Views are amazing plus hospitality was great

The place as a whole, decor and location are great. The direct access to the sea amazing. The staff were very responsive and attentive.

The room we got was OK, "garden view" . The pictures were deceiving. Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary as we had read.

Le cadre est magnifique, l’établissement est très agréable et bien situé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le confort ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Un séjour vraiment reposant.

The location and layout are great. The property is very well designed and decorated. It is clean and it has a very well maintained garden with a pool and with opening to the sea view. We felt very safe there. Breakfasts were tasty. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and the peaceful ambience.

Our room was a bit too small. There are bigger rooms, but they were unavailable during our stay.

The staff are very professional and attentive to guest needs continuously. The breakfasts were delicious and well worth the charge. The view over the superb hotel pool of the sea is stunning. A memorable stay.

Mr. Adnan provided a delightful welcome and a lovely, quiet stay. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious bathroom. The pool and proximity to beach is amazing! And the breakfast served outside- wow!

Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Aufmerksames Personal und tolles Frühstück! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Zimmer sowie auch das Badezimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag durch frische ausgetauscht. Der Pool war sauber und groß und es gibt tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Meerblick. Auch der Balkon ist groß und sauber. Wir bekamen direkt zu Beginn hilfreiche Tipps wie z.B. Restaurantempfehlungen und eine App über die wir einfach und schnell Taxis bestellen können. Gerne wieder! ☺️

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and only wish I had stayed longer. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, with a large swimming pool and a peaceful atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is exceptionally fast. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Adnan, who gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and advice on how to get around. The breakfast was impeccable and was served with great care and attention. The two members of staff who served breakfast were incredibly kind (although unfortunately, I don't remember their names), and the housekeeper was always available and helpful. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff surprised me with a delicious cake. Thoughtful touches like this are what make this place truly special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Un très bon accueil nous étions aux petits soins dans un magnifique cadre très agréable et très calme, repos assuré et paisible. Une propreté irréprochable tout était impeccable vraiment rien à reprocher. Un petit déjeuner sur mesure très bon et service rapide. Bien situé. Vraiment je recommande à 1000% Dar la corniche cadre paisible et cocooning où on s'y sent comme à la maison. Quartier résidentiel proche de toutes commodités et face à la mer. Everything was beyond excellent. One of my best stays in Tunis. Exceptional attention to detail and absolutely stunning place to be. Breakfast was very good and the place is always impeccably clean. Will be coming back, no doubt!

Un vrai havre de paix à La Marsa. La maison est superbe, d’une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement bien entretenue. C’est un plaisir d’y rentrer chaque jour. Les hôtes sont adorables et très attentifs aux détails. Ils cherchent vraiment à faire plaisir à leurs clients, notamment au petit-déjeuner en tenant compte des préférences de chacun. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié leur disponibilité, jusqu’à me prêter une petite planche à repasser à ma demande. La piscine est un vrai bonheur et la vue sur la baie au réveil est incroyablement reposante. On s’y sent en sécurité, même en voyageant seule. L’emplacement est également excellent, dans un quartier résidentiel chic et élégant, à une dizaine de minutes à pied d’un Monoprix et d’un centre commercial. Je recommande cette maison d’hôtes sans hésitation.

Le seul petit bémol, indépendant des propriétaires, est que certaines parties de la plage de La Marsa sont rocheuses. Des chaussures de plage sont toutefois mises à disposition et, à une dizaine de minutes à pied, on trouve facilement des endroits plus agréables pour se baigner.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were also friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighbourhood while still being convenient for exploring the area. The fresh breakfast each morning was exactly what we needed to start the day. On my birthday, I was treated to a thoughtful birthday dessert, which was such a lovely gesture. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our experience special. Highly recommend!

This was a memorable accommodation experience. The property is a beautifully maintained traditional beach house. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The owner, who resides on the property, was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

I liked the location and the amosphere the moment I arrived. The satff and amangement was very accomodating in every way possible. From flexibility in arriving and departure to extra choice of breakfast. The breakfast varied every day and just enough. Sometimes I could not finish it all. Lovely fresh fruit and juices, breads, eggs anyway you like etc. I would highly recommend a stay here, with various restaurants in walking distance.

بصراحة، إقامتي في Dar Corniche كانت من التجارب اللي تركت عندي إحساس جميل جدًا. من أول ما وصلت، حسّيت بجو هادي ومريح، كأنك داخل مكان بعيد عن ضغط الحياة اليومية. الموقع رائع جدًا، قريب من البحر، والإطلالة تعطيك شعور بالراحة من أول لحظة. الغرفة اللي سكنت فيها كانت نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل ممتاز، والتصميم بسيط لكن فيه ذوق واضح. أكثر شيء عجبني هو الهدوء والمكان ما كان فيه أي إزعاج، فعلاً مكان مناسب للاسترخاء سواء لوحدك أو حتى مع شخص تحب تقضي معه وقت هادي. التعامل من الموظفين كان لطيف جدًا، كانوا متعاونين وحريصين إنهم يخلوني مرتاح طوال فترة الإقامة. حسّيت إنهم يهتمون بالتفاصيل الصغيرة، وهذا الشيء فرق معي كثير. قعدت أكثر من مرة في الأماكن المشتركة، وكانت مريحة وجميلة، خصوصًا مع الجو العام للمكان اللي فيه طابع دافئ وبسيط. فعلاً من الأماكن اللي تحب ترجع لها مرة ثانية.

Beautiful decor and fantastic sea views. We stayed in the Fell suite with the balcony. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Die Lage bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. In nur 2 Minuten kann man am Wasser sein und ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zur Promenade von La Marsa mit dem Stadtstrand, vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Bankautomaten. Nach Tunis Zentrum kann man entweder mit der Bahn fahren oder mit dem Taxi. Ich bin immer mit dem Taxi gefahren, ca. 25 Min und je nach Verkehrslage zwischen 15-20 TND. Sidi Bou Said und Karthago sind mit dem Taxi auch sehr gut und günstig zu erreichen. Also perfekt! Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern mit den großzügigen Terrassen ist atemberaubend. Man schläft mit den Wellen ein und morgens wird man von ihnen sanft geweckt. Alles sehr sauber und wirklich komfortabel. Die Uhrzeit für das sehr leckere Frühstück kann man mit Adnan und seinem überaus freundlichen und professionellen Team individuell abstimmen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchte diese Unterkunft voller Vertrauen weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe wirklich absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

The neighbourhood is great,but you have to be careful especially if you not from Tunisia,sounds rude but dont be friendly as the locals use that to either rob or hurt you .My phone was stollen in the area,a few 1minute away from the residence.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein , man konnte aus dem Bett die Tür von Toiletten öffnen!!!!, Wir konnten nicht im Zimer stehen viel zu eng!! Ich hatte eine andere Größe erwartet für den Preis , das Bett war sehr klein fur zwei Personen. Wir habe kaum geschlafen. Das Schlimmste wir mussten direckt bezahlen danach das Zimmer ansehen.

The staff were incredible, so helpful and provided a lot of information regarding local area, restaurants and places to go and see. Nothing was a problem and we felt "served". Breakfast was much loved.

Perhaps bed could have been a little more comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Maravillosa estancia, no tengo mas que palabras bonitas para este alojamiento. La casa es preciosa, la terraza con la piscina y el mar al lado, totalmente pensado para descansar y desconectar. Nuestra habitación aunque no era muy grande era muy cómoda, con buena cama y buena ducha. El desayuno una delicia, abundante y muy rico. El dueño y los empleados encantadores. Bonito detalle al final de la estancia. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Es war einfach ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hoteleigner und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und machen einfach alles um den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis zu machen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, direkt am Strand gelegen und dort sind es ca 10-15 Minuten bis zum Hautpstrand von La Marsa. Jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel, klein und fein.

Nous avons été trés bien reçus par un hôte trés agréable dans une trés belle demeure trés bien entretenue.Notre chambre était propre avec une grande salle de bain.Le lieu est trés apaisant, au bord de la mer et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre de la Marsa à pied sans problème.Le personnel est adorable et nous sommes repartis avec un petit cadeau offert. Nous garderons un trés bon souvenir de notre passage.Une adresse que nous conseillons sans problème.

Tutto. La struttura e’ meravigliosa e la location perfetta, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il gestore della struttura e’ una persona molto amabile e discreta. La colazione e’ ottima con prodotti freschi ed il proprietario stesso esaudisce ogni desiderio. Sempre molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Tutto lo staff e’ meraviglioso. Le nostra camera ed il bagno erano molto spaziosi così come il balcone con vista diretta sul mare.

Il fatto di dovercene andare. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

A cool escape right on the beach. This was a bed and breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. Views were beautiful. Ocean right outside your door. Service was great. Thank you for a memorable time.

The breakfast, as always, offered a diverse selection, with a unique touch each day to keep it fresh and appealing. The staff and host were the perfect finishing touch.

It is possible that the sea area was somewhat rocky, which could make swimming a bit challenging until one ventures further out. I understand there are potential plans to invest in improving the beach area, which would be quite beneficial.
