Reviewed Mar 15, 2025The lake is right across the road from the residency. The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us. The location is great. It's a pity that we didn't really have time to walk around but we did manage to take a walk along the walkway around the lake.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The space was amazing - nice bedrooms and bathrooms, The kitchen was well appointed, and there was plenty of space for hanging out. The best thing is the location - only 7 minutes from Hamilton Gardens, 12 minutes from the zoo, and an hour to the Gloworm Caves. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close as well. The owners are very responsive - the washing machine wasn't working, but they provided a great alternative.
Need some simple instructions on how to use the cooktop - we figured it out eventually, but after much trial and error.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2024Fantastic location - Right next to a park where you can walk/run in the day. Quiet area but still extremely accessible to most areas in Hamilton. The place was extremely and thoroughly cleaned before we arrived - amenities were ample (kitchen/bathroom/living) - felt like my 2nd home the instant I lived in. Extremely good value for money too!
Wifi was really bad, I can't tell if this is a zone coverage issue or just provider's specific. But I must clarify this is NOT the owner's fault.

In particular, the bathrooms were extremely clean. The garage downstairs with easy access was convenient, and the property is well-located across the road from a lake. Reviewed Jun 23, 2019This apartment is near new with a lovely decor, extremely well equipped kitchen, (easy to use coffee machine), good heating, comfortable and warm bedding was a delight for my family. Close to town, near a supermarket and handy for families visiting the Waikato Hospital or University. An online electronic entry code was easy for us to use, but might prove trickier for oldies. Does have stairs so worth noting if you have mobility problems. Hosts are lovely to deal with. Park across road, although it was rainy. Slightly noisy busy road, but highly recommend.
