It was in a great location, with agreement with local parking. Very clean and the staff were helpful.

We had a large room which was more than I expected but fabulous for our 6 nights. The bed was a true king size and the air con made the room comfortable after being out in the heat all day. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. Opposite the port with many restaurant options and was where the ferry left for the day trip to Portofino. Hotel is a quick walk to the main piazzas and shopping. The room was very soundproof as we were at the back and didn’t hear the noise from outside that we could hear when we went into the bathroom.

The shower base was a bit slippery. We didn’t know to order breakfast from the menu on our first day as it’s all included. Coffee pods are 0.80cents each, we didn’t know.

Stanza molto spaziosa, pulita e comoda. Posizione perfetta per visitare l'acquario e la città. Colazione eccezionale, con possibilità di ordinare ottimi piatti alla carta.

Non erano disponibili gli asciugamani del bidet, abbiamo dovuto chiederli in più e ci sono stato forniti. Consigliamo di fornirli sempre nella dotazione minima, soprattutto per i clienti italiani. Al rientro abbiamo trovato i pigiami buttati sui comodini, è un' aspetto da migliorare, soprattutto per una struttura 4 stelle.

El trato recibido en recepción fue muy bueno. La habitacion es muy amplia y esta bastante bien.

El aire acondicionado o estaba roto o es malisimo, he llegado hasta a sudar con 16⁰. Las puertas, cada vez que alguien abria o cerraba una pensaba que era la mia. Y la ubicacion, es horrenda, malisima. No es culpa como tal del hotel, pero es una pena que da hasta miedo salir a la calle. Mi último dia en Italia ha sido terrorífico, por, insisto, la calle, que no culpo al hotel.

Le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dîné à deux reprises et cela vaut la peine de découvrir d’autres saveurs. Bravo au jeune chef.

I loved our room, the breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful, felt like living in a castle! I loved it!

The only downside was that the air conditioning only went down to 21 Celsius, in my opinion it was to hot and made it a little difficult to sleep.

Al momento del check in mi e stato comunicato che ho colazione inclusa, secondo giorno alla mattina quando siamo recati nel ristorante x fare la colazione ci è stato detto che è hanno fatto un errore perciò x fare la colazione bisognava pagare 18€ a persona, ovviamente ho rifiutato (da prestare attenzione che non ci sia una strategia). Nonostante che siamo nel centro storico non vi cosnsiglio di fare passeggiate notturne sulle vie laterali

Petit déjeuner varié et abondant sur toute la période proposée. Le dîner au restaurant était bon, le personnel très attentif. La vue pleine mer était magnifique.

L’espace SPA où un seul appareil fonctionnait. Le cache sommier complètement froissé et aucun petit abreuvoir pour notre petit chien.

Le petit déjeuner était super, il y avait un buffet à disposition et la possibilité de commander d'autres plats en plus. De plus, l'hôtel avait prévu, à notre demande, des aliments sans gluten.

Sicuramente la stanza e il bagno molto grandi, anche se mancano di appendini per gli asciugamani. Buona posizione anche se vicino al traffico stradale. Parcheggio a pagamento a due passi.

Colazione deludente, visto la categoria. Yogurt e spremute calde, tanto da dover richiedere il ghiaccio. Tavoli da colazione spesso sporchi, senza nessun tovagliato, e da riordinare. Trovo inaccettabile non poter pagare in contanti perché non c'è la possibilità del resto...

Chambre propre et adaptée aux familles. L’hôtel est agréable et bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Excellent petit déjeuner.

La partie fumeur du billard non fermée

Très bel hôtel, une hauteur sous plafond folle, comme dans le reste de Gênes. Les literies sont parfaites, ainsi que les salles de bain et les fournitures. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec des omelettes préparées à la demande et des mini-viennoiseries italiennes et autres gâteaux en nombre.

Le Mc Do en bas et la réception au 2eme étage gâchent un peu l’arrivée. La vue sur l’autoroute urbaine est atroce, mais c’est aussi la réalité de cette ville belle, vivante et abîmée à la fois.

Le bâtiment est magnifique, la chambre est grande et très belle. Super petit déjeuner,du frais prépare a la demande.

Theft from our room! We stayed at this hotel for one night before continuing to another destination in Italy. During our stay, approximately €200 was stolen from our room while we were out in the city. I discovered the money was missing immediately after checking out. I went straight to the reception desk to report it. The receptionist insisted that it was impossible and refused to help by checking the key card access logs or the security camera located directly outside our room. The receptionist also refused to assist us in contacting the police and instead accused me of having taken the money myself. I made it very clear that I was not accusing the receptionist personally, but we were 100% certain the money had been stolen because it had been kept in two separate wallets, neither of which had left the room after we checked in. Since the receptionist refused to help, we contacted the hotel owner. Unfortunately, he was no more helpful. In an email, he claimed that my account of the incident was untrue, while also saying they would investigate the matter. I never received any follow-up from the hotel, even though it should only have taken a few minutes to review the security camera footage. The rooms and the location were good, but I definitely cannot recommend this hotel. Theft from a room is something a hotel may not always be able to prevent. However, accusing a guest of lying, claiming that I changed my story, and refusing to make any effort to investigate or help find a solution—regardless of who may have entered the room—is completely unprofessional. Their dismissive attitude only reinforces my impression that this is probably not the first time something like this has happened, nor is it likely to be the last.

La camera non era veramente pulita a dovere; molta polvere vicino ai letti e il piatto doccia meriterebbe una migliore pulizia per un 4 stelle. Inoltre, i letti erano scomodi e duri, sia il divano letto che il letto a due piazze. Per un paio di giorni può andare bene, per un periodo più lungo no.

The room was really big (unexpectedly big). The staff is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious (not a buffet, but really good).

The area around is not really nice: dirty streets full of graffitis and beggars. The soundproofing is very poor, a crying child can be heard very clearly through two walls.

Zentrale Lage, schönes, sehr großes Zimmer mit großem Bad, sehr freundlicher Service, Parkgarage (1.95m Höhe) in der Nähe (25€ / 24h) Gepäckablage nach dem auschecken möglich. Wasser wurde aufgefüllt. Auschecken um 11:30 Uhr

Klimaanlage ging nachts aus, wir haben sie regelmäßig wieder angemacht, da es heiß war. Frühstück war sehr süß.

The room was very simple but comfortable. The shower was big and very pleasant. Breakfast was good and fresh with items made to order.

The location was supposed to be great, on the promenade, but the area is a little run-down and unpleasant at night.

First impression was excellent. The door man was courteous and accommodating, meeting us at the taxi and taking our bags to the room without checking in first. Check was efficient, staff member was lovely, explained the city and area, showing us on the map things to see and do. Even escorting us to our room. Elevator up to the room and was very clean. Opening the door, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and a spacious room, large king size bed and enough room to open 2 suitcases at once with ample amount of space. There was a double wardrobe and the bathroom was great, the shower even had a full seat in it for convenience. The one negative was a small amount of mould on the shower base and the cord for the exhaust fan was mouldy as well. The area was different. The market vaults are quaint but I can see it being a little sketchy at late night, the taxi driver advise us this as well, however the times we were out and about, we felt safe and secure. All in all, great hotel and amazing staff.

The property was clean and elegant and beautiful. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and so incredibly kind.

Curata e accogliente

Albergo posto di fronte all'Acquario di Genova e nelle vicinanzne della metropolitana San Giorgio, per cui molto comodo da raggiungere. Per visitare i principali punti di interesse della città ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Molto curata la pulizia ed estremamente gentile lo staff, che ci ha fornito delle valide indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno.

Se rompió la cisterna del baño de la habitación, quitaron el ruido pero no lo arreglaron y teníamos q usar el baño de la parte de arriba de la habitación.

Veldig god beliggenhet, God frokost og veldig hyggelig betjening. Rommene var store og romslige med kaffemaskin og gode senger. Badet romslig og med føner.

Hvis jeg skulle ønske noe var det balkong eller terrase. Men ellers ingenting.

La dificultad de aparcamiento

Das Hotel liegt schräg gegenüber vom Aquarium und direkt in der Altstadt – die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Zum Ausladen konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Anschließend ist ein Hotelmitarbeiter mit uns zum Parkhaus gefahren. Für 24 Stunden Parken haben wir 25 € bezahlt und durften das Auto auch am nächsten Tag noch dort stehen lassen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unser Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof war geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer war groß. Eine Klimaanlage war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Im Zimmer stand eine Nespresso-Maschine zur Verfügung. Schade war allerdings, dass keine Kaffeekapseln bereitlagen.

Il posto (booking doveva spiegare meglio la posizione, bastante in degrado, dopo le 22.30 diventava un po' pericolosa.) Avevo richiesto 2 letti singoli e non è stato cosi

Camera ampia con soffitti molto alti. Buona insonorizzazione verso l'esterno.

Macchie alle pareti, la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva completamente e soprattutto il condizionatore che perde acqua. Lo staff ha provveduto a mettere un contenitore di plastica per raccoglierla, ce ne siamo accorti quando ha straripato sul pavimento della stanza e ha bagnato le nostre valige e i nostri effetti personali. Per non parlare del fastidioso rumore di acqua gocciolante durante la notte.

Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Super Frühstück. Auch das Personal war sehr nett .

Tutto: gentilezza e professionalità dello staff; il parcheggio convenzionato vicinissimo alla struttura. Inoltre la posizione è strategica: molto vicino all'Acquario e alle principali via del centro. La stanza era enorme e pulita. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Genova, torneremo qui!

La situation entre le vieux port et la ville historique est parfaite. Les chambres sont vastes et bien équipées. Tout est parfaitement confortable et élégant.

Situation sur le port en face de l'aquarium. Facile d'accès (avec GPS)! Parking à 5 min. Près du centre et de bons restaurants. Chambres superbes et hyper tranquilles, personnel accueillant, sympathique et compétent

Juste une toute petite remarque sur le déjeuner un peu basique et un peu trop "pâtisserie" mais pas si grave.

Établissement très bien situé. Parking privé à proximité, le personnel vient avec pour montrer l'emplacement. Belle chambres et personnel avenant.

La porte de la chambre aurait pu être un peu plus insonorisé, on entendait les va et vient au couloir.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt.

Die Lage an der stark befahrenen Hochstrasse ist keine vier Sterne wert. Die Fenster darf man schon wegen der Abgase und des Autolärms nicht öffnen. Trotz Meernähe keine Meersicht. Das Frühstück ist ungeniessbar und der Kaffee verdient diesen Namen nicht. Zum Glück hat es der Nähe Bars, die wirklich guten Kaffee und frische Brioche anbieten.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer. Saubere und vor allem sehr große Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Själva staden är ganska smutsig och mörk, men det här hotellet var som en räddande pärla när vi kom hit i går kväll. Allt var mycket rent, personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och gav bra information. Sängen var mycket bekväm och rummet var stilrent, rent och fullt utrustat.

Boendet är fantastiskt.Jag hittar inget att klaga på.

La habitación es súper amplia , cómoda y espaciosa. El personal de 10, fueron muy amables, nos asesoraron sobre q lugares visitar y donde comer o tomar algo, sin siquiera pedirlo , se agradece la predisposición. E íbamos con perro y no hubo ningún problema con ello, al contrario , fueron muy amables.

La única pega q pondría es que es muy difícil para en frente del hotel para poder hacer el check in. Por otro lado como punto bueno tienen un parking vigilado a precio cerrado 25€ que está cerca del hotel .

Excellent hôtel très bien situé dans le Vieux Port, pour partir à la découverte des principaux points d’intérêt de Gênes. Grande chambre confortable, excellents petit déjeuner et très facile d’accès pour le stationnement en face. Personnel très gentil, courtois et serviable. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Ce n’est pas le faute de l’hôtel mais lors de notre séjour, la connexion internet a été très mauvaise malheureusement.
