The guest rooms were very very clean - they actually even smelled fresh which scores big with me. PLUS - service, all across, the board - was exceptional. Really friendly and flexible management and taken care of. There's a high level of genuine personal attention

Reviewed Apr 6, 2023first of all the room was dirty and smells very bad. toilet was dirty and cups too. I think in Nuwara Eliya will be more comfortable and first of all clean numbers than this. staff was good. We were for one night. Everywhere were stickers like “disinfecting” but not cups and not toilet were disinfecting.
