Beautiful hotel, very luxurious Supermarket next door. Some good restaurants near by. Very friendly staff.

They had a good size pool but it was cold and the local kids were having swimming lessons there so very noisy as indoors. Spa was cold as well.

Grosse Zimmer, sehr sauber. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, besonders freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Haus war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Verbleibs kaum besetzt, vielleicht war das der Hintergrund dass es herrlich ruhig war. Im Pool und beim Frühstück waren wir die einzigen Gäste.

What a fantastic stay. The rooms were excellent, check-in was quick and easy, and the whole hotel felt comfortable and well-run. The real standout, though, was the spa. Three of our group of four had massages, and every single one of us was seriously impressed. Mine was so good I went back for a second one just two hours later. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years while travelling, and this is easily the best, no-nonsense, professional treatment I’ve had in the last 20 years. Proper technique, no fluff — they went straight after the trigger points and muscle knots and actually released them. Exactly what you want. All the ladies working in the spa were professional and skilled. My friends were equally full of praise for them. The only name I caught was Trang — she may be small, but she has the power of a serious powerlifter. Outstanding work. Thank you to the whole spa team. Highly recommended.

It was in a lovely location looking out over the river and easy walking distance into the centre and it was above a small shopping mall where there was a good supermarket. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Melia Vinpearl Quang Binh from June 14–24 2026 while on a business trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. My oceanview room on the 21st floor was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning made the experience even more special. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job every day, and I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. The welcome cakes waiting for me when I arrived were a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel welcomed. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Nhan Le and the rest of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with several business related needs during my stay. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness made everything so much easier, and I truly appreciate all of her help. I highly recommend Melia Vinpearl Quang Binh to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base per i nostri 2 giorni di escursioni al parco di Phong Nha Ke Bang. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto gradevole; la stanza ampia e comoda, il personale gentile e premuroso, la colazione eccezionale ( non mancava proprio nulla), anche la palestra ben attrezzata. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato in hotel, optando per la cucina occidentale e non siamo rimasti delusi, tutto davvero squisito. Hotel assolutamente consigliato!

Mình có quên sạc dự phòng ở quầy lễ tân và check out về Hà Nội. Các bạn rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ để gửi đồ về lại cho mình.

Le staff au desk d'accueil et plus particulièrement Ms Anh qui nous a bien aidé. L'emplacement de l'hôtel face au fleuve, le confort et le calme de notre chambre , la vue depuis celle-ci ( au 14ième étage! ) Le petit déjeuner hors norme ( sauf les viennoiseries...) La grande piscine intérieure

朝食ビュッフェが種類が多くて良かった。部屋も広くて綺麗だった。飲み物用の氷を依頼したところ、部屋まで持って来てくれた。

チェックインして部屋に入り、冷蔵庫を開けたところ、ガラスボトルの水が飲み掛けだった。おそらく前の客が飲んだそのままの状態だったのだろう。持参したペットボトルの水を持っていたので特に気に留めなかったのだが、チェックアウトの際に冷蔵庫の水の請求をされそうになった。最初からその状態であったことを説明し、解決したので特に問題は無かった。

Swimming pool area too noisy and crowded by kids playing, shouting, swimming in any directions. I found the view from that room ugly.

Hotel pool area was large and amazing. Lovely dining room.

Rubbish on the beaches and in the river. Dead dog floating! Noisy, screaming children in rooms next door with no adult supervision.

I liked everything, most of all the staff were very helpful 🙂

Not much, the hotel is great value for money but the restaurant felt a bit chaotic for dinner. The staff were very friendly in the restaurant though so we didn’t really mind too much, so don’t let that put you off staying or eating here.

Modern clean building good location

I think management needs to take a bit more interest in there operations, and get themselves and their staff OFF THEIR MOBILE PHONES. - Food, Ate there twice simple order pizza 1st night took forever came out cold, ok can happen. 2nd night again kept it simple as it was just myself waited over 45min not once did anyone come to my table and ask if I wanted a drink or something, in the end I had them deliver it to my room. Got tired of waiting and couldn’t be bothered to get the attention of staff for another drink. The occupancy’s would have been 20-30% so not to busy. - Front desk my flight was an late afternoon flight, so requested a later checkout with the offer to pay, was happy to stay in the same room, they wanted to charge me 70% of the room rate for 4.5hrs, with that I left and went to the hotel next door where the cost for the whole night inc breakfast was 50% cheaper than what they wanted for 5hrs such a loss of easy money. Clearly this is not aimed at all of the staff there were some that genuinely wanted to help.

Generally it's satisfying, the reception will take care of your luggage and house keeping did a thorough job.

Das Zimmer mit der Aussicht aus der 19'ten Etage, sensationell. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und war auf meiner Reise das beste. Ein 24/7 Gym, fantastisch.

Сначала о отеле, Красавец, шикарные номера, большие! Зуб паста, зуб щётка , расчёска, халаты, шлепки, фен, душ, ванна . Бар платный. Бассейн бесплатный. Завтраки очень хорошие, хороший выбор и вкусно!! В последний день мы попросили коробочку взять с собой булочку. Нам принесли и пакет и не большой контейнер. Персонал великолепный, молодцы нам помогли забронировать тур на лодках и мы через букинг нечаянно взяли даты на один день позже чем купили билеты на поезд. Нам отменили один день в кредит отелю и мы на эти деньги шиканули заказали массаж я вам очень рекомендую!! Я, взяла за 1.2 мл(50$) 120 минут (20 мин в молоке, 1 час массаж, 30 мин массаж, мытье головы и фен) на 1.5 мл поужинали(55$)на четверых с коктелями и мраморной говядиной, суп фо. На каждый день дают скидочные талоны 20% В городе делать нечего от слова совсем. Внизу в 2 мин овощной базар.

Liked the property location, had a lovely river view. Clean, stylish & spacious apartment. Very big beds with nice linen. Attentive staff everywhere. Nice pool area.
