такое впечатление, что через стенку- шумело! Персонал не очень говорит по английски, если бы не менеджер Анна- то пропали бы. Спасибо ей большое!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026O ar condicionado não funcionava na minha primiera noite e o quarto estava extremamente quente (28°C). Entrei em contato com a recepção que disse que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em todo o hotel e eu teria que dormir assim. Na manhã seguinte solicitei o check-out para mudar de hotel, nāo me deixaram cancelar as demais noites da minha reserva e somente então me ofereceram outro quarto, que alegavam ter ar condicionado. Não aceite e mesmo assim negaram o cancelamento dos demais dias da reserva. Além desse problema as instalações do hotel são bem inferiores aos de outros hotel do mesmo preço na mesma região. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026My trip was changed and I sent a request to change the date or to cancel the reservation on the day of check-in But there was no reply and no answer on the call from the hotel at all no reaction Later on, they finally answered and said that cancellation manager is on the day off. I need to call the next day. But when I call the next day, they told me already couldn’t cancel because the check-in date was yesterday so they suggested me nothing how to cope with that Thanks to booking.com I managed to cancel the reservation manually and receive the refund with extraction of the cost of the first eye only not the whole sum

Еда в основном традиционная китайская , персонал отзывчивый хоть и не говорит по английски . Вопросы решают сразу , за доп оплату сделали ранний заезд !
Если не приделаться к мелочам типа завтрака то все остальное очень хорошо .

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Мы с супругой сняли хороший двухэтажный номер. Было чисто и уютно. У нас был пост Рамазан, так что мы не завтракали в отели. Зато рядом несколько Халал кафе дунганской и уйгурской, так же почти на одной территории большой супермаркет.
Wi-Fi не работал практически.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026The room was great; we loved it. The location is very quiet. The staff were very nice. There are also two halal restaurants near the hotel, just a 4-minute walk away.
It would be great if halal breakfast options were available. The hotel is around 40 minutes away from main tourist areas like The Bund and Nanjing Road.

このクラスでは珍しく、チェックイン時に朝食時間やチェックアウト時間の説明などはありませんでした。また、レストランは夜は閉まっており、同じ建物内にレストランはありますが、英語が通じないので困りました。

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Для одного человека номер огромный. Хорошая уборка номера, не забывали добавлять в т.ч. и зубную пасту, в некоторых гостиницах при мелочи забывают. Ещё в номере - большой холодильник с морозилкой, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, сейф, отдельное рабочее место. До выставочного центра 15 минут бодрым шагом или 40рмб такси, что тоже вполне приемлемо. Во внутреннем дворе, есть супермаркет, достаточно большой, что бы купить всё что нужно. Рядом много кафешек с местной кухней, есть из чего выбрать. В 5 минутах от гостиницы пешеходная улица с сотней ресторанчиков. Метро у выставочного центра. В гостинице есть русскоязычный персонал, Анне отдельное спасибо. Завтраки к сожалению попробовать не успел, т.к. либо долго спал, либо не хватало времени.
Не совсем минус, но все телеканалы исключительно на китайском, английских или русских каналов не было. Но это вообще мелочи.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025La ubicación, cerca de la estación de Hongqiao, es ideal si tienes que desplazarte en tren. Cerca de una zona comercial. Supermercado abajo del hotel. A pesar de algunos puntos por mejorar, volveremos.
En el restaurante, la comida del mediodía sólo es estilo chino, no hay opción a comida occidental. El restaurante está cerrado por las noches, sin opción a Room Service tampoco. El desayuno podría mejorar un poco, en cuanto a variedad para el desayuno occidental. La limpieza es correcta, pero podrían mejorar bastante.

Eten viel tegen alles was koud, achterstallige onderhoud aan de kamers. Alleen jammer Engels was een drempel met commicatie. Wel oppassen tijdens booken, voor de kamer met 2 bedden hier voor zit je vast aan je booking dus kan je NIET meer veranderen.

Our room had a big kitchen with no amenities - no cutlery, plates, microwave etc. There is only a water cooker and a fridge. The rooms look a bit worn down. The gym could be bigger, also the pool was closed during our stay. Regarding location - nothing outside of the building is easily accessible by foot.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very rich and delicious with many options. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The supermarket and the many eateries within the hotel complex made the stay very exciting and enjoyable.
The nearest metro station was way far and had to use a taxi all the time

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Óriási, kétszintes szobák. Nagyon kényelmes volt, egy főre szinte túlzás is ekkora lakosztály. A reggeli mesés volt, hatalmas választékkal, kínai és nemzetközi fogásokkal, leginkább melegételekkel. A személyzet, a recepciósok és a takarítónők nagyon kedvesek.
A takarítás minőségén kicsit lehetne javítani, ill. a szobák felújításra szorulnak. A recepciósok nagy része egyáltalán nem beszél angolul.
