Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The location is close to everything. It was clean and everyone was nice minding their business. The staff were nice and allowed us to check in early as we arrived before 3pm due to transportation, when i called them before i arrived they picked the phone, service was good bed was comfy and they were nice to let us store our luggage after we checked out we had a tour at the city before we left so we used the whole day after checkout
We wanted to have breakfast but we were told the cafe was not included maybe i am a cafe person however, due to the hotel being nice i saw that no hand wash soup was provided as well tv was not working keep saying signals and the landline phone"fix" when you try to call nobody pick up wasn't sure if it was working, and wifi as well was not good rather than this all this was minority but it does enhance the experience

The room was not clean and there was significant noise from neighboring rooms. Cold air came through the windows, making the room uncomfortable. The price was not justified for the room quality. Additionally, the room did not match the photos shown on Booking. A friend asked me to recommend this hotel, but unfortunately I cannot, as it did not meet my expectations.

The room was comfortable, with fresh, crisp sheets that made for a restful stay. While everything suited my needs, a few subtle updates could totally make the experience even more enjoyable. Since my stay was brief, other guests’ reviews may offer more insight into aspects like housekeeping and the overall facilities.
It would be convenient if there were more sockets in the room and near the bed especially for charging devices.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Location is really awesome. Not central, but on the edge of central which allowed for hiking into the national forest as well as going into town. They offered an additional space heater because of the cold weather -- very useful!
I wasn't aware there was a breakfast. The restaurant appeared to be totally closed. If there was a breakfast that is news to me.

l’état général de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnent pas correctement : toilettes cassées, fenêtre de douche qui ne se ferme pas, Wi-Fi indisponible et ascenseur en panne. Les meubles sont anciens. Une rénovation est vraiment nécessaire.

Trop bruyant. En raison des vacances je suppose, des portes qui claquent sans arrêt.. La salle de bain: douche qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, porte qui tombe en souhaitant la fermer et syphon encombré. Heureusement la femme de ménage est montée et a nettoyé. Un bruit de tuyauterie par moment dans la salle de bain

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ce qui a perturbé mon repos. • La salle de bain était mal équipée et peu fonctionnelle. • Il manquait une porte de douche, ce qui causait des éclaboussures partout. • La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement. • Il y avait également un manque de papier hygiénique, ce qui est essentiel.

معاملة الموظفين سيئة جدا. لم يكن بغرفتي ثلاجة صغيرة كما الغرف الاخرى واعدوني باحضار الثلاجة. كلمتهم 3 مرات للتذكير لكنهم طنشوا. الاثاث قديم جدا ولا يوجد صيانة. باب الدولاب مخلوع. الدفاية هوجة عجلتها (رجل) مكسورة. بيت العنكبوت مشتت في البلكونة لم ينظفوها لسنوات. ستارة النافذة بطرف واحد والطرف الاخر غير موجود يعني ما تقدر تسكر على النافذة كاملة انما نصفها فقط. تلفون الغرف لا يعمل اذا اردت طلب لا بد تنزل للاستقبال وطبعا طلبك مهما كان بسيط لا يلبى.
