The properly and facilities are great.

The location is being significantly influenced by street walkers selling sex and at night it is VERY uncomfortable to go out on foot. I also seen that there are a number of men taking women off the street up to their rooms. I was personally offended in the elevator and inappropriately touched and spoken too.

Todo, las habitaciones estaban limpias y contaban con todo lo necesario. El personal excelente en el trato y en las formas. La ubicación es perfecta, eso si te tiene que gustar el jaleo por la noche ( aunque no se oye nada en el hotel)

Location proximity to soi 4th/8th is ideal! All the staff FD/Bell/Housekeeping were amazing! Mai at F&B breakfast is a very pleasant person to see in the morning and made you feel so welcome! Contract airport driver Adam is awesome and his van is super nice and he is very prompt for airport delivery at odd hours!

Our stay at Novotel was amazing from start to finish Special mention to Dear at the breakfast restaurant for being so attentive to our family's needs every morning. The staff here truly go above and beyond!

I have been staying at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 since 2017, and every visit reminds me why I continue to return. It has truly become my home away from home whenever I am in Bangkok. This visit was especially memorable because it coincided with one of the happiest moments of my life - the birth of my first grandson. Although I had to shorten my stay and return home earlier than planned, the team at the hotel made the occasion incredibly special. When I returned to my room, I was deeply touched to find beautiful personalised decorations, a framed keepsake, a handwritten congratulatory card and thoughtful gifts celebrating the arrival of my first grandson. It was a completely unexpected gesture that I will always remember. It reflected not only exceptional hospitality but also genuine kindness and care. My sincere thanks go to Mr Raphael, General Manager, whose leadership has created an outstanding culture of guest service. I would also like to acknowledge Mr Vikrant, Hotel Manager, Ms Rattana, Front Office Manager, and Ms Nancy (Nan) from the Front Office team. Their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail are among the many reasons I continue to choose this hotel year after year. The concierge and bell teams deserve special recognition for the seamless airport pick-up and drop-off service they provide. Their efficiency, friendliness and willingness to assist make every arrival and departure effortless. The dining experience continues to be one of the highlights of every stay. Chef Tony and his restaurant team consistently provide exceptional food and outstanding service. They are always attentive to my dietary preferences, including preparing fresh avocado and accommodating my special requests without hesitation. It is this level of personalised service that makes every meal a pleasure. I would also like to thank the housekeeping, engineering, security, front office, concierge, bell desk and every member of the hotel team. Their professionalism, friendliness and genuine desire to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay never go unnoticed. Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 is much more than an excellent hotel. It is a place where guests are welcomed like family and where service consistently exceeds expectations. My heartfelt thanks to everyone for making another stay so memorable. The room was always clean and well maintained throughout our stay. One day, we accidentally spilled some cola on the floor, and it splashed onto the bed sheets. Somjai (Pla) and Fontip came to our room straight away, cleaned everything thoroughly, and changed the bed sheets so quickly. Their prompt response and attention to detail were truly amazing. We also booked our room as a walk-in, and Mindy was incredibly helpful. She explained everything about the room clearly, answered all our questions, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Thank you to Mindy, Somjai (Pla), and Fontip for your outstanding service. You all made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism! Ray, Toey, and May also went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic massage place and helping us book a taxi to the airport. Their recommendation was excellent, and arranging the taxi was incredibly helpful. If we hadn’t taken the taxi they booked for us, we would have been late for our flight. We really appreciated their kindness, thoughtfulness, and outstanding service.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I was happy with the friendly reception staff who upgraded my room to a higher level for an amazing city view . In addition, I am very thankful to the Concierge team of May, Nut and Toey who helped me find a shop that that specializes in audiovisual services and that what I actually came for. Great hotel location and top service will make me come again and again.

Security deposit was being charged on the daily basis and not on a full stay basis. There was no three-pin combined switch board power facilities in the room we had to request for a 500 baht worth travel three pin universal plug adapter from the hotel during our stay. Also, laundry bags were not free of cost usually it’s free everywhere.

Book with Mindy, she was excellent with great customer service and very very friendly and also provided tips. She was excellent in every way and made our stay very welcoming. The staff in general wear also excellent, very very good. Thank you so much We stay again in 2027 Daniel + Dessy :) Come to Melbourne one day

The elevator should have air ventilation. The body smell of some people stinks in the elevator. I couldn't breathe.

As an Accor Platinum member, my stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 was absolutely exceptional. The hotel truly knows how to recognize status and deliver top-tier hospitality. The location is perfect—it is incredibly close to all the hustle and bustle and the BTS station, making commuting around Bangkok so easy. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to the BTS station, which is a fantastic and convenient bonus! Yet, despite being near all the excitement, the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The Platinum meal benefit was fantastic. I received a complimentary meal once a day, and the food was outstanding. The Tom Yum was incredibly rich and authentic, and the coconut drink was the perfect refreshing treat. A special thank you to Jarm for the outstanding service. Jarm was so polite, attentive, and made sure every mealtime was a delightful experience. Thank you, Novotel Sukhumvit 4 team, for an amazing stay. I will definitely be back!

Where it is didn’t realise it was in red light district probably was my fault for not researching enough :( wasn’t overly suitable for kids at night.

This hotel is in an excellent location for the Nana area, rooms were comfortable and housekeeping staff did great job. We were in room 1923 which did have some noise from the lift but didn't bother us enough to be moved. The rooftop bar and pool area has a fantastic panoramic view of the city and was not to busy when we used it so easy to get sunbeds. We only had dinner on one night in the restaurant on ground level and could not fault it , the restaurant staff (Pa , Deer , Jarm and especially Annie looked after us during our meal. I have to say the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any problems we had. Overall a great 5 night stay.

Hello everyone i am from punjab india, 🇮🇳 Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, with everything you need just a few steps away—there is a 7-Eleven right in front, and plenty of restaurants, clubs, and massage parlors nearby. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which offers a great view. The food, especially the fried rice, was delicious! Another major plus point is the convenience: the airport is just a 25 to 40-minute drive at night, and the hotel provides a fantastic free shuttle service to the Nana bus stop every 30 minutes. It is a 10/10 experience for us!

Locatie is top. In de nabijheid van allemaal leuke bars en restaurantjes. Ook beschikt dit hotel over een fantastisch zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de 24ste verdieping over de stad. Het zwembad is tot 18:00 open, daarna wordt het een bar en geniet je van een eveneens een fantastisch uitzicht. De menukaart is goed en het eten is lekker.

Wat mij alleen opviel was hoe ontzettend traag de liften werken. Ik zat op verdieping 20 en het duurde vaak enkele minuten voordat de lift op mijn verdieping was en eveneens minuten voordat de lift de begane grond had bereikt. Dat was simpelweg erg irritant. Daarnaast verbleef ik in kamer 2022 en daar klonk elke minuut dag en nacht een gek kloppend geluid. Alleen wanneer ik de airco in de hoogste stand zette hoorde ik dat geluid niet. Overigens erkende het hotel dit geluid (veroorzaakt door de liften) en heeft mij meteen een nieuwe kamer aangeboden. Deze service vond ik top.

A well-run, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet Oasis in the chaos of Bangkok awaits. When I booked this 5-star hotel, I had no idea the amount of late-night partying just down the road from the Novotel. But, thankfully, this hotel was beautifully run and none of the noise permeated through. The staff took care of every detail with pride. And, the hotel restaurant and its 24-hour room service promptly brought up food, but unlike every hotel I've stayed in within the United States, the food was excellent. So, if extreme partying, revelry at all hours, and a bit of vice within one's perrifreal is unseemly to behold, maybe try a hotel in a quiet district instead. But, if you want to me in the epicenter of what makes late-night Bangkok epic: night markets, restaurants, night clubs, and more, then check out the best hotel in the area. Shout out to the restaurant's management and staff one more time. They really outdid themselves.

Yesterday, my mom had breakfast at the hotel while I was unwell and unable to accompany or assist her. Since my mom doesn’t speak English, I was worried about how she would manage. Thankfully, Ms. Dear went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt comfortable, understood, and well taken care of throughout her breakfast. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. When my mom returned, she couldn’t stop talking about how kind Ms. Dear had been and how welcomed and comfortable she felt. Experiences like this are what make traveling so memorable.
