Puro Apartment

O João foi um excelente anfitrião, veio pessoalmente nos receber no check-in e entregar as chaves e nos passar informações muito úteis sobre a cidade e sugestões de locais para comer. Apartamento amplo, bem equipado numa localização muito conveniente. Tivemos um problema com o elevador e ele prontamente entrou em contato com a empresa de manutenção para que fosse resolvido durante o final de semana.

Very comfortable and clean 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of everything, easily accommodating our family of six. Close to supermarkets, metro stations, local attractions. Joao was an excellent host and spent some time with us at check in to explain the surrounding area. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you could possibly need. Absolutely loved it. João was also an amazing host, orienting us to the apartment, the neighborhood and the city on one of the most festive nights of the year.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable, and in a great location to explore Porto. There are many dining options within a short walk of the apartment and all that we sampled were excellent .I highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable apartment with an excellent central location! Porto is pretty compact, so the location was close to nearly everything you would want to see or experience.

Es war alles perfekt. Joào war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Zentral gelegen.

A superb apartment in the city, close to all the major tourist spots. Very clean, very comfortable bed and a lovely owner, Joao who spent a while with us on arrival recommending places to go and best places to eat. We would stay here again if we return to this beautiful city.

A bit of a hike up the hill from the riverside, but it wouldn't prevent me staying here again. If you choose Porto, there are hills!

Apartment was great, in a central location and had everything we needed. Host was great, was flexible with check in/check out and spent time with us to help us navigate the city.

Super Lage. Vom Flughafen mit der Metro direkt erreichbar (Endstation Trindade). Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß und z.B. für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sehr gut geeignet (3 Schlafzimmer). Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, inkl. Waschmaschine. 1 Wohnzimmer und 2 Toiletten bieten weiteren Komfort. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, auch nachts. Der Vermieter Joao ist sehr empathisch. Bei der mit ihm vereinbarten Uhrzeit trafen wir uns zur Schlüsselübergabe und er erklärte uns die Wohnung. Sehr hilfreich waren seine Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt, d.h. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Wein-Shops.

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Joao and Luciana, the host and her staff are friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance to metro, cafes and some sightseeing spots. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Este fue un lugar excepcional: primero Joao es un excelente anfitrión. Muy colaborador, amable y amplio. La ubicación: perfecta. Fácil para llegar, para transporte público, para parquear. Alrededores fantásticos. Apartamento accesible por ascensor (muy buen estado) o escaleras. Excelente distribución, más amplio que en las fotos, con lavadora de ropa incluida. Muy bonito, todo excelentemente organizado, decoración y accesorios impecables. Da gusto habitar este lugar. PD: fuimos para celebración de año nuevo. A 20 metros de lugar donde ocurre la magia. Este aspecto hizo que la visita fuera memorable. Mi familia y yo lo recomendamos con 10/10. Gracias, Joao.

The manager greeted us on arrival and personally went through the apartment and local attractions, the building was having the entrance door lock changed and once completed called and personally bought the new keys to us. As for the apartment it was spacious with a separate lounge and kitchen and very well equipped

great location, clean and everything as advertised. host met us and was flexible at check in given our time of arrival was not fixed as we were driving from Lisbon and had plans earlier in the day.

Parking we chose was unknowingly very expensive. That's not the place's fault- but there is no need to have a car or have to find a place to park in Porto. Plenty of parking nearby, but not much that is cheap. The elevator is helpful but low weight limit. 2 men is the max, so walk 3 flights of steps or take turns on the elevator.

Das Apartment liegt fußläufig zur historischen Innenstadt (15 Minuten bis zum Douro). Obwohl mitten in einem belebten Viertel gelegen ist es ruhig in den Zimmern. Abwicklung professionell und zusätzlich gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

I liked The location, the vibe, especially the hospitality from the host! We travelled with elderly, and unfortunately the lift of the building was under maintenance during our stay. It was inconvenient to the elderly, especially with heavy luggage. The host, João, so nice to help us move the luggage from ground floor to the flat. Really appreciated that

The host Joao is the best. He was very helpful at check-in and answered messages on booking promptly. He spend time with us giving us tips on restaurants and places in Porto to visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we loved staying there!

Everything was perfect. Our host, Joao was exceptional and made sure we were comfortable during the very first countrywide major power outage. The nearest extended stay parking garage was a little bit of a hike away but still worth the savings over the one thay was closer

João was a fantastic host, maintaining constant communication to ensure we met him to receive the apartment keys. Upon our arrival, he took the time to give us a tour of the apartment, which was spacious and well-equipped for our three-night stay. Additionally, João thoughtfully marked his favorite restaurant recommendations on a map and pointed out nearby attractions.

João went out of his way to help us enjoy his city. Every recommendation was spot on!

He lived in this apartment for 15years, hence all the details and care that makes Puro Apartment very special. We asked recommendation for not fancy-local eatery and João gave us great tip : Lagostim, Conga(Bifana), Pedro dos Frango, Mantegaria (Nata) all excellent. We add to this, Turmeric (best curry), Cafe Almada (Picanha a Brazil €6.50). Froiz supermarket nearby. We highly recommend this place and for sure will be returning again. Thank you so much Joāo!

Location for sure but the apartment was modernized yet true to the feel of Porto. It was quiet yet close to everything and super convenient as didn’t even need to Uber much or at all for several day stay.

The hallway can be a bit dark so that could be improved. The bathroom door lock was tricky and that should be improved.

the apartment,for us,was in the perfect location,right in the centre,close to aliados and all the amenities. the apartment itself was spacious and clean,all necessary kitchen equipment and 2 bathrooms ! joao met us at the door and gave us all the information we needed,and although we have been to porto before he was able to recommend several places we had not yet tried. all in all a perfect break and the weather was not too unkind

We were a family of 5 travelling to Porto. This three bed apartment was perfect! It was lovely and spacious which was just what we wanted. The decor was modern and the facilities were excellent. There was a fully equipped kitchen, and a great coffee machine. The apartment was a few minutes walk to the historical centre and close to great shops, restaurants and cafes. Our host João was wonderful! He met us at the apartment and was at the end of the phone when we needed something. He gave us recommendations on where to go and which restaurants to try. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back again. Thank you João!

Great tidy apartment close to all the attractions

We (family of 4, together with 2 grandparents) stayed 4 nights in Puro Apartments and it was just perfect! João gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and gave us a lot of extra tips and tricks to get to know Porto. The apartement is spacious enough and very clean (!). All facilities are there (elevator, kitchen tools, towels, soap, Netflix ;-)), beds are very good quality. The location is perfect (nice neighborhood, nearby the townhall with taxisquare, not too loud in the night). We did everything by foot from there. Also a lot of good restaurants in the area.

Great apartment in a fantastic location! João was super helpful and gave us great tips on arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the shower was great! Lots of good restaurants nearby — I recommend Espécie for vegetarian food just a block away, and Brasão just downstairs for a nice dinner. You can walk to most places from there but the metro is also really close.

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location and is equipped with everything you need for a short break. Joao is a really great host, took a lot of time to explain areas of interest, good local places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend this apartment if you're visiting Porto.

Location is very convenient to all tourist attractions by walking. The apartment is extremely clean and provide what we need. We thanks the host Joao very much for providing us such a perfect premise to stay. I will definitely introduce this to my friends if they come to Porto.

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The kitchen was brilliantly fitted out and had all the accessories required in a kitchen. The bathroom was beautifully kitted out again with all the necessary accessories together with an additional separate wc. Centrally located and yet was very quiet.

The host was excellent, communicated with us prior to the trip and provided contact details. We were able to call on arrival and met within seconds. Host also shared some local info prior to the trip to help us plan our stay and ensure we got the best out of our time in Porto.

Brilliant host Joao, flight was late from manchester but he was waiting and accomodating, gave us excellent information regarding local places to eat. Apartment spacious well appointed in good location was spotlessly clean good quality linens and everything you needed supplied. Would definitely come back again
