ولا شي عجبني موظفين استقبال سيئين لي ابعد حد المبنى قديم ومتهالك المناشف من عام 2000 ، حشرات وناموس وزغ وحشرات اضاءاه سيئه كل شي سيئ ناهيك عن الموقع تدخل الموقع مايجيبك في المكان .

طلبت منهم تقديم وجبة الافطار قبل بنص ساعه من موعدها وقمت بأبلاغهم اثناء تسجيل الوصول وذلك حكما بأن طايرتنا كانت من الصبح ولازم نطلع المطار قبل س7 ولكن رفضو توفير وجبة الفطور ولم يتم نعويضنا عنها

موظفه الاستقبال عند الوصول اجبرتني اذهب لصراف لكي ادفع الف بات تامين طلبت منها تاجيل التامين لساعه كي ارتاح فقط من السفر واحظر لها التامين فرفضت غير متعاونه واغلب الفنادق زرتها من قبل لا يمانعون لكن هذي الموضفه غير متعاونه

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Very beautiful, spacious, and clean hotel in the heart of Nana. The rooms are much nicer than they appear in the photos and offer excellent comfort for the price.
A couple of points to note: the address listed on Booking.com can be a bit misleading, and the hotel is located quite deep inside Soi 5. The room lighting could also be improved, especially in the evening. My main issue was with the older receptionist. Despite asking for my Thai girlfriend's name to be added to the booking, she repeatedly requested her ID every time we entered the hotel. While I understand that hotels may have policies regarding visitors, the repeated checks felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable. This was frustrating and took away from a pleasant stay.

Ayant réservé une chambre (chambre 611) pour mon frère dans cet établissement je suis déçu et je trouve quand même honteux pour un soit disant 4* d'avoir des matelas dégueulasse avec des grosses tâches comme si y'à eu un meurtre sur ce lit...!!! 🤢🤮 C'est inadmissible... 😱 Il a vu ça que le dernier jour du check out quand il a retiré tout les draps... Ce n'est pas possible de laisser ça comme ça... 😡 Ce n'est vraiment pas hygiènique du tout. 😤 Si, c'était moi qui a l'habitude de réserver sur booking.com, j'aurai contrôlé dès mon arrivé... Et, ÇA... ÇA, je serai direct allé me plaindre et pour qu'on me change de chambre. 😤

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026I like the room with the washing machine and microwave. Make my life easier and the aircon is cool quickly also. I love that the hotel let us leave a card for the aircon in the room with this hot weather when you walk in the room with cool air conditioning like this is the best. Can't complain about the location it's nearly Nana BTS and nearly everything. The front staff is friendly especially the man staff is friendly and helpful. 7-11 is in front of the hotel too.
It would be good if the hotel had some plates and cutlery for warm food in the microwave. And we were for 2 people but the house keeper just gave us only 1 shower cap.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026We chose this hotel as we needed to be in the area for a meeting. In normal circumstances we wouldn't have opted for this location. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't great.. it only worked on one setting and constantly smelt bad... All the staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top pool area is used as a smoking area for guests and wasn't exactly a clean relaxing environment. The pool itself needs a clean not sure if the pool is chlorine or salt as neither was really apparent. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The area is very built up with a lot of building work going on locally. The soundproofing in the rooms was very good and the noise didn't disturb us. The area isn't the safest or greatest area. We did however find an excellent Lebanese restaurant "Bamboo" 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The local nightlife is definitely an eye opener and not our style.
The constant smell of stale air which is masked by air fresheners in the lobby but a shame this smell wasn't masked in the rooms. Superficial cleaning of the bathroom and room from previous guests.
