수건 넉넉하고 깔끔합니다

Very friendly owner, easy to check in and out. Studio were very spacious and quiet. Only problem was place didn’t have any cups or glasses, so bring your own cups and glasses. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

늦게 들아와 시끄럽게 하는 손님들이 많은 숙소였지만 방은 넓고 깔끔하고 좋았어요.

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소에요 깔끔하고 따뜻합니다. 다만 식당이나 편의점이 차로 가야하는 거리에 있고, 층간 소음이 있었어요

There is no elevator isnidet. Staff is not so cooperative.

조용한 곳에 위치해 있어서 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 걸어서 15분 정도면 경포바다에 갈 수 있었어요~ 산책겸해서 다녀왔네요^^ 사장님께서 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗하니 좋아요!

자세나 서비스, 환경이 별로임

Bedding for the floor sleeping wasn’t comfortable. The 2nd deck was too hot even with AC on. Too expensive for what you get.

1人で利用しましたが、部屋がとても広くて綺麗で快適に過ごせました。周りも山に囲まれていて景色も良く、静かでよかったです！海までは20分ほど歩く必要がありますが、散歩にちょうどいい距離で最高でした。スタッフさんも親切でした！いい思い出になりました、ありがとうございました^^

The room size is OK but there's no wardrobe, there's only a handing stand.

There's some construction work near the pension so it's slightly noisy early in the morning. We were the only one staying there for the 2 nights and the owner is not around most of the time. That's why I felt quite insecure especially at night. Other than this, we waited for about 15 mins outside the apartment during the check-in as no one was around, and when the owner came back he didn't even talk or brief us on anything so it took us quite a while to figure out the wall unit system.

큰길 옆에 있어서 접근하기 좋았어요. 주변이 조용하고 깔끔해서 편히 쉬다 왔어요

There was dead roaches between windows.

조용하고 가족여행하기엔 너무 좋습니다. 3층을 사용했는 데 1층은 온돌이고 계단으로 올라가면 2층에 침대가 있어 함께 간 아이들이 너무 좋아합니다.

가격도 저렴하게 잘지내고 왔네요. 숙소가 깔끔하고 좋아요. 만족합니다^^

숙소에서 차로 15분 정도면 다 이동 가능해요 방도 화장실도 깨끗하고 난방 잘되고 온수 잘나와요 방 크기도 생각보다 넓어서 좋았습니다 다음에 강릉에 올 일이 있으면 여기서 또 묵을것 같아요

시설이 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다

The apartment is located in very calm and peaceful area, where you can rest from the huge cities life. The apartment was clean, comfortable bed, big windows - so very bright. There is enough parking for each apartment. However, if you try to get a taxi from here, leave a bit additional time, as it takes a bit longer.

GPS led us to a wrong direction, but the owner helped us get to the hotel.

한적하니 좋습니다

체크인 할때 아무도 없어서 당황했는데 급한일이 있으셔서 미리 준비해 놓으셨던거 같아요! 다른 손님이 없어서 좋았고 처음 방문을 열고 들어갔을따 쿰쿰한 냄새는 약간 났지만 환기시키니 괜찮았어요! 그리고 아침에 일어나 산책하기도 좋았고 조용해서 좋았습니다 친구들과 여행오기 좋은거 같아요!! 아! 복층 계단 올라가는건 좀 무서웠어요!

체크인 할 때 미리 난방을 틀어놔주시고, 숙소 내부도 이불도 깨끗했어요. 소파나 식탁, 전자레인지 등이 있어 원룸이라도 편리했습니다. 다만, 그릇종류가 다양하지 않아서 회를 포장해왔는데 초장을 담을 종지가 없었고, 수압은 괜찮은데, 샤워기만 물이 약해요. 그점만 아쉬웠습니다. 화장실도 넓고 난방도 잘 되었고, 주변이 조용하고 한적해서 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

청결하고 편안합니다. 좀 외진 곳에 있어요.

가족여행으로 다녀왔어요~ 방도 크고 시설도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 욕실도 깔끔해서 즐겁고 만족스럽게 쉬다 왔습니다. 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다^^

It was such an amazing trip. Our room has a beautiful view and a huge balcony to enjoy the view. The room is huge and spacious. the people there are so kind and helpful even if we came late at night.

사장님도 친절하시고 위치는 해변에서 좀 거리는 있지만 차량으로 충분한 거리라서 문제없습니다. 다음에도 재방문할예정입니다

This was a very nice place for our family of four. We stayed on the top (3rd) floor and it had a living area with a loft. The hotel seems pretty new and both the condition and the cleanliness were very good. Each room has a small sitting balcony, which was very nice for reading with tea in the morning. There are a couple of things to note, which our family is completely fine with, but others may want to know: 1. It is not really near to the beach. We are fine with this, as we like the trees and the rice paddies, and we like to go to many of the beaches in the area, but it is about a five minute drive to the nearest beach. 2. There is no daily cleaning service. We stayed for 3 nights, and our sheets, towels, and garbage were not changed/removed. Again, this is common for pension hotels. 3. You are expected to do basic clean up before leaving: do your dishes, take out your garbage, sort your recycling, etc. Again, this is pretty common for the area, so no problems. All in all, this was a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. We highly recommend it and are very likely to stay again.

Nice and pleasant place to stay. I recommend those who wish to stay with family.

시설과 주변 환경이 정말 좋아요. 농부님들 새벽부터 고추 따고 소 울음 소리도 들립니다. 외지긴 햇는데 강릉시내까지 차로 금방 입니다. 추천 드려요

종사하시는 분들 매우 친절하셨는데 일부러는 아니겠지만 침구청결상태가 좀 ..... 처음 들어서는 순간이라 아내가 좀 당황했어요 그래도 사과해주시고 그래서 풀리긴 했어요 나머진 좋았습니다 바비큐 불도 잘 붙여주시고... 다만 바비큐 만오천원이 조금 부담도니다 할까요 숯을 사가면 더 싼건지.. 오죽헌이 가깝습니다 주문진서 수산물 사서 돌아와 먹기 좋은 거리기도 하구요 호젓해서 좋습니다 매우 조용합니다 숯 그닥 안비싼데 장소와 장비렌탈료치곤 좀 그랬어요

숙소 자체는 좋았습니다! 차가 없으면 경포해변과 꽤 멉니다....그점 빼고는 다 좋습니다.

너무 좋았어요 더블데이트로가서 복층방에서 보내고왔어요 10월 말이라 좀 쌀쌀했는데 난방도 잘되고 소음도 불편한점 없었습니다 경포랑도 가깝고 아주 만족입니다 그리고 사장님 관리자 분들 너무 친절하세요!

가격도 저렴하고 깨끗하고 경초대랑 근접거리면서 좋았어요 방도 따뜻해 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다 다음에 또 이용할듯요^^

내부 계단이 가파르고 위험하며 경포대 해수욕장까지 이동이 멀고 불편하다. 경우에 따라 추가비용을 요구하기도 해서 예약제도가 별 쓸모없다는 생각이 든다

숙소는 깨끗하고 가성비가 좋습니다. 들어가는 입구 포장해버리면 더 좋을 듯 싶네요

The pension is in a lovely countryside area all though it isn’t close to Gyeongpo lake and the beach. The duplex room was sparkling clean :)

단체방 2박 썼는데 정말 기분좋고 편하게 사용하다 나왔습니다~ 사장님도 친절하게 대해주시고 항상 필요한것도 잘챙겨주셨습니다 다음에 또 이용하려고요 ^^

신축이라 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 밥상이 없던건 아쉬웠고 (달라고 말씀은 안드리고 그냥 먹었어요) 침구류도 깔끔했어요.
