This is a beautiful apartment, and the location is perfect for a central stay in SMA

The only thing I would have liked was to have the ability to make some coffee with creamers and sugars. The equipment was there, but it would’ve been necessary to run to the store to buy coffee and creamers. Otherwise this apartment is beautiful and exceptionally quiet for Central I would recommend this apt without hesitation

The location was an easy walk to the city center. So comfortable. Great.orice for 5 nights. It was so easy to communicate with management and staff. Thank you!

I loved everything! A note to other travelers, the hot water in the shower takes quite a bit of time to appear, but it is there, and great water pressure!

Owner of property had bad communication. We had to have a neighbor call the house keeping staff to let us in the apartment. Owner never sent the check in instructions.

Quiet location in the middle of centro. We stayed in Loft 2. It had a roomy living and dining area furnished with leather sofas and dining room table. All furniture was in excellent condition and good quality. Smart tv in living room but there is no tv in bedroom. The bathroom is large and has a separate tub and shower. The kitchen was equipped with enough cooking utensils to prepare simple meals however there are many restaurants in the area. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.

Excellent location, 2.5 blocks from the centro historico. Very quiet. Cute common areas. Our one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, bathroom was large. The view from the terrace is gorgeous.

The bed was a bit hard. Very dark so interior bright lights were very helpful. Some of the dishes in the cupboard had dried up food residue. Many short stairs throughout and no help with luggage so it could be difficult for some folks.

Équipement de cuisine et tables. LA notion de rez de chaussée, à discuter! Étant resté 30 jours, le loft 2 exige 20 marches, le loft 4 exige une trentaine de marches et le grand patio commun demande une quarantaine de marches et plus. LE loft 1 est le plus accessible pour l’arrivée.

Loved the location — a quick flat walk to the Jardin. Some beautiful boutiques and restaurants a few doors down. Our apartment was one of 5 or 6 well- appointed apartments in a restored casa. Squeeky clean and very quiet. Great views of the church from the rooftop terrace.

FYI: Be aware that the building is quite vertical and there are many stairs up to the apartments. So, may not be the best choice if you are a heavy packer! Also, our loft apartment had the bedroom upstairs and a downstairs bathroom/ dressing area. This arrangement didn’t bother us, but if you tend to get up several times during the night, you might want to ask about a single floor apartment. Also, not a deal breaker, but the apartment lacked a tea kettle.

Beautiful courtyard and rooftop. Very spacious and comfortable suites very close to the main square.

We live in San Antonio, Texas and have flown to SMA at least 20 times in the past 15 years. The property is on one of the oldest and richest streets (Sollano) in SMA - a former mansion 300 years old that has been beautifully converted into 6 apartments by the property owner. This old colonial mansion has thick adobe and stone walls, beautiful courtyards, plants and fountains and has one of the best rooftop balcony views in SMA. We arrived at midnight after a late flight to Queretaro with a clear set of instructions on the coded and carded entry with no problem. Otherwise, daytime entry is routine with cleaning, maintenance and garden staff on site. Security on the property is really good. The owner was not on site this holiday season, but we were in constant contact with Lucia on WhatsApp. The apartments are all unique and very different with beautiful tile, wood, cabinetry, brick and stone craftsmanship. We have stayed here twice (apartments 1 & 2) but have seen all of the apartments. The TVs are good for streaming, and the internet is fast. No breakfast is served but there are 15 cafes that do that are within a block. Very good coffeemakers in the room, full-size refrigerators and big, fully stocked kitchens (but who would cook in SMA with a hundred great places to eat nearby?) My only reservation with giving a recommendation this good is I want this place to be available the next time we come to SMA

Unless youre already a millionaire,you ll definitely feel like one if youre lucky enough to stay here !.I stayed in 3 hotels in the town in the week before and had been a bit disappointed.But then i hit the jackpot.Superb in every way ! I had Loft 4 and couldnt fault it. Great rooftop terraces also.Very professionally run by the staff too. I loved the courtesy dressing gowns - am now trying to track one down to buy online.Dont hesitate - go ahead and book it now !.

Not really suitable for Disabled/wheelchair users. And dont burn the toast ! The smoke alarms are quite high on the ceilings and v hard to reach to turn off.

The apartment was very well appointed. The location is very convenient to all activities and the main square of the town. Views from the deck are beautiful. Hard to think of anything negative.

Stay here!! We had the absolute best time in SMA and the location of sollano 34 could not have been better!! Just minutes from the square, coffee shops (highly recommended the one right on the corner, ki’bok), shopping and don’t forget to go up to the rooftop terrace and take in the AMAZING views! Would 10000% stay here again!

Lo mejor es la vista desde el rooftop!! Vale mucho la pena!! Ubicación ideal, a 250 metros del jardín y a 50 metros de mi café favorito. El departamento estaba completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El staff muy amable y flexible

El único detalle es que no tiene estacionamiento y los estacionamientos cercanos son muy caros.

This is the second time I stay here. Both times have been wonderful. Beautiful place two blocks from La Parroquia, cafes, restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. Definitely would stay again!

Soap should have been refilled. Construction at 8 am each weekday. A kettle would have been a welcome addition.

I loved this place! Big, beautiful space that was close to everything - food, shopping, museums and sites.

Loved it very private and amazing views from the rooftop/patio. Our loft was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to SMA. One thing to keep in mind there’s lots of steps if you are carrying luggage.

This place is absolutely perfect, especially for any visitor new to San Miguel de Allende. The location is less than 5 minutes to the center of town/the Parroquia San Miguel de Allende. We walked everywhere! Also, the property is very unassuming on the outside but once you enter the doors- WOW! It’s a gorgeous courtyard with lots of amazing common areas, beautiful plants and architecture, and the rooftop deck is lovely and has an incredible view of the Church and the surrounding areas. We were blown away. Our loft- #5- was very pretty inside and had a nice big bathtub. After a day of walking and sightseeing, we’d come back to the loft, draw a bath, and open the windows and look onto the very private patio and enjoy the cool breeze. The church bells ringing are also nice to hear while soaking in the tub. It was the perfect way to revive ourselves after a day of walking on cobblestones, before we went to dinner. Lucia was our contact and she was very responsive to any of our needs. We let her know there was no hairdryer and within 30 seconds, there was a knock on our door with housekeeping bringing us a hairdryer! We definitely give this property the highest rating possible- and cannot wait to return. It’s truly magical!

This place was awesome, the room was fantastic and location was great. The only thing, there is construction next door so 8AM comes loud and clear with the pounding and sawing. Luckily we were out most of the day.

Sollano 34 was beautiful, both our suite and the common areas were all gorgeously decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view of the cathedral. The communication with the owner was fantastic, they sent us videos of how to check in since we would be arriving late. I would stay again anytime. It was also a 3 min walk from the main church and square with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The coffee shop on the corner, Ki'bok Coffee, was perfect for daily breakfast and coffee. There was some construction going on next door that was quite loud starting at 8 am on weekdays, but I'm not sure what they could do to prevent that. Just an FYI for anyone who likes to sleep in-- my friend stayed in Loft 3 and she said she couldn't hear it at all.

It was central, made it really easy to walk just about anywhere in town. It was clean, easy to check in and out, had everything we needed and more inside, amazing rooftop view, and unique local architecture.

It cost a little more than other properties nearby.

Steps away to centro. Outstanding roof top deck with gorgeous views of la parroquia. Super comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. Nicely decorated and clean. Very quiet and peaceful location.

I was in loft 3, third floor, taking luggage upstairs was a little difficult for me. Maybe next time stay in loft 1or 2. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in refrigerated waiting, especially since I arrived late at night. Dish soap dispenser was empty.

I think it should’ve been noted that many of the rooms are on very different levels involving many steps. I was not happy to see that once we climbed three levels the and enter the apartment that the bed then was also up another flight of stairs. !

Almost everything was beyond expectations.

Bed was too soft for someone with a bad back; although, this is typical given the soft-plush bed trend with hotels.

This was my favorite stay in San Miguel and an absolute gem property with 5 casitas/spacious lofts over 3 stories and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city and La Parroquia 2 blocks away yet very quiet, tastefully decorated with a full kitchen with carved wood cabinets and dedicated modern living room/dining with a huge fireplace and tv. I never saw or heard other guests. It was very private and was such a wonderful escape from the frenzy around the plaza I didn’t want to leave. Great attention to detail and very clean. I will definitely stay again if available and would highly recommend for a bridal party or families. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler as there were 3 locked, coded and gated doors to get past.

I fell in love with this property. Great attention to detail in the decor. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Very good location to landmarks, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

To many keys there was no electricity we had nobody to talk about how to close or how can we get back to the place. Room 2 has inclosed bedroom that feels claustrophobic but suits are not

We had a wonderful stay at sollano 34. Location was perfect. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and with all the modern comforts. My only wish is that there were additional electrical outlets in the bedroom( perhaps at bedside tables) for your phone or charging purposes). We would certainly book again.

Lots of steps but very manageable and expected in an old town like SMA. Wished water was filtered within the property, so it would be suitable for drinking. Having only one key that controlled all lighting within the unit.

The apartment was great made us feel like at home. Loved all the detail to the room and best secured with all the locks to get inside.
