Perfect location, very roomy apartment

The location was excellent.

The place has an appearance of being nice but once you stay there you realize it’s far from it. We got there and wanted to take a shower. The knob on the shower fell off and we had no hot water. When we called the staff they denied anything being wrong. They came to check and said ok they see the problem and would call a tech. So we waited a few hours for staff to come. The place was a three bedroom but they had 2 drinking glasses and 2 bowls. Plenty of mugs and dishes. The frying pan smelled of oil. I had to scrub the crust and oil off to use it and same goes for the spatula. They didn’t have soap in two of the three soap dispensers. They had zero paper towels for the kitchen. The internet didn’t work of course when I told them about it they denied it only to confirm it once they came and saw for themselves. The balcony door was coming off the hinge. Even though they claimed they fixed the hot water heater we ended up taking at least two cold showers. I honestly felt like I was suckered. The only deluxe about this place is the location. . We paint our houses top dollar and definitely didn’t get top dollar value. It’s tough because they were nice but everytime I would point to something they would deny it only to confirm the issue.

Location! It’s just stone’s throw from the Acropoli metro station. Very central and walkable to most tourist must-see sites. The apartment is very clean and super comfortable for my party of 4. It’s nice having 2 bathrooms and lots of living space to wind down in the evening.

Квартира убитая , ни одна дверь не закрывается в душевых , сама по себе грязная , полотенце и одеял не хватает на каждого гостя .

John, the property manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He arranged airport transfers and had a wonderful crib set up for our 1 year old. He immediately welcomed us and offered incredible recommendations. This is our second time to book this flat and we will be back. If in Athens, this is a wonderful neighborhood, with a friendly coffee shop located below and a quiet street. The view from the balcony was incredible. Thank you, John, for setting up a wonderful vacation for our family.

A very comfortable apartment in an ideal location for exploring Athens. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the central setting. Communication with the host was seamless.

Le fait que l'on loue l'appartement en mettant des photos du Parthénon alors que seuls les etages des 3 et 4 le voient vraiment. J'étais au 1er et je ne voyais que le musée du Parthénon. On m'a dit que c'était fidèle à la description oui tout a fait, mais j'ai été induite en erreur par les photos...

Özellikle akşamları ışıklandırılınca , balkonda içeceğinizi yudumlarken manzarayı izlemek mükemmeldi .acropolis müzesi hemen karşı sokaktaydı . Market e , restorana ulaşım çok kolay .

Excellent location near major sites and attractions and in a nice building. Fairly quiet given the density of the area. Apartment was a good size. John was an excellent host and attended to all our needs.

We found the bed very uncomfortable and had to sleep on the couch which was unfortunate. The fan for the stove top did not appear to work.

A bit shabby and worn furniture, check in was not smooth - I had to wait in front of the building on the street for some time, also the name of the property on booking is different from the name of the rooms I was staying in, so I called the wrong apartment and bothered the person living there. There were no instructions on how to enter the building at all by the owner. Also, the guy who checked me in dropped my backpack (with fragile items inside) on the floor.

Renting a car is not recommended. Parking the car is difficult.

Perfect location for all the best of Athens. Cafe owner downstairs was fun and helpful!

Parking was an issue. Tried to cancel three days after booking(over two weeks out) and was denied so we werestuck with property at much higher cost than the one I originally booked that actually had parking. Fourth bedroom was really just a pullout couch.

Douche avec peu d’eau chaude, clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, personnel un peu brusque qui semble ne pas vouloir être dérangé . Croyez le ou non, ils exigent que le papier de toilette ne soit pas jeté dans la toilette mais dans un sac à part! On aura tout vu!

We were welcomed with a nice bottle of white wine. The view was great, everything was clean and well-maintained. It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

This location was perfect for a stay in Athens. John was incredibly attentive and responsive. The unit was perfect for 2 people with everything you need. The location was exceptional. The restaurants and shops literally outside the front door were all incredible. Walking distance to all the major sights with fantastic night life. Would highly recommend this spot.

Had an overall wonderful experience. The apartment was in the middle of everything and plenty of food and store options. Great host and very responsive!

This place was stunning. We only booked for one night as we had a flight later that evening but the views of the Acropolis is amazing. The place was spotless and had spacious rooms and bathrooms. Only complaint is we wished we had booked with them when we first got to Athens.

The property manager was super friendly and helpful. The location was awesome, beautiful rooms and balcony and the washing machine was a great thing to have! 10/10

This apartment is perfect. The location, the space and most of all the service from the host is world class. I'd come back tomorrow if I could. This is our 5th year coming and it is better every time. The host is so good

The owner gave me all the necessary information and made it easy to get the keys and orient ourselves to the house. She gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and food options with everything mapped out. It was such a great location to all the sights!! She even treated us to a bottle of Greek wine. It was wonderful accommodations overall and nice to have a washing machine midway through our vacation too!!

We liked everything!

Location next to Acropolis and Plaka cannot be beat. Everything we wanted to do was walkable and very accessible. Apartment was clean, spacious, male equipped and modern. Staff always there to help us check in and check out and gave plenty of local recommendations that help to make our stay memorable.

This host and property is perfect in every way! We stayed in the family suite which has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. The apartment is super comfortable with a kitchen, t.v. Room, separate bathrooms, and a great balcony! The owners communicated every step of the way and went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay the best. The location is perfect in a very safe area, just steps from the acropolis museum and entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps outside. The owners had a bottle of wine waiting for us. The only things to be aware of is that the showers are European style which means that it’s the same flooring as the rest of the bathroom, but there are glass separations so not open like regular European showers. No flushing toilet paper like most of Athens older buildings. We had complimentary cleaning in between our five day stay, which was perfect. I can’t say enough good things! Just book this!

Wonderful stay. The location and view cannot be beat. Very communicative host. Be aware that it is an apartment building so there is no reception on site but check in was fine via lockbox and we were able to reach the hosts without issue. Would stay here again for sure.

It was great for our family of 6. Location was excellent. Elevator bldg for the top floor was key with luggage.Close to restaurants, shops, metro, all the sights as well as the port. They helped make a taxi reservation for us to the port too.
