Reviewed Sep 12, 2026체크인 시간 전 (오전 중)에 도착했는데 운좋게 객실이 준비되어 있어 바로 체크인 할 수 있어 짐을 방에 정리해 두고 관광을 나설 수 있었다. 알리아도스 대로에 위치, 주요 명소에 접근성이 매우 좋고 그렇다고 너무 관광객이 많거나 좁근 길에 위치하지는 않아 좋았다. 컨템포러리한 디자인과 전면 레노베이션된 객실은 넓지는 않아도 층고가 높아서 편안했다. 평소에 식당으로 운영하는 레스토랑에서 조식도 제공했는데 시설이나 조식 퀄리티도 괜찮았다. 해당 레스토랑에서 저녁 식사도 이용해 봤는데 음식과 메뉴도 괜찮았고 예약 없이는 이용하기도 어려울 정도로 손님도 굉장히 많은 것으로 보아 현지 레스토랑으로서도 인기가 많은 것으로 보인다.
특별히 아쉬운 점은 없으나 호텔 주변에 레스토랑이 거의 없어서 식사는 호텔 1층 레스토랑이나 아예 밖에서 해결하고 들어오는 것을 추천한다. 상 벤투 기차역이 도보 7-8분 정도 거리로 가까운 근교 여행이나 주요 명소를 돌아다니기에는 문제 없으나 여행 가방을 끌고 가기에는 조금 멀고 차를 불러서 가기에는 너무 가까워서 애매하다.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I had requested a very quiet room and that's what I received PLUS a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient...even recognized my birthday in the nicest way. The bed and linens were very comfortable, robes, slippers, and all toiletries (except hair conditioner😬) were provided as well as coffee and tea service, plenty of storage, a large safe and a refrigerator.

Ik zat met mijn kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw en onder mijn raam zat een kleine kroeg. Donderdag en vrijdagnacht heb ik hier veel hinder van ondervonden tot ongeveer 3 uur in de nacht. Ik checkte uit op zaterdag dus geen idee hoe het is op zaterdag en zondag. Het ontbijt viel me erg tegen voor de prijs die je betaald per nacht: heb 1 ochtend in het hotel ontbeten en de andere ochtenden de stad in gegaan voor uitgebreider ontbijt.

Only one guy was working that morning and told me he can’t help me look for iron as he was alone, even when his colleagues arrived there was no iron available they only had 2 iron for the whole hotel. The attitude of that guy was terrible

Dejamos un papel en la encimera del baño (del sobre de cortesía) y ahí seguía después de la "limpieza". Y no comprendo porque pagando dos días de habitación, no reponen todos los artículos igual que el primer día: bolígrafo, bloc de notas, sobres de limpieza en el baño. Pagamos el mismo precio cada día por lo que entiendo que deberían darnos los mismos servicios cada día.

Que para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el buffet del desayuno era limitado encuanto a cantidad y variedad ( sin preveer las cantidades, pues han habido productos que enseguida se acababan), el espacio del buffet muy pequeño.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Lo stile, l accoglienza dello staff, tutto perfettamente pulito, e funzionante, la posizione.. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante a lado ed è squisito... Abbiamo avuto una giornata di forte pioggia, nella stanza c'era anche un ombrello con cui ci siamo riparati, quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli fino a sera, super raccomandato

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Hotel sehr komfortabel und überall herrscht eine angenehme Sauberkeit. Besonders schön fanden wir den gemütlichen Frühstücksraum und das leckere Frühstück. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Auch der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Przede wszystkim znakomita lokalizacja - bliskość stacji metra, a także blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Porto. Smaczne śniadania. Wygodne łóżka. Czystość w obiekcie. Pomocny personel szybko reagujący na nasze potrzeby.
Mógł przeszkadzać hałas z zewnątrz przy otwartym oknie. Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju (nie wiadomo skąd) znikający po szybkim przewietrzeniu i włączeniu klimatyzacji.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Perfecte locatie bij het stadshuis en voor de hele stad op loopafstand. Het metrostation Trindade is op 5 minuten lopen. Vlakbij het hotel zijn talloze restaurants waar ontzettend lekker gegeten kan worden. Ik had een double room geboekt, maar kreeg een gratis upgrade naar een suite! Ontzettend leuk en attent. Bij aankomst krijg je een voucher voor een welkomstdrankje.
In het weekend uitstekend goede housekeeping, maar op doordeweekse dagen werd dit minder. Alsof er ander personeel is doordeweeks. Mijn koffie werd niet meer aangevuld en ik kreeg geen schone waterglazen tot ik erom vroeg.

Breakfast only starts at 7.30; 7.00 would be better. (But we were provided with a breakfast bag on a day we were going on an early trip. We also missed breakfast the day we were leaving)

Leider war Baulärm zur Tageszeit zu hören. Schlimmer war, insbesondere zur Schlafenszeit bei geöffneten Fenster, Lärm durch feiernde Menschen und Klimaanlagen zu hören sowie starker unangenehmer Essensgeruch zu riechen, welchen einen Schlaf nicht zuließen. Dies war nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Location is unbeatable. The hotel is next to any attraction perfectly located in the centre. Staff was amazingly friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. We were two friends travelling Portugal by car and even found a very conveniently carpark located 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We would come back to this place if I had the chance.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausnehmend nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Top Zimmer. Tolle Klimaanlage und bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gute Schallisolierung zur Strasse hin. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.
Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse war das Frühstück eher mäßig. Bacon zum Rührei war aufgeschnittene Wurst. Orangensaft war sehr wässrig. Ansonsten alles TOP.

They supplied a kettle in room. But never filled the coffee, or tea or milk. So did'nt use it. I could'nt go out and buy my own as only had hand luggage for a few nights. Breakfast was'nt that good for the price so only went once. Plenty of places to buy a nicer breakfast nearby.

Unser Zimmerfenster war direkt neben dem Ausgang der Klimaanlage. Es brummte sehr laut. So laut, dass man nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte- von der Luft ganz zu schweigen. Dieses Zimmer hätte nicht als bessere Zimmerkategorie vergeben werden dürfen !!! Angeblich war die Klimaanlage gerade erst kaputt gegangen und deshalb so laut. Eine bessere Alternative konnte nicht angeboten werden - das Personal war freundlich bemüht.

Kahvaltıda verdikleri meyve sularına koydukları buzlar çok fazla olduğu İçin lezzeti hiç yoktu.
