Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Das Personal ist super lieb und fürsorglich, meine Freundin war während des Aufenthalts etwas krank und der Besitzer hat sich um sie gekümmert und gefragt, ob er ihr was bringen kann. Wir können uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen! Wir hätten gerne noch viel mehr Zeit dort verbracht. 10/10 ist meiner Meinung nach nicht genug.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El sitio es perfecto para tu estancia en la zona tanto si vas en coche como en transporte público. El anfitrión es increíblemente servicial. Te ayuda con toda la organización del viaje en la zona incluso antes de llegar. Fue nuestra primera experiencia en este tipo de alojamientos y no pudo ser mejor. Auqnue el baño es compartido hay varios y siempre muy limpio. En la mañana tienes disponibles algunas cosillas para desayunar como café + leche, huevo, plátanos, pan, mantequilla entre otros.
Todo fue genial.

Ci ha fatto una foto che poi ci ha donato con anche delle bacchette raffiguranti il Monte Fuji. Camera, bagni e docce, molto pulite.
Non c'è stato nulla che non andasse bene. Tutto perfetto.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026就在富士山駅出來馬路右轉，走路不用一分鐘 一樓公共區域有小廚房可以使用，也有提供免費自助型餐點：吐司、餐包、水煮蛋、香蕉、泡麵、各式沖泡飲...攀登富士山前可以在這吃飽補充能量再出發 1、2樓各有一間乾濕分離的公共浴廁相當乾淨，廁所有免治馬桶 樓梯比較窄，搬大型行李要特別小心，但老闆娘很熱心地幫我們把行李搬上樓 攀登富士山下山後要叫車到下間飯店，老闆看我們非常疲憊還幫忙拖行李箱 老闆娘會幫我們拍照洗出照片並附贈兩雙筷子，照片拍得很好 老闆一家人都非常親切熱情，入住時會介紹周邊景點、美食、提供登山資訊 有先告知會提早到達並寄放行李，但到達時無人在，只好先把行李寄放在車站置物櫃，老闆娘知道後非常抱歉的退了我們因隔日要攀登富士山寄放行李的費用 但這不影響我對Hana的高評價，富士山開山期間滿滿的登山人潮，真的不一定要住在河口湖，住在富士山駅也非常方便，而且車站對面就有巴士可直達吉田路線五合目 真心推薦Hana Hostel Fujisan給大家👍👍👍👍👍

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a quadruple room, plenty of space to put our four large rucksacks. Shared showers and toilets were clean and plenty of facilities. There is a shared kitchen area with a fridge and washing machine, no dryer. The hostel is located right in front of Mt Fuji station. Close to convenient stores (two 7-11 stores) and restaurants. The station alone had shops, food to buy and cafes. Even though on the main road it was quiet and peaceful. We arrived slightly late but staff responded to my messages and even stayed a little longer to greet us. We were shown details of places to eat in the area and places of interest, There were teas, coffee and basic snacks for the guests which I didn't expect. Hana Hostel Fujisan exceeded our expectations and felt like a home, shame we only stayed one night, we will definitely come again but stay longer to explore the area.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and close to several great places to eat, which made everything so easy. The hosts were absolutely amazing: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with useful information and thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our experience. The room itself was lovely charming, traditional, and very clean. We also appreciated the small touches, like the snacks provided for breakfast and the availability of hot tea and coffee. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026ホステルに始めて宿泊しましたが、想像以上に快適でした 事前のやり取りから丁寧で安心しましたし、当日も使用方法や周りの施設、飲食店の案内も頂き本当に助かりました しかも行く施設までお車でお送り頂き大変助かりました サービスのパンやゆで卵、カップラーメンは食べませんでしたが、他の宿泊者が喜んで食べてました チェックアウトの時間はスタッフ不在の為、お礼が言えなかったのが心苦しかったです 本当にありがとうございました
ホステルなので、他の宿泊者のマナーだけは致し方ないと感じました 宿泊者の方で深夜まで共用スペースで盛り上がってたらしく、朝共用スペースを掃除していらした方と一緒に掃除して｢こう言う事もやはりありますよねー｣と話してました

W hostelu jest dosłownie wszystko co może być przydatne, oraz darmowe posiłki, owoce, gotowane kajaka, pieczywo, jogurty itd. Po przyjeździe gospodarz opowiada o okolicy podając swoje rekomendacje, nie ma lepszego źródła wiedzy o okolicy. Na koniec dostaniecie prezent 🤫☺️ urocze miejsce, stosunek do ceny znakomity a lokalizacja świetna. Bardzo bardzo polecam!

Nosotros elegimos la habitación grande con futones y tatami, es decir la típica de estilo japonés y la noche fue genial: la mejor de todas en Japón porque dormimos muy bien. Además Hana la dueña es encantadora y nos regaló palillos de madera. Aconsejado 100%!

L’auberge est idéalement placée et nous avons eu un temps magnifique pour voir le mont Fuji Mais c’est notre hôte qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable! Que de belles attentions et pleins de bons conseils !! Nous reviendrons sans faute à notre prochain voyage au Japon !!

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Confort et emplacement idéal à l’écart de la foule et à quelques pas de la gare. Et nous sommes repartis avec des petits cadeaux que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Un grand merci à ce couple qui veille à ce que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Il donne même des informations précises sur la météo pour avoir la possibilité de voir le mont Fuji. Et nous l’avons vu!

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Personnel adorable avec d'excellentes recommandations L'hôtel met à disposition des vélos, un petit dej gratuit Chambre privative grande et salles de bain communes très propres Emplacement à 1mn à pied de la station Mount Fuji et à 10mn en train vers le parc d'attractions Fuji Q Highland, avec de magnifiques vues sur le mont Fuji.
Comme c'est une toute petite station, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choses à faire autour Notre chambre donnait sur la rue ce qui est un peu bruyant la nuit

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026La proximité avec la gare. L’accueil ainsi que les très bons conseils donnés par les autres. Ils nous ont également offert un petit cadeau et ont été très généreux. C’était vraiment une chambre typique et très très confortable. Il y a disposition des nouilles, des brioches et des yogourt dans la petite salle à manger à l’entrée toute mignonne avec plein de petits Totoro partout.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026L'accueil de l'hôte a été le meilleur que nous ayons reçu dans une guest house jusqu'à présent. Il a pris le temps de nous montrer les choses à voir aux alentours et nous a fourni des cartes. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, il y a des œufs, du thé, des yaourts et des petits pains à disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons aussi été gâtés avec une photo souvenir et un petit cadeau de la part de l'hôte. Une super adresse!

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et surtout si l’on est proche de la douche et des lavabos on entend tout ce qui se passe. Si les autres occupants sont discrets c’est ok. c’était le cas.

Reviewed Jan 30, 20261. 抵達時老闆已不在旅館，但留給我的入住與停車場資訊，相當完整。 2. 旅館離富士山站相當近，步行3分鐘就到。 3. 小而美的旅館，交誼廳與房間都蠻舒適的，交誼廳與冰箱的泡麵、吐司、小餐包、優格、果醬……等食物，老闆免費招待，不只暖胃，也暖心。 4. 是這趟富士五湖住過的民宿中，暖氣最強的一間。 5. 交誼廳內放了厚厚幾本老闆與住宿的旅客們合照的照片，好幾本旅客留言本內都是對老闆與旅館的稱讚，是一個受到旅人們喜愛的地方。

Bagni in condivisione pulitissimi e piu che sufficienti per il numero di ospiti. Del cibo e delle bevande gratis a disposizione degli ospiti nell area comune.

The guest house had everything we needed, they lent us bicycles and provided lots of maps and information about the local area. They even took our photo and gave us a gift which made our stay more special and memorable.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Hana Hostel was a wonderful place to stay while my sister and I explored the area. The beds were super comfy and there was food avaliable downstairs all the time. It's also pretty close to the station but they have parking avaliable for us as we rented a car (would definatley recommend). The host is really lovely too, I'll definatley stay here again if I come back to the area!!
